Update after a second visit: we had the same technician come and help us with a different garage door issue, and again he was amazing and fixed a hard-to-diagnose problem. He was patient, resourceful, and thoughtful. (David! hope it's ok to name him, he was so great. I would give him 10 stars if I could!) First visit: Technician arrived on time; was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He communicated clearly and was happy to explain as much as I needed, and answered all of my questions. I feel he honestly explained the benefits and drawbacks of repair vs. replacing. He was able to fix my garage door and got it working better than ever, and all in a very reasonable period of time. I'd be happy to do business with them in the future!

What great service! I called around 5PM and was given an appointment for the following morning. Technician Joe both texted and called about 20 minutes before arrival. He was very friendly and professional and diagnosed my problem quickly. My garage door that sounded like a chorus of squeaky birds ran smoothly and quietly in the end. Recommended!

I called for an inspection of my garage doors and for my nonworking opener. Nicolas came and I explained what I wanted, which was look at how everything‘s working cause I know it’s quite old and when I really wanted to take care of today, he gave me all of my alternatives and put a price tangle on everything I was very impressed with his professionalism and with and with. So far so good, some scheduling issues and communication was great. Friendly and skilled. The only thing I really didn't care for was that the tech put a sticker on my garage wall without asking. I don't mind the sticker just the placement and doing it without consent. I moved it and all good now.

We had our 3 garage door openers replaced. 28+ years of service and the parts no longer available. Two were Liftmaster. The 3rd was a Genie, 30+ years old. Joe Igla, service technician was very helpful informing us of the options. Ended up replacing all 3 with the Precision's house brand, Marantec, made in Germany. Very quiet, smooth and not all the high tech features we don't need. Joe was there 5 hours, excellent service removal, installation and connection to all 3 vehicles. Call Precision.

Super prompt and professional service. I had this company install a door two years ago and concrete contractor damaged the sensor in one side of the door. Precision came it and fixed it the same day and for a very reasonable price. These guys are great. You won’t be disappointed..

Excellent service. Same day service for a garage door that had many issues. The springs, rollers, sensors, and even the motor were in need of replacement. Brian was very informative: told me all the issues that he saw that were creating my garage door problems. He showed me how all the replaced parts worked and how and where to lube the garage door to prevent future problems. Brian had Nick worked together and were professional, courteous, and efficient. They got all the necessary things that needed to be fixed done.
