Fantastic Company. This is the second time we used Precision and was equally pleased both times. Hunter was able to come out the same day we called. He was also able to preform the repairs on the same visit. He was very professional and very knowledgeable on what needed to be done. We are very happy with the final product. The garage door is so quite and smooth now that you hardly know it is on.

The door works better then it ever has. Explained in detail what needed to be repaired. He also aligned the tracks better then they were so it glides much better. He cleaned up the area after the repair. Exceptional job.

Paul was great, came to our house quickly, wasn't pushy on sales and even offered a current holiday discount we weren't aware of. We were willing to buy a new opener to go with the new door, but he assured us our current one would do the job for now, saving us hundreds. CJ installed our new in less than 2 hours, and it looks/works perfect. Will definitely be calling back for any maintenance, or when our old opener inevitably stops working in a few years.

I used Precision for repairs on my garage door at my previous address so knew their work and reputation. Hunter is an excellent technician and extremely personable. He explained everything he did in detail and answered all my questions. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing garage repairs, rebuilding or a new garage door setup. Hunter checked everything and replaced the motor, springs, rollers and cables. Works like a dream and is no longer slow and noisy. What a pleasure that is.

the technician that came out was extremely helpful and had our problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. He also advised us of a situation that would eventually become a problem and we asked him if he could take care of that while he was on site. (saving us a future house call) . He said he had the materials on hand and in short order the job was done. You can't ask for better service than that. I'm keeping his phone number handy.

Precision was able to schedule a repair person to come out the next morning. Joe had everything he needed to repair the broken spring and replace the 24 year old garage door opener. He clearly communicated what he needed to do and how much it would cost. The estimate we discussed matched the cost on the invoice. Hunter Osburn, technician, was very pleasant and courteous. After he inspected the garage door, he provided several options to resolve any issues with the door. He preformed the repairs acturately and quickly. Precision responded immediately to the problem with our garage door. They had a technician on site early the next morning (Sunday).

I had used Precision Overhead Garage Door before at my former address. My daughters condo garage door needed a tune-up and I just happened to open Group-On (I had never used it before but was curious what it was about) and found a coupon for a door tune-up by Precision. I contacted Precision to find out how it worked and after she explained it to me I purchased the coupon and the technician (Hunter - a very wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable young man) came to the house and did a first class job at tuning up the door. He also explained other options to me if I wanted to do more than the coupon offered. I to update the coupon a little and wait for another time to do more. He was great to explain everything he had done and showed me anything I had questions about. The door is like new, but will do more later.

Excellent service. I called at 10 am. Luke, the technician, arrived by 11:40. Two new motors installed for my garage doors. Luke finished by 1:40 pm. I never dreamed when I called I would get same day service. Luke was the best. Very professional.
