Very happy with response. However, the problem came back later in the day as the temperature dropped, which your tech and I both thought was a possibility but couldn’t replicate after adjusting the track. I think the track needs to be more securely fixed at the bottom.

We were having intermittent problems closing our garage door using the garage door opener. We tried to troubleshoot the problem by following instructions and videos on the door opener manufacturer’s website as well as doing an online chat with them, but couldn’t figure it out. Then we called Precision, who had originally installed both the door and the opener. They were able to send Chuck to our house within 30-60 minutes of our phone call! He asked questions about the issues we were having, checked various components of the door and opener, and made some adjustments. The door is now opening and closing properly. Thanks, Precision and Chuck!

Our garage door spring broke Saturday evening, called Precision about 8 Sunday morning. Trey came out by 10 am, very professional and friendly! Door was repaired within the hour. Was surprised we could get anyone out on a Sunday, and so promptly! Excellent service!

Very happy with the service. Beau was at our house within 2 hours of my call, on a Sunday. We were trapped in our garage with a broken spring. Beau did a quick estimate then replaced our springs plus a few other parts and was gone in a couple of hours. Excellent.

Pre-visit communication was excellent. David, our technician was thorough in explaining his diagnosis of our malfunctioning garage door opener. He showed and explained the options we had for a replacement. He then quickly installed the new opener and walked us through installing the MyQ app for control via our iPhones. All was done professionally and expediently.

I typed in Lift Master online, and you came up. You had someone out here within a couple of hours, which was great. Great service, we learned alot, and it all took just under an hour. We know more about what we can do to take care of our garage door, as well as the opener. Money well spent.
