Luke did an outstanding job repairing not only our garage door operator/motor, but also the entire system. He replaced the chain gear and sprocket, then made some repairs to the door guide and mounting points. When he was done, the door was so quiet, I couldn't believe it was the same garage door opener. It has NEVER been this quiet, not even when we first moved into the home. He was punctual, and did the work in a timely manner, without rushing the work. You can tell he is very skilled and experienced in his field. I'm glad we chose Precision door service. After seeing their work, I now know there is a name I can rely on for any future needs.

Called and had a technician between couple of hours. The technician Nick was amiable, explained I was having an issue with a vibration on the chain of the garage door opener. He checked all the components (door and opener) and adjusted the chain and lubricated all movable parts and went. Good service, good people.

My old garage door opener motor died after 22 years. The gears and the capacitor were shot. Hunter replaced the whole mechanism, including a new, much quieter belt drive. He explained very clearly what he did, and why. He was very courteous and professional.

the tension spring on my garage door broke and with a last minute phone call and same day appointment (earlier than the time window given) they were able to quickly fix the issue and do other general maintenance. very happy with the end results and would recommend them to others.

These folks were a lifesaver and incredibly professional. Our tech (Travis) went above and beyond the call, getting the job done right and in a clean and very timely manner. He arrived on time (within the time window they promised), did a comprehensive review of our door and provided options for fixing and provided preventative maintenance. I got in touch with Precision via their chat option on the website. That worked really well for me. I liked that they let me know up front that the whole spring unit would have to be replaced based on the model. That is what I suspected after researching on the internet. Luke arrived on time and did a great job repairing our garage door! He was so patient explaining the options and left us feeling we are now set for several years with a quiet opener that is working without making us fear we can't get into our home! He let us climb up the ladder to see the problems occurring with our motor so we would understand why a new device was needed----it was shredded! Luke even helped me put the opening code into my car----something I really appreciated, as technology is not my best skill! Precision is a wonderful company you can trust!

I chose Precision Door based on reviews I read. The technician that came to my house was professional and explained all my options in detail. There was zero sales pressure. I chose to have my opener replaced. He completed the work quickly and efficiently and then went over the operating instructions with me. We had had some service for our garage door in April 2018. But, we had to wait until the next day from when we called to get the service. But, with Precision, Joseph Igla came in 25 minutes from our call. A friend had recommended Precision based on her experience with their garage door needs. And, he sized up the problem, and fixed the attachment to the wall. But then, he looked at the 12 rollers along the sides of the garaged, saw that some of them were broken. So he replaced them all, and now they run smoothly and quietly. GREAT JOB, JOSEPH!!! And, good quality service, Precision!!! We're impressed, and grateful that we have finally found you.

Great Customer service. We had a problem with our door closing. We called Precision, they sent a tech person out, and within a half an hour the garage was door issues was fixed. I like that the tech person, explained everything to me in detail. Fast, easy and at reasonable price.

The installer called and asked if I could come early he got here early and remove the old grudge door openers and installed the new ones when I was done with that he swept the whole garage both sides cleaned it up and then walked me through how to use everything that he had installed it was great to have new equipment and quiet equipment so it doesn't rattle the whole house thank you
