My car was broken into and my garage door opener was taken. I realized that was like giving someone a key to the house, so I called Precision to ask for someone to evaluate our old openers and see if they should be replaced or otherwise made secure. Luke came the next day, exactly as promised with a truck that contained everything he needed. It turned out our doors had not been serviced for twenty years and understandably were overdue for new springs and other mechanical services. Luke explained several options. He also recommended new openers, and I agreed it made sense and was what I was anticipating. Luke did all the required service and installed two new garage door openers with keypads (something new for us) and much brighter indoor lights and other modern features. I really appreciate how quickly Precision was able to schedule our service and how efficiently the repairs and new installs were done. I would recommend Precision highly if you need any work on your garage doors. They met my expectations in every respect, and now I feel like our doors are like new. The new mechanism is much quieter too!

A+ service start to finish! I thought I’d need to schedule one or more appointments a week or two out. No, I got an appointment for the same day. After reviewing the options with Shane, he installed a Lift Master which is a huge improvement. Super quiet and connected to my wifi so that I can operate it from an app on my phone. Shane did a great job getting it all setup and explained everything to me. Definitely a good company to do business with!

It’s been a few years since your company replaced the springs on my garage door so when I needed to fix my garage door, I called on Precision Door. Nick was very professional ! Although it took him longer than he expected to fix my garage door, he kept at it & he was able to fix it so that it will stay close & not reverse by itself. He also replaced the cables that was starting to fray. Thanks Nick !

The gentlemen who repaired my garage door were friendly, courteous, and professional. And they were on time! I was given the 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. time slot, and they called the next day precisely at 8:00 to say they were on their way---arriving at 8:10. They completed the job in a timely fashion. Top Notch Service from (Travis). Travis originally solved an issue with our Garage Door, that another Firm...kinda Gave up on! I was so impressed with his perseverance, attention to detail, and his insatiable quest for excellence! Just recently had Travis perform a minor tune up, and while he was here, he noticed that the bottom weather strip is long overdue to be replaced. He will be returning next week, to install. I have No hesitation in terms of recommending this Excellent Company!
