I called on Tuesday, technician (Travis) arrived as scheduled Wednesday morning, problem addressed by noon. Travis was prompt, courteous, and clearly spelled out my options, which didn’t all involve buying a whole new opener like another company insisted was my only choice. I highly recommend this company for garage door opener repair.

My experience was great! Luke and his team(sorry I cannot remember the other gentleman’s name) were very informative, knew exactly what I needed and were also fast. Tech is amazing! Same tech that installed the opener and he noticed a broken hinge. He replaced it quickly and reset the opener and educated me on how to do it in the future. Will always recommend this company for any garage door projects.

Wow! They’re not kidding when Precision Door claims same day service. The customer service is absolutely stellar!!! Both Luke and trainee were both on time and courteous. Completed inspection followed by a few service options and the cost for each. After choosing an option they both got started and in no time our garage door was repaired. Thanks!

Our garage door spring broke. So gave Precision a call. Lou was the scheduler and was able to set me up with a technician that afternoon. Tim, the technician called us to let us know he was on his way. After arriving, he discussed issue and went over options. Tim was great. He performed his work and got the door working again. Greased the rollers and hinges and recommended an annual checkup. He was very professional and didn't mind me watching him do his job. We've used Precision for all our garage door work and they've never disappointed us. Thanks again.

Hunter arrived when he was scheduled, called to let me know when he would be here. Inspected the problem and let me know what was damaged and explained what needed to be done. Luke was fantastic! He gave me the option for him to either arrive at the agreed upon time or early. I happily accepted the early arrival. He was knowledgeable and had all the supplies he needed. He worked quickly and safely. I would recommend him and Precision Garage Door.

Called Precision Door late yesterday afternoon because door was missing a key bolt and was not operating properly. Precision was able to service my door first thing this morning! The technician, Hunter, had replaced the drive on my other door a year or so ago and had done a great job, so I was happy he was still on the job and showed up today to service my other door. He even checked the remotes and replaced a light bulb for me!!! Thank you to Precision Door and Hunter.
