I called Precision Door to fix my broke garage door and they were able to come out the next day. Their tech Tim, explained what broke/failed and gave me three options to fix the problem. I chose the most expensive option, but he didn’t push it on me like a typical service person might do. He explained that I’d get a longer warranty and be switching out old parts with newer, more efficient parts as to why it was the most costly fix. Tim seemed like he really cared and it showed in his amazing work. I’ll highly recommend Precision Door to anyone having issues with their garage door!!!

Tim did an outstanding job on our garage door disaster that occurred the night before. Springs, cables and other parts had broken all at once while closing the door for the night. Upon arriving on time, he did a thorough inspection identifying all the broken parts and other issues we were not aware of and provided 2 repair options depending on how much we could pay. He even replaced all the hinge nuts with ones that would not loosen even though it was outside the scope of the repair. In the end, our garage door is now better aligned and repaired with components that should last long into the future. Great work Tim!

I ended up replacing the opener (it was over 25 years old) Tim explained everything to me, how the opener worked and all the details of the remote. He also helped me get the app up and running. I’m so glad I called Precision! I’m not sure who I spoke with to make the appointment but she was friendly, efficient, and able to book me for the same day which I didn’t expect. David, the technician who arrived to fix a loose garage door cable and install a new garage door opener, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to show up for the appointment early and answered all of the questions my husband and I had. He removed the old garage door opener and installed a new one quickly and cleaned everything up afterward. He also explained everything we needed to know about the new opener. He even tweaked the track so the cables weren’t rubbing against it and now it is silent for the first time since we’ve lived in our house. The quote I was given over the phone was exactly what I was charged with no surprises or upselling. David exceeded our expectations and he was great to work with! I’m very impressed with him and with the company’s commitment to their customers. Thank you!
