I have used this company before and they were great - their customer service and technicians are the best. The spring on my garage door broke and they were able to get a technician out and the repair was done the same day. David was on time, friendly, respectful and did an excellent job. This company truly values their customers and their employees, the repair technicians are trained and know exactly what they are doing, I would not use anyone else. Our Tension spring broke in half on Saturday and we were unable to open the garage door. The following Monday it was completely fixed for a reasonable price. Hunter was the technician that fixed our door, he was friendly, efficient and went above and beyond. We have had many same day cancellations during the pandemic from companies doing appliance repairs, etc which left us in a bad spot for weeks at a time. This company definitely cares about their customers and I highly recommend them.

After attempting (and failing) on our own to troubleshoot what turned out to be some rather serious issues with our garage door, we decided to call Precision Door Service after reading reviews online. We described the issue to a Precision representative and a technician arrived at our home shortly after. Shane H. thoroughly examined the state of our garage door, identified the problem, and went over a few options with us. From beginning to end Shane was courteous, professional, and demonstrated the highest level of service as he was ultimately able to fix the issue we were having with the garage door spring and cables. A great experience all around, and a big thank you to Shane!

This is the second time I’ve had repairs/ maintenance work done on my garage door and I will choose precision again. They answer their phone and schedule appointments right away. The technicians come out will all the gear they need to do the repairs so the work is done when they leave. They show up when they are supposed to and call ahead to let you know they are enroute. My call started with Kim. She was courteous and professional. Got me scheduled same day and let me know Hunter was tech. Hunter called to let me know arrival window and showed up in the window. He diagnosed the problem, offered solution and suggested improvements without a hard sell. I upgraded based upon his presentation and knowledge. He fixed the problem, went extra to program a remote and educated me on home maintenance, pointing out the training videos on the companies website. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and reflected well on the company. I was relieved to have same day service at a reasonable price with some education thrown in. Highly recommend this company and it’s standards.

Tyler and his co-worker were very professional and took the time to do everything right. I now feel confident instead of fearing the door was going to break. I like that the work is guaranteed too! The only thing I didn’t get was a receipt for the work done but I forgot to ask. So if that’s important to you be sure to ask.
