From the first moment my call was answered until the time my service technician left my residence, I had a great experience. I will continue to use Precision and recommend that others do the same.

The spring on my garage door broke on a Saturday evening, trapping my car in the garage. I was able to call at 7:00 am Sunday morning for an appointment and a technician was at my house by 8:15 am. He did an excellent job and got it repaired. Very professional company and so easy to work with!

Austin Gusewelle

I was incredibly impressed with them. The initial consult lasted about an hour - with the rep answering every dumb question I had, while take detailed measurements. He had given me mockups with confirmed quotes before he left. I got another quote from a different (well known) local company - where the rep spent a total of (I kid you not) 6 minutes. They were offering a Home Depot brand door at a higher price than Precision! Install day with Precision went smooth. The installers made sure I was happy with everything and cleaned up everything. I cannot recommend going with Precision enough.

When our spring broke yesterday morning and the garage door company, I've used in the past was closed, the first company that came to mind was precision and their commercials where they say "fully stocked ready to rock" - so I called. The representative looked at the booking calendar and asked how about now for them to come out. Robert (and yes, he's in the commercial) showed up in a matter of 30 minutes and was done an hour later. New springs, stranded cable and bearings done. Precision is the real deal. Thanks again Robert, Steve W

Scott came out and in a couple of minutes had a good idea of the issue. He had the part on the truck and had the opener working again in under 1 hour. Would use them again.

I chose Precision Garage Doors because my door decided to quit working. I called them early AM ,actually had a real person on the phone to help me ,they had a technician out within an hour or so. Scott was the technician, a very courteous and knowledgeable young man. He went through everything then we went over findings together. There were choices but I choose to replace unit with new one. He had me back in business in 2 hours. He walked me through the operation of the unit making sure I understood everything. I would highly recommend these folks. Thanks Scott!

Precision is a great company to work with. The keypad for the garage door was not working. Brian and Vance arrived within a couple hours of my call, found the problem and got it working again. They also re-keyed the release mechanism, which was on my to-do list, and saved me the trouble and expense of a locksmith; plus, they were done in about 20 minutes. Highly recommend Precision and Brian and Vance in particular!

Precision Door Service exceed my expectations. I called around 3pm on a Sunday after our garage door stopped working and they sent Robert to our house in less than one hour and our door was fixed before dinner. Robert was courteous, professional, thorough, communicative, and did a great job fixing our garage door. This was literally the best customer service experience I have ever had!

Kristin Rogers

Luke did an amazing job with setting up our new motor and spring along with servicing our other Garage Door. He took the time to explain everything Thoroughly and answered all of my questions. He was very polite, moved everything back when he was done, and overall did a wonderful job.

I always had a great experience with those who serviced my garage doors at my property. But yesterday, the young man you sent me was not experienced and did not appear he knew much about it should function. I am most disappointed.

Quick and professional service. On-time and kept me advised of eta. Technician was knowledgeable and didn’t try to up-sell me on anything. Precision installed my system three years ago and i have been very happy with it and continue to be happy with it and the service i receive from Precision.

Richard Kouzes

Precision door was very responsive and did a quick job of replacing our garage door opener

Gilberto Salas

Friendly and answered all my questions. What kept for a 5 star review is all the left over nuts and bolts left after the job was done. Had to clean myself.

In the last year I have had three garage door repairs. The last one from Precision. There service was impeccable. Earlier mistakes by other companies were explained and fixed. I did not have to necessarily have all the recommended repairs done, but I chose to do so. The technician, Nicolas, was really great. He certainly knew what he was doing. The amazing thing was I called on a Saturday morning hoping to get an appointment the following Monday or Tuesday. I could hardly believe it when they were able to come out the same day. Without their repairs I could not get my car out of the garage. Precision, and in particular, Nicolas, will be my single garage door installer.

I called because my garage door opener was broken. They managed to send Sam, the repair person, out within 2 hours of my call. I was totally impressed. Sam determined my old opener was not repairable and he gave me 3 options for replacement. I picked one and he installed it within 2 hours. After he was finished, he went over the operation of the new opener and also synced in with my Mazda so I can operate it from my car. In all, I am total satisfied with the service I received. Sam did an excellent job and should be commended. This isn't my first experience with Precision and they will definitely be my choice in the future if I need more work done. Thanks

Chuck was amazing start to finish. Professional, personable and his expertise was clear from the second he was on site. Their pricing was fair and I appreciated how transparent those costs were explained upfront. I’m super satisfied with the work completed and would absolutely recommend Precision for your garage needs.

Ron Tippetts

Thank you to Luke for the great consult. He was professional, worked quickly and delivered wonderful quality results. Fantastic upgrade for my garage.

Helen Hansen

I have been dreading replacing my garage door opener, but finally broke down last week and made the commitment. I worked with Jackson to get an estimate and he did a great job of presenting the options that were available. I am VERY satisfied with the work that was done and enjoyed working with Jackson. He went above and beyond setting me up with the new smart door opener and even programmed it for my car. Couldn't be happier!!
