Brian and Ben came to take a look at my two garage doors today. They explained some different options and were able to fix both doors while they were there. I didn't need to replace the doors themselves which I was very glad to hear. They were very professional, knew their product and were very interested in explaining and making sure to answer any questions I had. I am very pleased with the service I received. Setting up an appointment to look at our garage door issues was easy and they came out very quickly. Scott was very good as quite knowledgeable on all aspects, explained likely issues and why and how to fix them and with our approval had the door working well again in less than an hour. Garage broke at 4:45. Brian Stearns was at my house at 5:30. He was very friendly, and I felt that he was very honest. He did a really good job and was able to fix my garage door on the spot. Would highly recommend.

My garage door broke on a Sunday, I contacted Precision on Monday, and by Tuesday it was was completely fixed. Nicholas was prompt and professional. His inspection was thorough and he walked me through all my options. And now my garage door is like brand new. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

When your automatic garage door isn't working who do you call - well I chose Precision Garage Door Service of Beaverton and the whole experience was amazing. From my initial phone call to the technician arriving in the next half hour - yes they responded that fast - the technician was super friendly, very helpful and once he assessed the problem, he gave us several options to chose from to fix the problem. Vance and Brian were excellent technicians. My wife and I purchased a 15 year old house. We had no garage openers, the door sqeeked and part of the support pieces was pulling away from the door. Within two hours we had a smooth and quiet running door with two remote controls. They worked with me on pricing and now I have a 10 year warranty. It doesn't get better than that. Thanks Guys!

My wife and I returned home to find that our garage door would not open. We called Precision Garage and found that a worker could be out between 4 and 6 pm that same day. He actually came just before 4 pm, quickly diagnosed a broken spring and gave us two options, a shorter term option and a long term one, which we choose. We wanted the repair to last. He went to work, replaced several components, and fixed the problem door. He also gave me instructions for maintaining the other door so as to lengthen its service life. I really appreciate his work, promptness and attention to detail.

The Tech showed up on time and did a quick review. The estimate was $100 less then an estimate I received a year ago from another company. He also said that the garage door spring (over 15 years old) should be replaced. Low pressure and the total estimate for the two jobs (spring replacement and new rollers) was $550 after a $50 on the spot discount for being a new customer. All work was completed within an hour. The tech was very friendly and the cost reasonable. Highly recommend.

Absolutely great experience from the online scheduling tool to Colby the technician. His great communication skills to his attention to detail, I am very highly pleased. He did a complete overhaul of the OHD system and explained the quality of the parts used that allows their 10 year warranty. Springs, rollers, bearings and cables were all replaced. He worked efficiently and was a very pleasant fellow to work with. I highly recommend Precision.

My first experience was bad, where they charged me a service fee, but never fixed my issue and had a different company fix it My latest experience was much better. I decided to give them another chance because they were the most readily available. My spring system failed last night and I need someone to fix it next day. I was able to get a 9am appt using their online appt system. They arrived on time. Bo and Andrew were excellent. They were friendly, thorough, and explained everything to me. I didn't feel pressure on any of the upsells. They replaced my spring system in about 90 mins. They took their time and explained everything they did. I would use Precision again in the future.

Very prompt service response. Booked on line at 2:30 PM and Jackson arrived by 3:30 PM. He explained our options for the repairs needed gave us 4 options. Explained the options thoroughly and then let us decide with no pressure. Told the total cost of all options and how long it would take. We picked the option that was best for our needs. He went to work finishing 2 hours after his arrival. We were very pleased with him and his work. Highly recommend!!

Wasted my time! Didn't do the work. Tried to up sell me on various parts that were working fine. Suggested changing parts that have many years left in them. Just wanted a spring replacement at the original price quoted. Up sell was 3 times higher! Then said he couldn't do the work because I rent the home which should have been disclosed at the time of booking. Will never use or recommend this company. Bait and switch!
