I severely damaged my garage door opening system and was trying to decide whether to get a new door or to just have it repaired. I called Precision and Cody came out and assessed the damage. The door was found to be in good condition, and only a repair appointment would be needed. Scott was quickly assigned to the repair and he contacted me to let me know when he would be there. The damaged torsion tube, bearings, springs, cables and rollers were quickly replaced, the opener re-programmed, and the system tested to my satisfaction. Scott and his assistant (forgive me, I've forgotten his name) were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would happily recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone considering them.

From point of first contact this was a terrific experience. Hayden provided options and had everything he needed to complete the job. He took my noisy 28 year old door, and had it humming when he left. Springs, drums, rollers and a new opener. He worked alone and he worked hard. He finished in 4.5 hours and I’m thrilled. I called on a Sunday afternoon and the repair person arrived 1 hour later calling me 1/2 hour before he arrived. He did a complete survey of the job and gave me a quote and expected time frame for completion. He was very professional and I would recommend the services of Precision door services to any one who has a garage door issue. Jacob Johnson (Tech) was extremely efficient and answered all of my questions. It was a relief dealing with a pro.

Response time was great. No add for Sunday service and Brian was thorough, not just looking at the issue but doing a full inspection and walking through all options and recommendations in detail before start. Thank you to Steven for his professionalism and expertise. He responded quickly when I locked myself out of the garage and arrived early. He resolved the problem and went above and beyond to inspect and make adjustments to our older door. He even reprogrammed a keypad that hasn’t worked in years. The door works better than ever and the new remotes and keypad are a big improvement. He made some excellent recommendations for maintaining our system in the future. Precision has serviced our old garage door for some time. Recently it would not close and they had a repairman, Chuck, out very quickly. He determined that some of the parts had worn out but it could be repaired. Chuck stayed several hours to be sure it would close for the night. He was very courteous and did a great job. Absolutely recommend Precision.

Our garage door spring broke on Saturday afternoon. Jacob arrived on time at 10:00 AM Sunday morning. He replaced the broken spring and other parts, check all points and serviced other door components. Also replaced light bulbs and programmed a remote controller. Excellent work.

Precision was able to fix our garage door so quickly after we called. The repair man was very knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done was fully stocked with anything he needed for our repair. Precision did a great job getting my garage door operational again after a spring broke and some parts got bent and damaged.
