My garage door stopped closing, and it was making a horrible noise. I researched a couple of companies and found Precision got consistently good reviews. I went to their website and was amazed I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Booking the appointment was painless. Today, Luke came out and looked over my garage door. Luke was awesome. We had a broken garage spring 2.5 hours before we had to leave to catch a plane. The repairman came and replaced both springs and serviced our ancient garage door in time for us to catch our ride to the airport. Amazing Customer Service.

First, Luke was at our home ready to install new garage door opener mechanism the same day I called precision to schedule appointment. Second, Luke is very personable, courteous and competent! He and I moved some garage storage stuff/shelving out of his way. When done with garage opener, he put everything back without my knowledge and not asking for help. I had trouble closing my garage door and the technician, Luke Dials, was able to arrive here to help within 30 minutes of my making the appointment. I needed a new opener and a myriad of replacement parts, as well as a new, bottom rubber seal to the garage door. Luke helped create room for his work, by moving some things out of my garage and helping return them, when the job was done. He was thorough and efficient and extremely pleasant to deal with. Luke patiently helped program the new opening system. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

I came home one evening and the garage door wouldn't open. I was very pleased that I could book an appointment for the next morning. The online booking was very easy. The technician (Luke) was running a bit late and he called me to let me know. He then let me know when he was on the way. I received a message with his picture so I knew who to expect. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with the options and cost. In a couple of hours, he had replaced everything but the door and rails. He also showed me how to maintain the new system. Easy scheduling via PGDS web site, with quick response times and reasonable appointment windows available. Notified prior to arrival and as as job progressed. Assessed problems and given options for repair. Tech was very courteous and professional. Repair completed same day in less than expected time with better than expected results. Only down side is that it was more expensive than I had anticipated.

Luke came to our house right on time. He quickly assessed our problem (our garage door wouldn't open). He explained what was happening, gave us some options to choose from for repair, and the cost of each option. The hardware in our garage for opening the doors was from 1968, when our house was built. We could understand why things weren't working any longer. Luke was able to replace the moving parts of the hardware and transition the old system to a new system that is much quieter, much safer, and also was able to bring the garage doors lower the the ground. In a matter of a few hours the work was done. Luke also tweeked our garage door system so lights would automatically come on when we open the doors. No more driving into a dark space once your headlights go off. All in all, a very good outcome and we were very happy with our interactions with Luke.

Our 13 year old opener let us know that it was giving up the ghost... Scheduled online for a service call - easy-peasy. A service company is only as good as the people - mainly the technicians. I have been lucky to have Luke in the Portland branch service my system twice, four years apart. Professional, sharp and pleasant. Frankly, that goes for their office staff too. Their people are happy where they work and that says a lot, too!!!!
