the technician that came out was extremely helpful and had our problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. He also advised us of a situation that would eventually become a problem and we asked him if he could take care of that while he was on site. (saving us a future house call) . He said he had the materials on hand and in short order the job was done. You can't ask for better service than that. I'm keeping his phone number handy.

Precision was able to schedule a repair person to come out the next morning. Joe had everything he needed to repair the broken spring and replace the 24 year old garage door opener. He clearly communicated what he needed to do and how much it would cost. The estimate we discussed matched the cost on the invoice. I was very happy with the service work and would recommend Precision as a vendor for this type of repair service.

Hunter Osburn, technician, was very pleasant and courteous. After he inspected the garage door, he provided several options to resolve any issues with the door. He preformed the repairs acturately and quickly. Precision responded immediately to the problem with our garage door. They had a technician on site early the next morning (Sunday).

I had used Precision Overhead Garage Door before at my former address. My daughters condo garage door needed a tune-up and I just happened to open Group-On (I had never used it before but was curious what it was about) and found a coupon for a door tune-up by Precision. I contacted Precision to find out how it worked and after she explained it to me I purchased the coupon and the technician (Hunter - a very wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable young man) came to the house and did a first class job at tuning up the door. He also explained other options to me if I wanted to do more than the coupon offered. I to update the coupon a little and wait for another time to do more. He was great to explain everything he had done and showed me anything I had questions about. The door is like new, but will do more later.

Outstanding service! I hit the garage door track with my car, so I was feeling a bit chagrined (polite word). Precision had a tech to the house within 3 hours of my call. He fixed it promptly & with good humor. Charge was 1/2 to 1/4 of what I’d expected. What’s not to love?

No services performed, just great customer service! Called this morning requesting an evaluation and quote of replacement of existing garage doors and openers. In less than four hours. Sales Manager Paul was on site and schooling me in both products, my options, my costs and some peripheral considerations. Great individual, very personable and obviously very knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed his time, professionalism and no pressure. He left me with quotes for ways to accomplish replacement and while we will need to make a decision as to how to proceed, Paul left an impression that will factor positively in the decision making process.

I called Precision late Friday afternoon, and within two hours a technician arrived, figured out the problem and gave me two options (repair or replace the 25 yr old garage door opener). We chose to replace the opener, which included new Chain rail, keypad and remotes. Thanks again, Hunter, for an excellent job!!!! The Precision team was professional and prompt in getting a technician out within hours of my call. Hunter called when on his way, arrived in the promised time window, and was likewise very professional. His estimates were right on the mark, and the extras - tuning up the doors and re-tuning the door opener - were beyond my expectations. Very nice work!
