We experienced a problem with our large wooden automatic garage door that has been periodically updated since the 1980s, and was suffering from worn parts. I contacted 3 door companies to assess and quote, and Joe from Precision was the second to respond to my request and came onsite to assess and advise on repairs. He gave us three options which offered a repair to fix our problem and also prevent further issues in the near future. He was clear on the warrantee offered in parts and labor, clear on the type of parts used (high use springs) and explained some differences we would notice once repairs were complete and even giving simple advice to me about monthly maintenance which could prolong the life of the existing and new parts. I highly recommend Peecision & in particular Joe for a garage door system overhaul or repair.

Couldn't be more pleased with the scope of work. Extremely responsive. I called to ask about opener issues. Agent said a tech was available soon. Nick called me to say he could be here in about 30 minutes. He diagnosed the remote opener failure (worn out). Programed a new remote, adjusted the spring tension, lubricated the door hinges, and repaired a loose wall pad. I received a senior/veteran discount as well. Brian Stearns was our tech who came to repair/our old overhead door. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. After an inspection, he came back to us and explained what was needed to be done was to replace our 7' rail belt, bring our door up to code-(-I'm sure it hadn't been inspected since the 90"s )and provide us with a workable remote opener. It was really such a joy to interact with someone as knowledgeable and personable as Brian.I wish every tech coming out had the same fabulous attitude. Precision will be at the top of our list should we ever need their services again!

I contacted Precision Garage Door to inspect my door and all parts associated with the mechanical operation of the door. I was advised a service technician would contact me later that day and advise when he would be out to inspect the door. Andrew Del Fava, service technician, called me and stated he would be at my house at 2:00PM. Andrew arrived about 20 minutes early and greeted me with a smile. I cannot express enough how courteous and professional Andrew was. He answered all of my questions in a manner that was easy to understand and provided me with three options regarding my door. He explained three options in detail and when I asked when he could schedule an appointment to complete the option I selected, he stated he could do it right now. Needless to say, I was overwhelmed. I advised Andrew I was not under any timeline and did not want him to have to start a job and not finish until after his normal quitting time. He stated he would have the job done by 5:00PM or maybe a little after. At 4:40PM he advised me he was done. He showed me everything he did and answered all of my questions in a professional and understanding fashion. On a rating of 1 to 10 I give Andrew a 15. His attitude, professionalism, demeanor is without question at the top of the scale. If all service personnel had his attitude and approach to doing business a homeowner would be more than satisfied with whatever the technician was requested to do. Andrew is a great asset to Precision Garage Door Service, and they are fortunate to have him represent their company. Thank you Andrew for your visit, attitude, professionalism you displayed. Booked my appointment one day ahead. The next day Andrew Del Fava came to service our door that had been neglected since it's install over ten years ago. Needless to say it made fingernails on a chalkboard sound beautiful. Not to be deterred, Andrew did an amazing job and got our door to almost hum, an amazing transformation! Called Precision because of intermittent “banging” sound when the garage door was opening. Had same day service in a few hours. The technician, Jackson, diagnosed the problem immediately (damaged bearing plates) and replaced them quickly — a very affable technician who obviously knew what he was doing. My wife and I both told him that his skill would not be taken over by AI for a long time, if ever. We are completely satisfied with the work done by Jackson, and the rapid response time by Precision Garage Door Service.
