I noticed one of the springs on my garage door had broken the day before Thanksgiving and contacted Precision Door Service through their online chat function. Holly was helpful and quick to get someone scheduled to show up the day after Thanksgiving, so service was very fast. The technician Bo was extremely pleasant and professional. He arrived right on time, identified the issue right away, and got it taken care of quickly. Outstanding service from a company that stands behind their work!

Our technician, David, showed up about five minutes early for our appointment. He Recognize the problem right away, Offered And explained to us three choices To remedy the problem, And got right to work. He not only replaced springs and bearings. He also switched the sensors around so that the sun wouldn’t blind our sensor during the summer. I will always use this company in the future. The 5-Star rating shown on their website is well deserved.

This is the second time in 10 years we have called on Precision For Garage opener repair/replacement. Great professional friendly service. Jackson is outstanding! He diagnosed the problem and gave us clear options. We chose to replace our opener and he installed it right then! He guided us through the operation, programming and the remote app! What a great experience I had with Precision Garage Door Service! Right from the beginning to the end of replacing my two garage doors, everything was ordered and installed in the time frame they provided. The estimator was always available when needed and when I changed my mind and had the automatic door openers installed instead of locks, not a problem. And the installer Marco was a very experienced installer and did an unbelievable job! Thank you.

Trey was amazing! We heard about Precision from a family member who was pleased with their service. When our dilapidated garage door broke, we called Precision, too. So happy we did! Trey was here within a couple of hours (he called us along the way to give us an expected time) and rescued our stuck vehicle. Tomorrow we will be ordering new garage doors from Precision, too. Fantastic company!

I was very surprised to book online and have a technician to my house within 3 hours. Beau was extremely professional and nice to talk to. He did not try to upsell me on anything, but did explain average life on certain items and our system far out passed that. I thought I was only going to get springs replaced, but knowing the rest of the system was 27 years old, we bit the bullet and upgraded. I was very shocked and surprised at the price, but I hope that covers the next 27 years and so on. Again, Beau was great to work with and he did a great job with installation and explaining everything to us.
