Garage door unfortunately had some older components that failed, rendering it inoperable. Gabe came to my home the same day, walked me through several service options, and fixed my unit that day/restored it to operations. Amazing service from beginning to end. The team called me right away after I submitted a service request and were able to arrange to have one of their technicians come out over a weekend. Joe was professional and super helpful and quickly fixed our garage door and installed a new keypad after providing me with a range of options. Brian was here on time, gave me a very thorough outline of the options I had for the repairs that were needed, He explained the different steps to me, and some of the things that he did to provide the most suitable parts. Our spring broke on late Friday night, we called Precision to see if we can get serviced soon. We called at 7:00pm and was able to get an appointment for someone to come out on Saturday between 12:00-2:00. Marcus came at 12:30 and replaced both springs. We pad Precision previously change the springs many years ago and bought the Lifetime Warrantee. Precision honored the agreement and completed the service free of charge. Great work Precision for prompt service and honoring the Warrantee without hassle. Tuan

This is my second time using Precision and I continue to be impressed with their speedy and quality service! Andrew arrived and was able to not only fix my initial issue due to a recent power outage but also recommended additional repairs and parts replacement based on the age and wear and tear on my garage door opener that will prevent it from breaking down anytime in the near future. My garage door has never been so quiet opening and closing! He also took the time to show me how to reset my opener settings myself should I have a similar issue in the future. At 1:15 p.m. yesterday my garage door suddenly wouldn't open -one week before my house was to be listed for sale. Based on a friend's experience and my realtor's recommendation, I called Precision. Brittney was very helpful and efficient in gathering information, then said there was an open window from 2:00 - 4:00 that same afternoon! At 1:50 I got a call from Luke saying he would be there at 2:20. At 2:15 he pulled in the driveway, friendly and easy-going, asking me questions, assessing the problem, then gave me 3 options. I chose one and he went to work - replacing cables and rebalancing springs - done in less than 30 minutes. He even programmed new remotes I had bought elsewhere and helped clean up behind a cabinet that had to be moved. Luke definitely knew what he was doing, and his customer service was above and beyond. I wish every company was this competent and responsive - very impressive!!
