Called for appointment earlier this morning about my garage door that snapped. Dispatcher provided an estimate & asked me what time I preferred. Repairman Pen was on time & very polite. He inspected everything & explained in detail what he found & cost to fix. Pen did an outstanding job & takes pride in his work. I highly recommend this company & will use them again if needed. ????????

Problem solved. A little more pricey than I wanted, but I didn’t want to do the work so whatever. Nick was very friendly and straightforward. Would recommend him to others. Buy him a drink for working so late on St. Patty’s day.

Had an issue with the garage door not closing. Tried to fix the issue myself to no avail. After going over what i already did done the technician gave me some recommendations as to what needed to be done to help resolve the issue and make the door run smoother. After all was said and done, turns out the opener itself was the problem. Circuit board most likely. I could have waited a week and ordered a new board on Amazon but i just wanted the door to be fixed. So, a new head [opener] was suggested and i already had budgeted that before service was called. Now, not only does my door work properly, it is a thousand times quieter than the old. Thank you so much for timely service but for no nonsense pricing.
