When our spring broke yesterday morning and the garage door company, I've used in the past was closed, the first company that came to mind was precision and their commercials where they say "fully stocked ready to rock" - so I called. The representative looked at the booking calendar and asked how about now for them to come out. Robert (and yes, he's in the commercial) showed up in a matter of 30 minutes and was done an hour later. New springs, stranded cable and bearings done. Precision is the real deal. Called at 10:15 am on a Friday, the Tech was here at Noon! Tech's are Very Professional and always have what they need in the Truck. I did my research through the BBB site and chose P.D.S. and this was my 3rd Interaction and I will continue to rely on them if needed in the future.

Precision Garage Door replaced broken springs several years ago and threw in some extras. This call was for a basic inspection as it's been about 5 years since, and our door is activated multiple times a day. I loved that their office phone is answered by a real polite and service-friendly person. I was scheduled for service the very next day. The technician was very experienced and knowledgeable. Granted, my opener is 11 years old, it is no longer produced, but still functional. My real complaint was the noise while in operation and the lurching when activated. Replacing the rollers and tuning the motor to adjust tightness in the chain cured the clanky functionality and transformed this system like never before. Best decision ever!

Our garage door stopped working around 1145 and David H to check our garage. He gave us options on how to do the garage and was very knowledgeable about what needs to be done.We chose to overhaul our garage and he was able to fix our garage door in an hour. He was also able to impart information on what work was done to the garage door. He also showed me how to maintain it, and when to call them (we chose to get the option with 10 year warranty. We are happy that our garage door is fixed and is not loud anymore.

Precision Garage Door Service did a fantastic job on our project. They replaced two garage door openers and upgraded our garage door spring, bearings and rollers on one of the doors. Our Technician Jackson Autry was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great confidence in his assessment of our setup and needs. He was not pushy on what we ended up deciding to change out. He was very personable, friendly and easy to work with. We called them late this morning and Jackson was at our home within an hour. After deciding what we wanted done, they were able to do the job the same day. I will definitely use Precision in the future and highly recommend them to anyone needing work on their garage doors. I chose Precision Garage Doors because my door decided to quit working. I called them early AM ,actually had a real person on the phone to help me ,they had a technician out within an hour or so. Scott was the technician, a very courteous and knowledgeable young man. He went through everything then we went over findings together. There were choices but I choose to replace unit with new one. He had me back in business in 2 hours. He walked me through the operation of the unit making sure I understood everything. I would highly recommend these folks. Thanks Scott!

Precision is a great company to work with. The keypad for the garage door was not working. Brian and Vance arrived within a couple hours of my call, found the problem and got it working again. They also re-keyed the release mechanism, which was on my to-do list, and saved me the trouble and expense of a locksmith; plus, they were done in about 20 minutes. Highly recommend Precision and Brian and Vance in particular!
