I’ve used Precision 3 times since 2020. In each case everyone I’ve interacted with has been timely, considerate and pleasant. I’ve referred a couple of my neighbors to them because I was so confident and satisfied. I’ll go back the next time I need service without hesitation. They arrive on time (or early) and are thorough and efficient and do quality work. All of these traits are exceedingly hard to find in any business so I really appreciate it when I find it. I called in the am about my garage door was given a 12 - 2 time window Ted called with a time of arrival, he was friendly and personable. Ted quickly diagnosed the problem gave an estimate on the spot and completed the work in a timely fashion, cleaned up after himself and left leaving me with a working garage door. It was a pleasure to meet him, he is a credit to his company I would recommend him without reservation. Impressed with the efficiency of the whole thing!

Wonderful, efficient and professional service. My garage door's main spring broke on a Saturday, and they had a terrific tech, Marcus, out within an hour. He had everything fixed in just a few more hours, with all the replacement parts in his truck. I highly recommend them. It's also a great feature that you can watch an introductory video of the tech before he/she arrives - that way you know who to expect. A nice touch.

The tech arrived at 1:00, adjusted and lubed a few things and was gone by 1:20. The bill was $233.95. Do you realize that is $11.69 per min. or $$701.85 per hr. Even if you remove the $74.95 service fee it’s still $7.95 a min. or $477 an hr. Seems quite exorbitant to me. Will probably try a different service company next time.
