Eric was the technician that installed my cable driven garage door opener. I chose Precision because they installed my double wide garage door opener 9 years ago. Eric was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He explained the installation so it was understandable to me. He was quick to diagnose a problem with cables that were worn and recommended replacement on the install 9 years ago that were warranted. Eric is a credit to Precision. My garage door came down onto the cars bumper which messed up the door closing. I called at 8 AM and with in the hour there was a technician at my house. They made a suggestion that I replaced my old rollers. It was a no brainer to have my old rollers replaced. The price included the service call and adjustments. I saved over two dollars and my door is the quietest it’s ever been.
