5 star- Service on time, Tech. (Joe) VERY competent and professional. If more service needed we will contact you. PS: Only one spring replaced with new cable system for one door, the other door only needed a few seconds to repair the origional problem (no equipment required-adjusted electric eye).

Steve was the tech that repaired our garage door. 1. He was courteous and thorough in explaining exactly what we needed. 2. He gave us 3 price options that would fit our needs....a good, better, best scenario. (We chose better). 3. He worked quickly and was finished with a minimum of inconvenience to us. 4. He took time to show us how to treat the opening & closing of the door in order to prolong its life as much as possible. (It’s a 40 year old door). Very pleased with the work. We’ll be back if we need anything else!

Bo was timely, professional and explained each step of his analysis of our door problem. He patiently answered my many questions. After deciding on a course of work to remedy the situation, he stated it would take 2 - 3 hours. He completed in 1.5 hours and then, again patiently, explained the workings of our new installation. He explained all the various warranties and walked me through steps to make sure all of this worked properly. Very satisfactory repair visit.

Great turnaround time with service on Saturday. The tech called just before arriving within the time window promised. Very professional tech, Jon, completed the job even faster than he estimated. Price was a little high compared to last time we had door springs replaced. Overall very satisfied.

Josh, my technician, was very professional and informative. He gave me a range of options and prices, then completed the work well within the time frame that was quoted. I never felt pressured to buy the most expensive option, but the one best suited to my needs. I had a door lift replaced as well as an outside remote installed and I'm very pleased with the results! Precision Door lived up to their advertising. The spring broke on our garage door one Sunday afternoon with our vehicle inside. There was no way to lift the door to get it out. I just assumed that no one would come out on a Sunday to fix it. However, when I got around to checking out door repair companies later that night, Precision's advertisement immediately caught my eye with its 24/7 service. I was just sorry I hadn't called them earlier in the day because by the time I finally looked them up, I was ready for bed myself. Before I ahut the lights out for the night though, I called their 24/7 dispatch and set up an appointment for the next day for noon. The next day I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from their repairman, Aaron, to tell me he would be at our house right on time at noon, and he was there at exactly that time. He was professional, courteous, and gave us an estimate of exactly what he recommended being done. Not only did he replace our spring, but we decided to have all worn parts fixed also. He was quick, accurate and again very professional in his service. In addition, all replaced parts have a lifetime warranty. He made sure also that we saw the parts he replaced and showed us where they were worn and on the way to possibly breaking. The parts were those of the original garage door, and they were not of the same quality as those that Precision replaced them with. We are convinced that the improved parts now operating our door will make it operational for many more years. I would definitely recommend Precision again to anyone needing garage door services and will call them again in future if I have any other problems. I don't think I'll have anymore repairs on the garage door in the near future, but I might someday need my opener serviced. I will definitely keep them in mind for that service too. So if you are looking for a quality garage door service, call Precision. You won't regret it.

I wasn't surprised that I had an inferior garage door opener, but I was entirely satisfied that the Precision Door team knew what was best for me, provided an ideal solution to my problem, and did the work in a timely effective manner. I've always been a "middle-of-the-pack" consumer, but my technician convinced me that, though a lower-cost solution was an option, a higher priced package was going to be better for my needs. He did this without any pressure, and was extremely knowledgeable about my options (including their benefits and their drawbacks). I know my decision will mean I NEVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT MY GARAGE DOOR, OR MY SAFETY AGAIN.

I was so pleased with the service... Called this am, was able to get same day appointment... My garage door wouldn't close properly.... Paul was the gentlemen that took care of the issue .... Definitely would recommend this business....
