We have used Precision doors twice, and both times they were absolutely brilliant. The technicians were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. They replaced our garage door and opener 5 years ago, and we were impressed at how much quieter the model they selected was over the original one installed by the builders. The best part was it was half the price! So when one of the door springs broke the other day, Precisions doors were the only company we considered calling. It was a Sunday afternoon and they scheduled a technician to come out the next day, which was amazing service. Brian, the technician identified the issue, serviced the system, and got it fixed and over hauled in an hour! He did a great job and I would definitely recommend using him at Precision doors. They are our go to for all garage door issues!

I discovered that I had a broken spring on a Monday (of coarse). They were able to come the next day to fix it. The quoted prices were reasonable and I liked having multiple options. My door was old and badly in need of service so I opted for the complete overhaul package. The work was done in about an hour and the 10 year warranty gives me some much needed piece of mind. All in all I'm very happy with the quality of the work, the cost, and the speedy service. I would gladly recommend Precision.

Our installer, Tim, arrived within the timeframe given and did an excellent installation. He also educated us on lubricating the rollers and hinges 1-3 times yearly. He was personable. We are extremely pleased with the appearance and operation of our new double car garage door.

Highly recommended! The technician, Penuel, did a great job repairing our garage door which had snapped a cable and did some damage to the track. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Also, they were able to schedule the appointment on a Sunday which was awesome.

I backed my car out of the garage before the door was all the way up resulting in damage to the door. ????????. I called Precision because you performed some maintenance on the door a year or so ago. I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment for this afternoon. The technician was the same one I had before and he was prompt and professional. I appreciate your quick response. I am so pleased with the sevice from Precision, I would give more than a 5 star rating if I could! My garage door was not functioning at all, and is too heavy for me to lift by hand. First, when I called, a real person answered the phone. Christie (I am probably not spelling her name right). was courteous, professional, and had all the necessary information at hand. I have used Precision in the past, and the record was available. Second, I was told Brian would be the technician coming to my home, and since pictures of all the technicians are shown on the website, I knew exactly who to expect. Brian was also very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. After assessing the situation, he explained the options for necessary repairs or replacements of various parts. The door had not been assessed professionally in many years - my fault. It took a couple of hours to complete the replacement/repairs of various parts. Third, the company location, the response time, BBB rating and 'badges' shown on the website were all impressive; especially the pictures of the personnel. Brian said if I have any questions about the new opener, etc. to call the company for help. I will be calling in six months to schedule a maintenance inspection. The problem was solved in just a few hours. Thank you for your prompt response, and knowledgeable, courteous personnel. SO important.

We had the spring break on our garage door yesterday. Having used Precision before for the same issue at a former home, they were the company I wanted to take care of this new problem! I was impressed with them 5 years ago and was just as impressed and more today. We received fast, personable and professionally completed service again today.
