He is an excellent technician; focused, hard working & very knowledgeable. There were a lot of moving parts & he explained in a way that I never left confused. I would work with this company again if I knew that Jackson would be on the job.

We had a new garage door opener installed by Joe Igla and he did an amazing job. Not only great workmanship but excellent/clear communications and customer service throughout the entire process. I also very much appreciated that Precision was able to book us an appointment so quickly (in just a day or two after I initially called) - and Joe was even able to arrive early to our house (after checking in with me to ensure that it worked for us). Overall extremely satisfied!

I called to make the appointment at nearly 9pm for service the next morning. Received a text with the technician's name about 30 minutes prior to the time of the appointment and a call shortly after that. Trey was on time, pleasant and knowledgeable. Gave me some choices on repair, got approval and did the repairs in the estimated time of about an hour. We confirmed the garage door operated properly. Very happy with the work. We were locked into our garage (door wouldn't open), and Precision Team was super-responsive. They answered our initial call on the first ring, had a 2-hour window scheduled within 20 minutes, and Colby arrived within 90 minutes of our call. He was courteous, professional and friendly; he quickly diagnosed the problem (broken spring) and set to work. Once finished replacing broken spring + all rollers etc., he took the time to inform us about maintenance schedule going forward, including what products to use and where / how to apply. (He also let us know that we can have this done regularly by Precision if we prefer they do it). Other than the "rude awakening" start to the day, a really positive experience -- A+!

No one wants to have problems with their garage door. There was an obvious broken spring. I found Precision using a Google search and liked the way they described their business. I used the web based schedular and was able to schedule an appointment the next morning at a convenient time. I got a call from Jackson to give me a heads up when he was about 15 minutes away. When he arrived he inspected the entire garage door system and we talked about alternatives and I selected the services that I wanted. I then went inside to play with our dogs while he fixed everything using supplies he already had in his truck. Everything was very convenient. When he was done we opened and closed the door several times while I looked at things that were replaced. The door works perffectly and also looks and sounds much better. I am very happy with Precision and Jackson.

Luke was top notch and the difference was night and day! Luke showed and explained the reason things failed and suggested a solution that keep our charming mid-century garage doors, but corrected and updated all of the moving parts and adjusted the sensors to keep everyone safer. Now, instead of sounding like a freight train is running through our garage when opening and closing, the door action is so smooth that it's nearly silent.
