Precision is a great company to work with. The keypad for the garage door was not working. Brian and Vance arrived within a couple hours of my call, found the problem and got it working again. They also re-keyed the release mechanism, which was on my to-do list, and saved me the trouble and expense of a locksmith; plus, they were done in about 20 minutes. We were very satisfied with the diagnostics and service provided by Brian and Andrew today. They gave detailed transparent explanations for what was needed and provided several options we could choose from. Diagnosis and repairs were completed within a couple of hours, including replacing springs & rollers, servicing and adjusting the door, and reattaching the door frame to the house. I had my garage door tune up today. The technician had completed other work earlier here too. As in the past he was super enthusiastic and made the door go back to it's original "purr". You have a great company that has helped with fixing the door and maintaining it for many years. Note, I had a rough work week so far and couldn't match their upbeat enthusiasm. No reflection on him or the company, just a couple of low sleep nights trying to find a solution for a clients business dilemma. Also, good to see that you are training new employees for your trade. The trades industry is extremely important in building and maintaining just about everything in our country.

One of two garage door motors failed and we called Precision to replace the motor. Two Brians came out and, after explaining what they would be doing, they went to work. In a shade over 2 hours they replaced the chain drive with a belt drive, installed a new motor to match the other one (which had been replaced 3 years ago), and secured the electric eyes so that they can't get out of alignment. Nice job guys. Very pleased

Excellent service. Same day service for a garage door that had many issues. The springs, rollers, sensors, and even the motor were in need of replacement. Brian was very informative: told me all the issues that he saw that were creating my garage door problems. He showed me how all the replaced parts worked and how and where to lube the garage door to prevent future problems. Brian had Nick worked together and were professional, courteous, and efficient. They got all the necessary things that needed to be fixed done.

Called Precision Garage Doors on a Monday morning for overhead door spring replacement. They had an appointment that afternoon. Brian Stearns came out within their estimated time to check out the problem. In his assessment, he found not only the broken torsion spring but that one lift cable was frayed and the tube bearings were disintegrating. Precision came in December ‘24, did a tuneup. This morning I went to walk my dog and garage door key pad stopped working and would not close…I got remote from car and closed then took with me, when returned key pad did not work ( good thing had remote with me ) called Precision, they came out within a few hours…Brian ( technician ) was so helpful explaining things and he got things working great…highly recommend him for any needs

Confirmed today that they honor their lifetime warranty. A spring broke after 7 years and the parts were covered, I just had to pay for their time to come out and fix it, which was a minimal cost. Very nice support team, great service, thanks!
