Tim arrived earlier than appointment time, called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Listened to me when I explained the problem. I ended up replacing the opener (it was over 25 years old) Tim explained everything to me, how the opener worked and all the details of the remote. He also helped me get the app up and running. Technician Shane was early, friendly, knowledgeable, and had many years of experience. After doing a few tests, he figured out the problem and fixed it. I was impressed that he rewired my garage door to make it more efficient and a few other things. He said my system was a good brand and should last me a long while. I’m so glad I called Precision! I’m not sure who I spoke with to make the appointment but she was friendly, efficient, and able to book me for the same day which I didn’t expect. David, the technician who arrived to fix a loose garage door cable and install a new garage door opener, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to show up for the appointment early and answered all of the questions my husband and I had. He removed the old garage door opener and installed a new one quickly and cleaned everything up afterward. He also explained everything we needed to know about the new opener. He even tweaked the track so the cables weren’t rubbing against it and now it is silent for the first time since we’ve lived in our house. The quote I was given over the phone was exactly what I was charged with no surprises or upselling. David exceeded our expectations and he was great to work with! I’m very impressed with him and with the company’s commitment to their customers. Thank you!

Overall a good experience. They replaced my broken spring. The repairman was professional, courteous, and finished in a timely manner. Only complaint is the price seemed a little high, $350 for two springs. And that was with a $100 discount!
