Tyler and his co-worker were very professional and took the time to do everything right. I now feel confident instead of fearing the door was going to break. I like that the work is guaranteed too! The only thing I didn’t get was a receipt for the work done but I forgot to ask. So if that’s important to you be sure to ask.

When our garage door spring broke late Sunday, our cars were stuck in our garage. We called Precision on Sunday and a tech was at our door first thing Monday morning. The tech, Marcus Sutherby, provided outstanding service. He addressed the problems, made repairs and improved the garage door operation. We are so glad we called Precision.

Next day service was perfect. Luke arrived on time, estimated the work immediately and got my garage door working in less than 90 minutes. He replaced the broken springs, the bearings and pulleys. The door action is much quieter than before. Precision Door was there when I needed them!

I called Precision Door to fix my broke garage door and they were able to come out the next day. Their tech Tim, explained what broke/failed and gave me three options to fix the problem. I chose the most expensive option, but he didn’t push it on me like a typical service person might do. He explained that I’d get a longer warranty and be switching out old parts with newer, more efficient parts as to why it was the most costly fix. Tim seemed like he really cared and it showed in his amazing work. I’ll highly recommend Precision Door to anyone having issues with their garage door!!!

Tim did an outstanding job on our garage door disaster that occurred the night before. Springs, cables and other parts had broken all at once while closing the door for the night. Upon arriving on time, he did a thorough inspection identifying all the broken parts and other issues we were not aware of and provided 2 repair options depending on how much we could pay. He even replaced all the hinge nuts with ones that would not loosen even though it was outside the scope of the repair. In the end, our garage door is now better aligned and repaired with components that should last long into the future. Great work Tim!

Shane was great! Gave us a courtesy call when he was on the way, very knowledgeable about the problem we were facing, and in less than two hours, all fixed!
