Luke was very thorough, efficient knowledgeable and professional. He programmed my new garage remote control and my car garage door button with ease. He also inspected my garage door and made some adjustments and a tuneup that improved the smoothness of the garage door itself. He also wore holiday antlers with lights to add a little cheer to a cold December day.

He accessed the issue with my door quickly and did a great job in correcting the problem. He also adjusted the tension spring on the door and adjusted my garage door belt. The gentlemen who repaired my garage door were friendly, courteous, and professional. And they were on time! I was given the 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. time slot, and they called the next day precisely at 8:00 to say they were on their way---arriving at 8:10. They completed the job in a timely fashion. I have always been satisfied with Precision.
