The key lock for the garage was broken. Luke showed up exactly on time. He was very courteous and helpful. There is a learning curve to operating the lock if the power goes out. He was so patient with me and had me run through it twice. I told him l never had so much fun with a repair! Make them your first call for any garage problem.

Luke showed up pretty fast after I called with my garage door stuck halfway open. He was able to assess the problem quickly. Luke explained the options I had and once I choose one he immediately got to work and had the door functioning within an hour. He also pointed out maintenance tips to keep the door working properly. My car was broken into and my garage door opener was taken. I realized that was like giving someone a key to the house, so I called Precision to ask for someone to evaluate our old openers and see if they should be replaced or otherwise made secure. Luke came the next day, exactly as promised with a truck that contained everything he needed. It turned out our doors had not been serviced for twenty years and understandably were overdue for new springs and other mechanical services. Luke explained several options. He also recommended new openers, and I agreed it made sense and was what I was anticipating. Luke did all the required service and installed two new garage door openers with keypads (something new for us) and much brighter indoor lights and other modern features. I really appreciate how quickly Precision was able to schedule our service and how efficiently the repairs and new installs were done. I would recommend Precision highly if you need any work on your garage doors. They met my expectations in every respect, and now I feel like our doors are like new. The new mechanism is much quieter too!

Next day service was perfect. Luke arrived on time, estimated the work immediately and got my garage door working in less than 90 minutes. He replaced the broken springs, the bearings and pulleys. The door action is much quieter than before. Precision Door was there when I needed them!

Luke was very thorough, efficient knowledgeable and professional. He programmed my new garage remote control and my car garage door button with ease. He also inspected my garage door and made some adjustments and a tuneup that improved the smoothness of the garage door itself. He also wore holiday antlers with lights to add a little cheer to a cold December day.
