I appreciated that we semi-"escalated" the appointment since I had invested $1000 for all new parts with a 10-year warranty in September 2023 which resulted in a "no charge fee" for today (normally with a warranty there is a base fee to pay). Luke had another technician with him, but Luke being one of the main trainers for Precision pointed out many flaws that were from the original installation and fixed issues that may or may not have been noticed (that should have been corrected?) back in September 2023. So got some answers to why the relapse happened but additional answers to why my garage system keeps "failing". Another discovery was how the track bar was rubbing against the top of the door itself due to the lower ceiling. I am glad there is a company that can take responsibility for their work, but also be professional to inform me of how the work of initial installation was completed and why the issues came about again. I think the project itself was more than ever anticipated, but I would honestly rather have Luke service all 20 of our garage units over the original installation company (unnamed) to help guarantee the work will last 15 to 20 years since it only has been 8 years. Showed how to properly apply lubricant spray to joints and pin areas of the rollers. Took additional time to fix the wall-mounted remote to fix the electrical line and secure it more properly to the wall.

They replaced the springs and other parts on both doors and serviced them, gave me a 10-year guarantee on the parts. Luke was personable, explained everything that would be done, gave me a free can of garage door lubrication with instructions to lubricate 2 times a year. Our Lift Master garage door opener after 22 years decided to give up but Precision Doors was caring they sent Hayden Out to install our new Lift Master the same afternoon, now that’s what I call SERVICE! Hayden is very professional and caring he made the job look easy and our car would not connect to the system however he wanted to give complete/excellent service and he said he would be back the next day with answers, my car connected so no problem, he came with Hunter and together they found BMW was the issue they didn’t upgrade the 2015 car as they said but these two caring professionals did find a solution and solved our issue Hayden is so outstanding he won’t stop until everything is 100% perfect and customer is happy! He’s a very efficient young man we appreciated how he explained everything to us. Do call and use Precision Doors they don’t stop until your job is 100% complete to the customers liking.

This company and the people that work for it are just awesome!!! We were gathering a few quotes and precision was the least expensive, and we didn't sacrifice service or quality. The service from sales to installation was smooth. They were very helpful at recommending some ways to help keep water out of the garage besides the wonderful new doors. My only issue is they only do garage doors because I would hire them for every repair job. A wonderful experience and great value.

Precision Garage door exceeded my expectations! After a break-in, I needed same-day service to replace garage door key pads and clickers. I called Precision, and they quickly and politely answered all of my questions, and had a technician named Marcus at my house within the morning. Marcus called me on his way to provide an estimate of arrival. He arrived on time, was very friendly, and provided prompt and thorough service. At 1:15 p.m. yesterday my garage door suddenly wouldn't open -one week before my house was to be listed for sale. Based on a friend's experience and my realtor's recommendation, I called Precision. Brittney was very helpful and efficient in gathering information, then said there was an open window from 2:00 - 4:00 that same afternoon! At 1:50 I got a call from Luke saying he would be there at 2:20. At 2:15 he pulled in the driveway, friendly and easy-going, asking me questions, assessing the problem, then gave me 3 options. I chose one and he went to work - replacing cables and rebalancing springs - done in less than 30 minutes. He even programmed new remotes I had bought elsewhere and helped clean up behind a cabinet that had to be moved. Luke definitely knew what he was doing, and his customer service was above and beyond. I wish every company was this competent and responsive - very impressive!!
