David Heath was my repair person…Precision Garage Door was more than helpful…coming the same day I called, kept me informed as to the progress of my repair person coming to my house. David was absolutely the best…a great talker…let me know what he was doing, or..looking for. He diagnosed the problem and let me know the “whys and how comes”…and he adjusted the motor so I might have another day in the sun…we’ll see. 8 AM: "We should replace the garage door opener." 2 PM: "Wow, the new opener is so quiet." What happened in between? Great communication with Precision, as I explored the options for a new opener. A few hours later, Nicholas came by--super friendly, super efficient, and great about answering my questions. This is my second experience with Precision, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

One of the springs on our garage door snapped at 5:30 PM Wednesday. I called Precision at 6:30 PM PM Wednesday and spoke with Melissa, who got me an appointment for 9-11 AM the next day. The phone call took 2 minutes. I received a phone call Thursday morning at 8:30 from the technician Jeffrey P-J saying he was on his way. He showed up at 8:50 AM. He did a complete safety inspection of the door and gave me a range of options for repair/replacement. We made our selection of a complete garage door opener overhaul. He said it would take approximately two hours. It took 1 hour and 50 minutes. He was polite, professional, and even took the time to chat with my kids. He left no mess and the door works perfectly. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work and the quality is evident. This is the second time we've used Precision (first time was an unrelated sensor issue) and both experiences have been excellent. We won't go anywhere else for any future garage door needs.

I randomly picked Precision when searching. I explained my problem and then she was telling me email and phone and address. I asked how she got my info. Said I used them in April 2023 for some service. Colby was my person to repair. Great guy. Professional and all that. Check him out if you are looking for service.

Precision Door was prompt, courteous and a delight to work with. They answered their phones! Tech Nick Alby was knowledgeable, on time and made the repairs in a timely manner. He explained everything to me, took pictures so I would have all the info I would need to address the cause with my HOA. He has my needs in mind which means I’ll be back to precision if I need any help in the future. I was lucky enough to have a technician at my house the same day, 1.5 hours after I called. I had a spring break, but my spring, garage door opener and wheels were 20 years old, so I went with the Best option available with the longer warranty. I got new wheels, new springs, and a much quieter garage door opener. My technician, Jeffrey, was great to work with, he was fast and did an excellent job. Thanks!
