They installed the door 8 yrs ago and have serviced it periodically since. Noticed a clunking noise and called. Next day response. Diagnosed the issue with a bearing plate. Had the plates in the service truck. 1 hour later a satisfied customer. Door works smooth as silk.

Very happy with this company. First, they got me scheduled within a day. The technician, Ted, was able to arrive just ahead of schedule. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The issue we were having was a little unique because of the age of the garage door, but Ted was able to find a solution and it didn't break the bank. Great service, great communication, great reliability. Definitely will call again.

My garage door broke and I called Precision at 7:30am the next day. Andrew was at my house by 10am that very morning and installed a new opener and all new mechanics. You can't even hear the door lifting, it is so smooth and quiet! Andrew was professional, knowledgeable and courteous! This is my 2nd time using Precision and I will continue to do so!!

Tim was our repair guy. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and experienced! Our garage door spring broke over night and Friday morning the staff committed to having a repair tech out here on same day! He showed up within a couple of hours of my phone call. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. He explained the problem and provided me with some options including repair or replacement. My garage door is a mess, but I just needed it to work for now. He fixed the problem in about an hour and provided me with a quote for replacing the entire system. I am very satisfied.

I went to take my trash out, hit the opener and heard a pop. Door opened up, but when closing had a major failure. Called Precision and they came out the same afternoon. Andrew arrived earlier than quoted. After a quick inspection, he noted what failed and why. Turns out that the previous owner did this on the cheap. Everything now fixed and working as it should be. Joe our installer replaced our opener and was friendly knowledgeable and taught us all we needed to know with our new opener. Next time we have any garage door situation I will be specifically asking for Joe thank you precision excellent job came on a Saturday holiday weekend.
