Had an issue with the garage door not closing. Tried to fix the issue myself to no avail. After going over what i already did done the technician gave me some recommendations as to what needed to be done to help resolve the issue and make the door run smoother. After all was said and done, turns out the opener itself was the problem. Circuit board most likely. I could have waited a week and ordered a new board on Amazon but i just wanted the door to be fixed. So, a new head [opener] was suggested and i already had budgeted that before service was called. Now, not only does my door work properly, it is a thousand times quieter than the old. Thank you so much for timely service but for no nonsense pricing.

It started with an emergency repair on Sunday and was happy to see that they were open. Customer services reps were very courteous. Technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and wore a mask for COVID-19 the whole time. I would recommend this company due to the service.

Fantastic service! Paul L. replaced my garage door springs on 5/15/20 - same day I requested service. Wow! Everyone I talked to on the phone was professional and friendly. Contacted Precision Door because the door spring broke. Paul was at the house within 2 hours and replaced the spring. He was very professional and courteous while here, and explained everything he did, plus he left us with an estimate to replace both doors and openers with no pressure to purchase. Something which was most welcome as I hate pushy salesmen. Precision Doors will certainly be high on our list when we replace the doors later this year. They come highly recommended and I would have no hesitation in using them again.
