We are extremely happy with the work done by Precision Door Service. We had a broken garage door spring which created an urgent event for us having both cars trapped inside. We have used PrecisionDoor Service before and they always do and excellent job. Beau June arrived on time diagnosed the problems and explained what needed to be done to fix them: replaced the old garage door opener, replaced the springs, aligned the roller tracks, reset all remotes. He explained all the operational and Maintenance features fully. Amazing difference in the operation of the door. It is super quiet when opening and closing. Beau, good job well done.

I don't remember the young man's name that serviced my 3 car garage with 3 doors. Only 2 are powered. He called me @ 7:40am which was just fine with me, and he was here promptly as he said, 20 minutes later. Profesionally he listened to my reasoning of contacting Precision,,,(TV add), and followed that up with what he was going to do and that he would let me know the condition of my 2 siongle car garage doors. He came back with some alternatives for me to consider. I chose the alternative that fit my pocket book and he then went to work, and 1.5 hrs later he was finished and did a great job. I'm totally satisfied with his professional ability and workmanship. You have a customer for the rest of my life with my garage doors.

I have been using Precision Door for many years on my own home. I am currently selling my Dad's house and when I was trying to clean out the garage, the door came off the track and was stuck half way up on one side. I called and they came out within a couple of hours. They were able to get it in the down position and scheduled a tech to come out the next day and measure for a new door. All the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Its great having a company I can depend on when an emergency arises.

Had a garage door spring break on a Saturday. Remembered a Precision tv ad that they worked on weekends. I was prepared to wait a couple days or pay extra for the weekend service. Precision sent a tech in 2 hrs. and the repair was finished within another 1-1/2 hrs. There was no extra charge for the weekend service call. The tech, Matt, was professional, conducted a complete safety inspection, communicated the work, parts needed & gave a cost necessary to do the job. I was completely satisfied with the quality of repairs and the cost to do the work. This was my first time using Precision Door Service and they will definitely be the "go to" company in the future.

What do you do when your garage door opener fails, and both your cars are trapped inside? Late on a Friday? I'd suggest calling Precision Garage Door Service. Or heck, just use their online scheduling system, because that got us the service we needed, already by Saturday afternoon. Trey was excellent: polite, professional, and skillful. And all is good! We'll be sure to come back to them for other garage door maintenance needs, because they were there for us!
