We had been having some issues with our garage door not opening and closing right. I called Precision and they sent out a technician the same day. Our technician was Trey and he came right on time and was friendly, knowledgeable and did the safety inspection, lubricated the door and diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a fair price. The safety eyes at the bottom of the door needed to be repositioned as the sun was affecting their ability to work together. I also had an issue with my older classic Mercedes garage door opener not working with the new garage door opener. If a vehicle is pre 2013 due to changes in how the signal operates it may be that I just have to use the hand opener which works fine. Trey promised a call back from one of their senior techs on this issue later today which is fine.

Excellent service from Bo the tech. He arrived promptly after my call to replace the broken springs on my garage door. He was very friendly and professional. He gave my door a complete overhaul and showed me all the worn parts to replace. He even was kind enough to fix my doorbell at no extra charge. This service comes with a 10year warranty on all parts and labor. Call these guys and ask for Bo, he is the best!!

Luke came to our house right on time. He quickly assessed our problem (our garage door wouldn't open). He explained what was happening, gave us some options to choose from for repair, and the cost of each option. The hardware in our garage for opening the doors was from 1968, when our house was built. We could understand why things weren't working any longer. Luke was able to replace the moving parts of the hardware and transition the old system to a new system that is much quieter, much safer, and also was able to bring the garage doors lower the the ground. In a matter of a few hours the work was done. Luke also tweeked our garage door system so lights would automatically come on when we open the doors. No more driving into a dark space once your headlights go off. All in all, a very good outcome and we were very happy with our interactions with Luke.

I was impressed by the time and patience Scott, a new and different service provider, gave me in solving a repeating two year rotation of rubber seal replacements to the bottom of my garage doors. Once diagnosed, he suggested I try his solution for a few weeks before we create more expense in a replacement at that time. He was back in three weeks. This is a sign of pride in his skill and compassion for the elderly. I applaud the company for their hiring insight and wish them well in the future.
