Great service all around. Paul was on time and courteous. Broken spring was still under warranty and it was repaired Quickly and at no charge, other than the normal service fee. Very honest and we will continue to do business with Precision based on this recent experience.

I called on Tuesday, technician (Travis) arrived as scheduled Wednesday morning, problem addressed by noon. Travis was prompt, courteous, and clearly spelled out my options, which didn’t all involve buying a whole new opener like another company insisted was my only choice. Tech is amazing! Same tech that installed the opener and he noticed a broken hinge. He replaced it quickly and reset the opener and educated me on how to do it in the future. Will always recommend this company for any garage door projects.

Wow! They’re not kidding when Precision Door claims same day service. The customer service is absolutely stellar!!! Both Luke and trainee were both on time and courteous. Completed inspection followed by a few service options and the cost for each. After choosing an option they both got started and in no time our garage door was repaired. Thanks!

Our garage door spring broke. So gave Precision a call. Lou was the scheduler and was able to set me up with a technician that afternoon. Tim, the technician called us to let us know he was on his way. After arriving, he discussed issue and went over options. Tim was great. He performed his work and got the door working again. Greased the rollers and hinges and recommended an annual checkup. He was very professional and didn't mind me watching him do his job. We've used Precision for all our garage door work and they've never disappointed us. Thanks again.
