Brian was awesome! He was friendly and communicative. He knew what he was talking about. He was professional, thorough, he worked quickly and left everything clean. We could not have asked for more considering the circumstances. We were not expecting it, but we had to replace the entire garage door opener along with the springs, the rollers, and all of the corresponding parts. It was expensive, but we thought the quality was there and there was no pressure to do anything.
