Raised in Hillsboro Oregon, Luke enjoys spending time outdoors and hiking in the great NW. He also enjoys working on cars and in particular builiding an off road 4-runner. He is an animal lover and owns a 5 year old dog named BEAR who often rides along with Luke to service calls. Luke's favorite part about the job is seeing a customer's reaction on a job well done!

Great service and outstanding technicians. Luke called me roughly 15-20 minutes prior to his arrival. He was on time. He accessed the issue with my door quickly and did a great job in correcting the problem. He also adjusted the tension spring on the door and adjusted my garage door belt. Great job all the way around. Would highly recommend Precision Door to anyone looking for a great product, backed by fantastic service!

For the 2nd time the service was phenomenal. I was surprised when my wife wasn’t as excited as me at the new smooth, quiet motor with WiFi capability. The guys came last minute and fixed my springs and installed a new garage door opener. Very nice walked me through the new garage door opener. Luke was super nice. He said once i get my in car garage remote fixed give him a call and he will walk me through setting it up.

Precision was able to have a technician out within 2 hours of my call. Luke was very professional, did a thorough review of the entire system and replaced the spring which had broken. He answered all of my questions and provided the best solution for our repair needs without trying to sell me something I didn’t need. In the two times I have had to use Precision Door Service, I have found them to be dependable, courteous and trustworthy. We’ve used them before and we’re not surprised by the top level of service we were provided... But Luke was Amasing, professional, courteous, COVID conches and just all around Amasing! On Christmas night as the family was leaving we( our garage door) broke a spring ... alarmed by what it was going to cost... we called precision back... Luke made the whole process fast, we'll done, and in my opinion affordable, even adding in some warranty work that we weren’t aware we had!
