On Wednesday the 4th I noticed a roller broken and called your office. In about an hour Brad arrived, and after surveying the situation, replaced four cracked or broken brackets and a roller in about 30 minutes. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Your company has been providing me with excellent service, and when it's time for a new garage door, I'll be calling you. Thanks.

Our 30 year old garage door system began failing the day before leaving on a three day trip. Precision Garage Door had someone arrive within a few hours at the stated arrival time. The technician was very professional. He explained to us what was wrong and what our options were. He didn't try to "sell" one option over the other. He just explained the pros and cons of each option and then let us decide what we thought was best. We realized that due to the age of our system we really needed more done than just replacing the garage door motor. The job was going to take four hours and it was already 4 PM. No problem. He had the equipment in his truck for the option we chose and could get the work done then. Given that we were leaving town the next day we were quite grateful that he was willing to work into the evening. He did and it worked fine. We are quite pleased with the work that was done and the professionalism of the technician. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.
