Fantastic service! Paul L. replaced my garage door springs on 5/15/20 - same day I requested service. Wow! Everyone I talked to on the phone was professional and friendly. Paul was professional, appropriately friendly, and very efficient. He was done in about 30 minutes. He explained the job thoroughly. Price was reasonable. I highly recommend Precision Door.

Contacted Precision Door because the door spring broke. Paul was at the house within 2 hours and replaced the spring. He was very professional and courteous while here, and explained everything he did, plus he left us with an estimate to replace both doors and openers with no pressure to purchase. Something which was most welcome as I hate pushy salesmen. Precision Doors will certainly be high on our list when we replace the doors later this year. They come highly recommended and I would have no hesitation in using them again.

The installer called and asked if I could come early he got here early and remove the old grudge door openers and installed the new ones when I was done with that he swept the whole garage both sides cleaned it up and then walked me through how to use everything that he had installed it was great to have new equipment and quiet equipment so it doesn't rattle the whole house thank you

Luke did an outstanding job repairing not only our garage door operator/motor, but also the entire system. He replaced the chain gear and sprocket, then made some repairs to the door guide and mounting points. When he was done, the door was so quiet, I couldn't believe it was the same garage door opener. It has NEVER been this quiet, not even when we first moved into the home. He was punctual, and did the work in a timely manner, without rushing the work. You can tell he is very skilled and experienced in his field. I'm glad we chose Precision door service. After seeing their work, I now know there is a name I can rely on for any future needs.

Called and had a technician between couple of hours. The technician Nick was amiable, explained I was having an issue with a vibration on the chain of the garage door opener. He checked all the components (door and opener) and adjusted the chain and lubricated all movable parts and went. Good service, good people.

My old garage door opener motor died after 22 years. The gears and the capacitor were shot. Hunter replaced the whole mechanism, including a new, much quieter belt drive. He explained very clearly what he did, and why. He was very courteous and professional.

These folks were a lifesaver and incredibly professional. Our tech (Travis) went above and beyond the call, getting the job done right and in a clean and very timely manner. I got in touch with Precision via their chat option on the website. That worked really well for me. I liked that they let me know up front that the whole spring unit would have to be replaced based on the model. That is what I suspected after researching on the internet.
