I came home one evening and the garage door wouldn't open. I was very pleased that I could book an appointment for the next morning. The online booking was very easy. The technician (Luke) was running a bit late and he called me to let me know. He then let me know when he was on the way. I received a message with his picture so I knew who to expect. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with the options and cost. In a couple of hours, he had replaced everything but the door and rails. He also showed me how to maintain the new system. It's very quiet and smooth. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

My appointment was scheduled promptly and the technician, Colby, was an excellent communicator and offered a comprehensive assessment and did not pressure my decision making/ feel like he was a salesperson. I had a new system installed due to an aging /faulty model. The service was prompt and completed - all in about a hour. Thanks for your work- would recommend.

Was impressed with same day service. Hayden, the tech, was on time and very knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem and had all the parts to repair in his truck. I called for service which was not critical. However, a technician was sent out the very same afternoon. When David arrived, he knew exactly what needed tyo be done to get my garage door to close and stsy closed. The situation was fixed and the door was serviced perfectly. We have an old, wooden, 16 foot wide roll up garage door and one morning we found that the door spring had broken. We were unable to open the door manually because it was so heavy, and had an appointment that required getting our car out of the garage. We called Precision, and they had a service tech to our home in about an hour and had the door spring replaced less than an hour after that. The service tech was friendly, professional, clearly explained our options, and completed the work in a timely manner. We will be replacing this garage door some time in the future, and plan to have Precision do that work.

Our garage door spring broke, leaving our vehicle trapped in the garage. We felt confident in calling Precision Garage Door Service, who's well known in our area. Technician Scott was able to come out within about 30 minutes and replaced both springs within an hour. He answered all our questions and was friendly. Great communication and service. Technician Scott helped me make the decision of what level of service to go with based on the fact that we are prepping our house for sale (as opposed to staying here for 10 years). Additionally, really appreciated a timely call from dispatcher as soon as they knew the tech wouldn’t make the original service window. Will call Precision for future garage door needs.

As with our previous interactions with Percision Luke, the technician, arrived asked questions relating our issues with the garage door. Garage door opener light was not working when opening and closing the door. Replaced light bulb. Also, inspection uncovered looser roller bearings. Replaced roller bearings on both ends. Finally, tightened belt and lubricated all hinges. Great job, Chuck Thank you

Our 13 year old opener let us know that it was giving up the ghost... Scheduled online for a service call - easy-peasy. Luke arrived and looked at the situation and confirmed that the head unit was not long for this world. An hour and a half later we've got a new "toy" to manage the garage door... Brian and David serviced our garage door today because it was sluggish going up when we used the remote. They found the problem and I think added some new rollers. It works perfectly now. They were very knowledgeable about the system and it gives us peace of mind to have it working properly again. We have signed up to have the system checked out once a year. We would enjoy having them return to our home next year. I have already put a reminder on my phone calendar. They were very personable and we enjoyed meeting them. We would give them a 5-star-plus rating, If your rating system is 1 to 10 we would say 10+ for a rating. Thank you for providing your customers with a quality garage door. Most of all we appreciate Brian and David checking out our system.
