Service was next day. They did a safety check and got to root cause of noise and door not closing issue. Changed one of my springs and install new tube all in warranty and I had to pay nothing. I am a do it yourself person and I managed to install the new garage door motor myself, but I was having issues with programming portion, and after re-reading the instructions several times, my wife told me to call Precision Garage Door. They had been to our house in 2021 to install a new door spring. I was able to get a technician named Colby to come over within two hours, he was personable, knowledgeable, professional, and had a good sense of humor too. He fixed the issue within 15 minutes.
