Great service and outstanding technicians. Luke called me roughly 15-20 minutes prior to his arrival. He was on time. He accessed the issue with my door quickly and did a great job in correcting the problem. He also adjusted the tension spring on the door and adjusted my garage door belt. Great job all the way around. Would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone looking for a great product, backed by fantastic service!

For the 2nd time the service was phenomenal. I was surprised when my wife wasn’t as excited as me at the new smooth, quiet motor with WiFi capability. The guys came last minute and fixed my springs and installed a new garage door opener. Very nice walked me through the new garage door opener. Luke was super nice. He said once i get my in car garage remote fixed give him a call and he will walk me through setting it up.

Precision was able to have a technician out within 2 hours of my call. Luke was very professional, did a thorough review of the entire system and replaced the spring which had broken. He answered all of my questions and provided the best solution for our repair needs without trying to sell me something I didn’t need. In the two times I have had to use Precision Door Service, I have found them to be dependable, courteous and trustworthy. Luke was great. He gave me three options after diagnosing the problem and explained the problem and solutions to me. He had all the tools and parts in the van, so a one stop fix. Wore his mask and cleaned up afterwards. I’ll certainly recommend this company.
