Luke showed up on time and was friendly and courteous. Replaced the broken spring and overhauled the entire door with new rollers, cables, etc., and was finished in 1.25 hours. Door works great now and is noticeably quieter as well. Precision was great to work with.

Luke Dials did a super installing a new garage door opener and got the old garage door to stop squeaking and being very loud going up and down. It’s like having a new garage door. Luke even called that he was able to come earlier to take care of the job.

The key lock for the garage was broken. Luke showed up exactly on time. He was very courteous and helpful. There is a learning curve to operating the lock if the power goes out. He was so patient with me and had me run through it twice. I told him l never had so much fun with a repair! Make them your first call for any garage problem.

Luke showed up pretty fast after I called with my garage door stuck halfway open. He was able to assess the problem quickly. My car was broken into and my garage door opener was taken. I realized that was like giving someone a key to the house, so I called Precision to ask for someone to evaluate our old openers and see if they should be replaced or otherwise made secure. Luke came the next day, exactly as promised with a truck that contained everything he needed. It turned out our doors had not been serviced for twenty years and understandably were overdue for new springs and other mechanical services. Luke explained several options. He also recommended new openers, and I agreed it made sense and was what I was anticipating. Luke did all the required service and installed two new garage door openers with keypads (something new for us) and much brighter indoor lights and other modern features. I really appreciate how quickly Precision was able to schedule our service and how efficiently the repairs and new installs were done. I would recommend Precision highly if you need any work on your garage doors. They met my expectations in every respect, and now I feel like our doors are like new. The new mechanism is much quieter too!

He also inspected my garage door and made some adjustments and a tuneup that improved the smoothness of the garage door itself. He also wore holiday antlers with lights to add a little cheer to a cold December day.

We purchased the door from Precision slightly more than a year ago.The seal at bottom when closed left a gap at one corner, then the door wasn’t closing without constant pressure on the button. The service person diagnosed all the problems explain how to deal with them and installed a thicker seal which we needed due other work in garage and serviced the door. He told us how to maintain the door. I was satisfied with this service wish the earlier installation had been better on the custom fitting and information front but very satisfied with product and this follow up .
