I was so happy when i called at 5am and was able to be scheduled in for the same day as my garage door came off the roller and would not go all the way down. Hayden came to the rescue and fixed it. He was very professional and walked me through everything he would be doing.

Had a great experience with Precision Door Service and the Technician Beau June. My garage door needed to be repaired, and these things never happen at a good time. I was able to call Precision and make a same day appointment. Beau came out, explained the issue I was having, and offered me a clear solution to fix the problem. He was very professional, fixed my issue then addressed another issue with my door that could cause very expensive repairs or replacement down the road. Excellent customer service.

I was very impressed with the quality of service. Prices seemed very reasonable. My garage door motor worked but the door guides and rollers were binding and stopping part way up. I called on a Thursday. They were available the next day but I scheduled for Saturday. Beau the technician was great. Very friendly, professional, fast, showed up on time and seemed to know his stuff. He told me my options but didn’t try to hard sell me. I paid for a tune up and new rollers. Seems to be working well now. No binding and much quieter. I’m happy! I would definitely recommend Precision Door Sefvice.

Great service! I love it when service companies show up on time, as promised and the job started with Trey doing just that. He then proceeded to diagnose the problem I had while checking on the integrity of the twin garage doors. I knew they needed work and he confirmed that. I accepted his reasonable quote and he got the whole job done on both doors within two hours. Great service, thank you!

My garage door stopped closing, and it was making a horrible noise. I researched a couple of companies and found Precision got consistently good reviews. I went to their website and was amazed I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Booking the appointment was painless. Today, Luke came out and looked over my garage door. Luke was awesome. Very personable and easy to talk with. I will be replacing the garage door and will post an update when it is done!

Precision came in December ‘24, did a tuneup. This morning I went to walk my dog and garage door key pad stopped working and would not close…I got remote from car and closed then took with me, when returned key pad did not work ( good thing had remote with me ) called Precision, they came out within a few hours…Brian ( technician ) was so helpful explaining things and he got things working great…highly recommend him for any needs

We needed to replace an older garage door opener with one that was quieter and safer. I made an online appointment this morning, and Luke, our installer was at our place at 1pm, and helped me pick an opener that worked within our budget, and he installed it and was done by 3:30 pm. Excellent service on a Friday afternoon, great review of features, and we're very happy.

All around great service. Pricing was competitive and fair. Eric came out for an initial estimate and was extremely knowledgeable and detailed. He was kind and communicative through installation and helped us navigate some challenges we had post-install brought on by our painters. Even though it wasn’t their issue, they helped us resolve it quickly, which was a huge relief for us! Our installer, William, was courteous and thorough - it’s evident he knows what he’s doing and cares about the final result. We had two other highly-rated vendors bid the project, and we are so happy we chose Precision.

A technician was able to come out quickly. Beau was very professional and quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. He was considerate and asked if it was okay that he come through the house, and also asked if I wanted him to wear shoe covers. He called ahead of time and showed up when he said he would. When I called to speak with someone about the appointment, they were also very professional and quick to help on the phone. If I need garage door service again, I would definitely call Precision!

Brian and David serviced our garage door today because it was sluggish going up when we used the remote. They found the problem and I think added some new rollers. It works perfectly now. They were very knowledgeable about the system and it gives us peace of mind to have it working properly again. We have signed up to have the system checked out once a year. We would enjoy having them return to our home next year. I have already put a reminder on my phone calendar. They were very personable and we enjoyed meeting them. We would give them a 5-star-plus rating, If your rating system is 1 to 10 we would say 10+ for a rating. Thank you for providing your customers with a quality garage door. Most of all we appreciate Brian and David checking out our system.

I came home one evening and the garage door wouldn't open. I was very pleased that I could book an appointment for the next morning. The online booking was very easy. The technician (Luke) was running a bit late and he called me to let me know. He then let me know when he was on the way. I received a message with his picture so I knew who to expect. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with the options and cost. In a couple of hours, he had replaced everything but the door and rails. He also showed me how to maintain the new system. It's very quiet and smooth. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

Very prompt service response. Booked on line at 2:30 PM and Jackson arrived by 3:30 PM. He explained our options for the repairs needed gave us 4 options. Explained the options thoroughly and then let us decide with no pressure. Told the total cost of all options and how long it would take. We picked the option that was best for our needs. He went to work finishing 2 hours after his arrival. We were very pleased with him and his work. Highly recommend!!
