We had a 20 year old garage motor and all the other parts were probably just as old. The spring had split and the cables snapped so we needed it fixed ASAP. The customer service rep was great in getting me set up with a tech. They were quick and came by in about 30 minutes. Nick, the technician, was incredible. He got the work done and done right. I never knew that a garage door could be so silent!

In my 43 years of life, I’ve only taken the time once before to write a positive review for a business. I had a door installed 3 years ago from precision and noticed an issue this morning that was of concern. I called around 11am to request service and the kind and professional woman I spoke to informed me that she could have someone to come repair it within a few hours. David Heath arrived right on time, was very professional, polite and thorough in the work provided. When I asked for the bill, David informed me that precision stands by their warranty and today’s visit would cost me nothing. I’m very impressed with the business model of this company and the level of “customer first” service they offer. Ten stars!

Called them for a lift spring adjustment on one door. Turned out both doors needed some tuning. Everything runs smooth (lubed springs and rollers)and correct now. Techs were friendly and professional.

Colby was very knowledgeable, thorough with the inspection, very observant with identifying all pertinent fixtures. He fixed them all saving us another visit or another garage problem. The spring on the door broke at 3:05 pm on a Saturday. I called , spoke to Angel and she assured me that a technician would be able to fix the garage door that afternoon. Jackson with Precision arrived at 4:00 pm! He was extremely polite, assured me he could repair the door and had the job completed by 5:05 pm. Two total hours from the time the spring broke to the time the repair was completed! Who does this anymore?! Thank you sooooo much! Dan

Nicholas was great. I called on a Sunday and didn't need someone immediately, but he was here within 30 minutes. Based on research, I thought I needed a new opener but he diagnosed it as a problem with the wall mount opener. Thought I was going to have to spend 1000 to 1500 and it ended up being $260. I was very pleased with the outcome. I got a new wall unit and he resolved a couple of other issues we were having. Very pleased with the outcome.
