Our garage door quit working on July 4. "Oh no! Not a holiday!" We assumed we wouldn't be able to get it repaired that day. But, Precision Garage Door Service was able to schedule the repair within a couple hours of the phone call. We are so happy with the service we received. Beau June was fabulous. He was kind and efficient. He obviously knew what he was doing and didn't mind answering any of our questions. We'd happily use Precision again, and if any of our friends need recommendations, we'll tell them about this company. Thank you!

We just moved into a new home when the garage door decided to stop opening, leaving our car stranded. Fortunately there was a sticker from Precision Door Service in the garage, so we called and got an immediate response. Yes, we could get service on a Sunday morning with no extra charge!! Jeffery came on time and was very clear about our options to repair the problem. He was knowledgable, professional, efficient and polite. We would call Precision again in a heartbeat if we needed further service.

We had Precision replace two original doors in our 1960’s home. From our first contact with Paul our estimator we knew it was the right company to do business with, his knowledge and expertise guided us through preparing our garage for two new doors, what was needed for clearance for installation and the process. Our installer CJ arrived on time, appreciated the prep we had done to make it an easy install, talked through options on mounting and future drywall I planned on installing, he understood my attention to details as I’m an avid DIYer. The install was perfect, we LOVE the new doors, wondering why we hadn’t done this earlier!

Service was next day. They did a safety check and got to root cause of noise and door not closing issue. Changed one of my springs and install new tube all in warranty and I had to pay nothing. Service was excellent and Trey the technician was fabulous. Customer service was above par and they resolved my issue and everything else above in under an hour!

I called for service which was not critical. However, a technician was sent out the very same afternoon. When David arrived, he knew exactly what needed tyo be done to get my garage door to close and stsy closed. The situation was fixed and the door was serviced perfectly. One of the springs on our garage door snapped at 5:30 PM Wednesday. I called Precision at 6:30 PM PM Wednesday and spoke with Melissa, who got me an appointment for 9-11 AM the next day. The phone call took 2 minutes. I received a phone call Thursday morning at 8:30 from the technician Jeffrey P-J saying he was on his way. He showed up at 8:50 AM. He did a complete safety inspection of the door and gave me a range of options for repair/replacement. We made our selection of a complete garage door opener overhaul. He said it would take approximately two hours. It took 1 hour and 50 minutes. He was polite, professional, and even took the time to chat with my kids. He left no mess and the door works perfectly. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work and the quality is evident. This is the second time we've used Precision (first time was an unrelated sensor issue) and both experiences have been excellent. We won't go anywhere else for any future garage door needs.

I randomly picked Precision when searching. I explained my problem and then she was telling me email and phone and address. I asked how she got my info. We have an old, wooden, 16 foot wide roll up garage door and one morning we found that the door spring had broken. We were unable to open the door manually because it was so heavy, and had an appointment that required getting our car out of the garage. We called Precision, and they had a service tech to our home in about an hour and had the door spring replaced less than an hour after that. The service tech was friendly, professional, clearly explained our options, and completed the work in a timely manner. We will be replacing this garage door some time in the future, and plan to have Precision do that work.

Our door sensors prevented the doors from closing in bright sun. I had another company try to diagnose it yet no luck and $60 out of my pocket! I had seen Precision's TV ads and met them at the spring garden show so I called them and got an appointment immediately. Chuck came out and looked over the entire 3 door set up and fixed the problem by relocating the sensors back from the door edges where the sun was hitting them. Problem solved!

I had a great experience with David from the Precision Door Service Team of Portland. He serviced and repaired my garage door, and also replaced the old opener, which had a faulty sensor that couldn’t be fixed. David was incredibly professional, kind, and warm throughout the entire process. He worked quickly, explained everything clearly, and even gave me discounts where he could.
