Broken spring late Saturday night at my home in Portland. Support my local business and see their advertisements. Scheduling was a breeze and was able to get in service call quickly. Call ahead from Jake helped with arrival timing. He explained the process and everything was lined out after safety inspection, so I knew what to expect in work order and cost estimate. On Monday evening, my garage door decided it didn't want to stay closed. Precision's on-line scheduling ap made it simple to schedule service on Tuesday morning! Gabe and Luke called to let me know that they were on their way. They were prompt, efficient, explained what the issue was and what my options were and, when I made a decision, they immediately went to work. When they were finished, they showed me what they'd done and pointed out a potential future problem for me to keep an eye on. HIGHLY recommended!

I used this service in 2021 when my garage door broke and I thought it would need replacing. To my surprise they were able to repair it for under $300. So I called this year when I couldn't get the door opener to work right. The technician was very good at explaining what they would do and how they would fix it.

Luke was awesome...6 stars! He called and arrived shortly after 8am. He listened to the issues with our garage doors and then did an indepth evaluation of our doors, the motors, ect. When we discovered the issues he was upfront and transparent about the issues, pricing and time it would take to complete! Luke fixed our issues, updated our garage doors and I felt informed on what he fixed and how to maintain/problem solve going forward! It was a positive experience from booking an appointment to getting our garage doors in best working order. Will definitely recommend your company to my neighbors and friends!!

My son recommended Precision Door Service to install my new garage door opener because he had a positive experience with their products and their work about 3 years ago. Everything about my experience was excellent as well. I called and was scheduled for the next day between 9 and 11. Luke and James called a half hour prior to arriving shortly before 11. I recently moved here and this is my first garage so I know nothing about chains and belts and springs and general maintenance. They analyzed the status of a noisy, feeble 23-year-old garage door opener that I was certain needed to be replaced. Without overwhelming me with technical jargon, they proposed options and presented the pros and cons of each as well as the price. I selected the PDS Ultra 901. I also opted for new springs. Everything was installed and remote controls and keypads were programmed by 5PM. I’m extremely pleased with the result and I have a sense of security and safety with the products and with their work. I appreciated the respectful professionalism of both James and Luke in how they explained both the products and the process to me. They were conscientious and left my garage neater than it had been including removing debris from the spidery corners and Luke straightening out a dent in my garage door.

Our garage door has always functioned flawlessly but suddenly would not open. I called Precision at 9:00pm and spoke to a gentleman who scheduled the technician to arrive at 7:30am the next morning. The two workers arrived on time. They were professional, friendly and patiently answered my questions. They diagnosed the problem and had the correct parts in their van. My garage door was not opening due to a broken spring. It was past 5pm, and most places were closed except for Precision Door Service. I have never used them however, I needed my garage door repaired asap. Precision sent Luke and Curtis, the next day to repair my garage door. They were both friendly, professional and pleasant to work with. They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. They took their time and did a great job! Luke provided excellent quick and friendly service. He fixed our garage door spring, cable assembly and rollers and tested the door several times to make sure it’s in working order. We found Precision through a Google search. Will recommend to anyone I know who needs garage door services!
