I was very hesitant to hire Precision. I thought that with all of their advertising presence that they would be all promises and no follow through. I was very wrong. Robert called and apologized for being late. He wasn't late at all, just in the middle of the arrival window. Robert gave us many options, without pressure to choose one. He got the work done in a timely manner. We have had other repairs done, but this is the first time our garage door has really worked well.

We were very satisfied with the diagnostics and service provided by Brian and Andrew today. They gave detailed transparent explanations for what was needed and provided several options we could choose from. Diagnosis and repairs were completed within a couple of hours, including replacing springs & rollers, servicing and adjusting the door, and reattaching the door frame to the house. Nickolas was very friendly, stated various options for fixing the door problems, and gave several estimates for short term solutions, as well as for a complete new system. Great response time and our tech was prepared with options to either repair/retro-fit or replace lift units. I chose to replace them with new and Joe did an excellent job installing them. He kept me informed of his progress then did a complete overview with me when he was done to make sure I understood how to use the new lift units. Joe is personable, knowledgeable, friendly and outgoing - but not pushy in any way. He helped and advised me so that I could come to an informed decision and I appreciated his input and attitude. We had two new LiftMaster DC motor garage door openers installed by Sam (Precision Garage Door Service Technician). Sam exceeded all expectations, and we were able to get the garage openers installed on the same day that we called. We knew that we wanted a DC opener installed to limit the wear and tear on the wooden garage doors on our house. We contacted two other large garage door companies before Precision to get quotes and when we had pressed them on what the quote was providing, we realized that they were planning on providing cheaper openers and not the ones we had spoken about. Precision was very upfront and listened to the issues that we were having and provided the right solution the first time at a very competitive price. We would highly recommend them.

I had my garage door tune up today. The technician had completed other work earlier here too. As in the past he was super enthusiastic and made the door go back to it's original "purr". You have a great company that has helped with fixing the door and maintaining it for many years. Note, I had a rough work week so far and couldn't match their upbeat enthusiasm. No reflection on him or the company, just a couple of low sleep nights trying to find a solution for a clients business dilemma. Also, good to see that you are training new employees for your trade. The trades industry is extremely important in building and maintaining just about everything in our country.

Nick did a great job! Really kind and made it easy to understand what he was doing and what my opinion were. So great to have some one who provided great customer service.
