Luke arrived on time and did a great job repairing our garage door! He was so patient explaining the options and left us feeling we are now set for several years with a quiet opener that is working without making us fear we can't get into our home! He let us climb up the ladder to see the problems occurring with our motor so we would understand why a new device was needed----it was shredded! Luke even helped me put the opening code into my car----something I really appreciated, as technology is not my best skill! Precision is a wonderful company you can trust!

I chose Precision Door based on reviews I read. The technician that came to my house was professional and explained all my options in detail. There was zero sales pressure. I chose to have my opener replaced. He completed the work quickly and efficiently and then went over the operating instructions with me. He cleaned up and removed all the old pieces, leaving the garage in perfect order. I highly recommend this company.

We had had some service for our garage door in April 2018. But, we had to wait until the next day from when we called to get the service. But, with Precision, Joseph Igla came in 25 minutes from our call. A friend had recommended Precision based on her experience with their garage door needs. And, he sized up the problem, and fixed the attachment to the wall. But then, he looked at the 12 rollers along the sides of the garaged, saw that some of them were broken. So he replaced them all, and now they run smoothly and quietly. GREAT JOB, JOSEPH!!! And, good quality service, Precision!!! We're impressed, and grateful that we have finally found you.

Great Customer service. We had a problem with our door closing. We called Precision, they sent a tech person out, and within a half an hour the garage was door issues was fixed. I like that the tech person, explained everything to me in detail. Fast, easy and at reasonable price.

I had 3 broken rollers this time. about a year ago i replaced all the rollers with steel cheapies and they failed. Brad sold me on the nylon life time warranty rollers. He did some adjusting and repaired my motor light. All in less than 30 minutes. Great job. Very personable individual. I will recommend your company. Thank you.

We bought a "complete garage door tune-up" on a AAA Daily Deal. We were even able to schedule a "same-day" appt. for our service. Our technician, Dave, was friendly and professional. After completing his inspection, he explained the condition of our garage door and didn't try to sell us repairs we didn't need. Since our garage door opener is fairly old, we know we'll call Precision when it's time for it to be replaced!

Best service you can get, quick, easy, friendly. A window opened to an earlier time and was moved to it within 10 min. of making the appointment. Dave was like family with his performance and friendly manner, knuckles to you buddy! Precision will be the only one fixing or replacing my garage door when the time comes. The same day service is why I used Precision, mine needed to be done on the weekend. Also the 5 star rating. You will go along way with your service, VERY happy customer. Broken spring was the culprit.

I got in touch with Precision via their chat option on the website. That worked really well for me. I liked that they let me know up front that the whole spring unit would have to be replaced based on the model. That is what I suspected after researching on the internet. Travis was assigned to the job. He was very professional and thorough and got the job done quickly. Travis was really easy to work with and knowledgeable. My family and I could not be more pleased with the help we received from Travis and Precision.
