Exceptional service! Door needed immediate attention late on a Saturday and customer service was able to get me an appointment for early Sunday morning. I was so relieved that Precision could send a Tech out on a Sunday afternoon and actually right when I called. The service Tech was a knowledgeable polite and knew what he was doing. He was great! I would highly recommend this company. The other well known company was twice the money and would not have been able to complete the job same day and would have to come back. Precision Rocks!!!!
