They were very informative and professional. Best $1500 I’ve spent… such peace of mind knowing my garage door is done right.

Called Precision Garage Doors on a Monday morning for overhead door spring replacement. They had an appointment that afternoon. Brian Stearns came out within their estimated time to check out the problem. In his assessment, he found not only the broken torsion spring but that one lift cable was frayed and the tube bearings were disintegrating. Brian was personable with clear communication and performed the work professionally. Thank you Brian for finding the additional problems and correcting same before there were fuurther/future issues.! Easy to schedule and Hayden did a great job of explaining what he thought needed attention. Gave me my options and let me make the final decision.

Your technician removed wall board along the top and sides of the garage door. The studs and the gaps between them are now exposed allowing outside ambient air to flow into the garage. I will need to hire a contractor to replace the wall board that was removed in order to seal up the garage and restore the status quo ante. This will have to be done at some point in order to sell the house. I cannot recommend your company because of this.

Precision Garage Door did a great job! The technician Jeffrey was friendly and professional, got everything done quickly, and installed my new opener with no hassle.

On a late Sunday afternoon, I heard a loud crashing sound from within our garage. It turns out the coiled tension spring had snapped in two. I looked online and decided to book an appointment with Precision Garage Door Service. I was surprised to see that I was easily able to schedule an appointment for the very next morning between 10am and noon. The online scheduling was convenient and easy to use. The next morning, I was contacted via text at 930am and told my technician (Chuck) was on his way. Chuck was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly assessed our needed repairs as well as the overall condition of all components and provided us three estimates ranging from minimum repair to complete overhaul. Our house is 15 years old the garage door and components were all original. It shook, banged and vibrated every time it was opened and closed. But not anymore. It is now whisper quiet and no more vibrations. Once everything was installed and working, Chuck took time to explain how to operate and program everything, provided preventative maintenance tips and cleaned up afterward. I am impressed with Precision Garage Door Service, and I would not hesitate to call them again.

Brian I was super! Great price, swept up our garage! Five star for him!

Dave Howard

On time, friendly, quick install. Came back when interior light wouldn’t turn off quickly. Turns out the sensor was picking me up as I was walking around it. Working as should. Very quiet operation. I balked at the price but after the install I was happy with having Chuck at Precision Door service do the job.

I was told by the installer they didn't have the proper tools to finish the job in one day, and that "someone" would be back to finish it. No one ever came back.

Pleased is not enough to say about the quick repair service for a broken spring on a Labor day Sunday. Nicholas arrived within two hours after I found the door spring on my Clopay door had broken. I had a single spring system on a double door. I read online that a single spring is not recommended for a door that is that heavy (170#). Without mentioning that to Nicholas, he said the same thing. After this second failure in 15 years I agreed. He rebuilt the entire system with standard two springs and aligned everything also installed new quiet rollers. Super qualified installer that takes pride in his work. Much appreciated. Thanks!

We used precision door again and they did a wonderful job!! Jackson arrived early the day after we call and was one of the most friendly and knowledgeable employees who we have ever used. He gave us options and explained the problem so my wife could understand since I was out of town. He explained the difference if he replace or fixed the existing system. She decided to have a new system installed since it was a long term fix. He completed the in a short time and she was very impressed with the professionalism he showed. We would recommend the company to anyone who has a problem with their garage door system!

Chris Freck

Arrived early, did quality honest assessment and stayed to be sure things were done right the first time.

This is the second time I have used Precision Door Service. The first was to install a new garage door opener and second was to replace broken spring. In both cases, the tech was polite, on time and professional. Today, David repaired my broken spring. He was there in less than an hour after of my call. He spent time to explained everything. I had him add some new rollers and the entire job was complete very quick. He cleaned up after the job. My garage door is now fixed and quieter than ever ! Just like new! Thanks David and the team for the quick and professional response. I will definitely use them again. You should give them a try!

We have had other companies over the years, but called Precision Doors this time. Fantastic experience! Luke was our tech and he was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and super nice. He went out of his way to help me move a few things and his work was absolutely top-notch. Furthermore, it was extremely easy to schedule the appointment and they were here the following day. Luke & Precision will be our go-to garage door people from now on. I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this company.

This company is great! From the friendly customer service when trouble-shooting the problem on the phone, to the timely repair appointment and finally, a knowledgeable, friendly technician. They do a great job - I've had them out twice now. I wouldn't call anyone else!

The Precision team replaced 2 Garage openers today for me with Lift master 87504 and I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of work. They arrived right on time, were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was expecting 3 to 4 hours of work and they finished in a little over two. That included helping me get the online app set up and programmed. Awesome work by the guys!! Great job!
