We had our 3 garage door openers replaced. 28+ years of service and the parts no longer available. Two were Liftmaster. The 3rd was a Genie, 30+ years old. Joe Igla, service technician was very helpful informing us of the options. Ended up replacing all 3 with the Precision's house brand, Marantec, made in Germany. Very quiet, smooth and not all the high tech features we don't need. Joe was there 5 hours, excellent service removal, installation and connection to all 3 vehicles. Call Precision.

Super prompt and professional service. I had this company install a door two years ago and concrete contractor damaged the sensor in one side of the door. Precision came it and fixed it the same day and for a very reasonable price. These guys are great. You won’t be disappointed..

Excellent service. Same day service for a garage door that had many issues. The springs, rollers, sensors, and even the motor were in need of replacement. Brian was very informative: told me all the issues that he saw that were creating my garage door problems. He showed me how all the replaced parts worked and how and where to lube the garage door to prevent future problems. Brian had Nick worked together and were professional, courteous, and efficient. They got all the necessary things that needed to be fixed done.

I requested tuneup and maintenance on my 2018 double garage door. Joe arrived and told me my door was in good shape. He asked if I would like new springs installed, as they were 7 years old. He told me they were good now, and it was my decision. I chose to have new springs installed. I purchased a new remote to replace one of my 30-year old remotes. Joe is very personable and did a great job. I was impressed by the service I received.

We had a broken garage spring 2.5 hours before we had to leave to catch a plane. The repairman came and replaced both springs and serviced our ancient garage door in time for us to catch our ride to the airport. Amazing Customer Service.

The work included an overhaul and replacement parts for the moving components of the existing, manually operated, 25-year-old garage door along with installation of an automatic opener. Hayden had scoped out the work in advance and provided quotes along with a detailed explanations of the work options. When we made the decision to proceed with the work, Precision was able to schedule it for the next day. Hayden called to confirm his arrival time, which was as scheduled.
