We had a new opener, spring, and related hardware installed last January and wanted to have it inspected and adjusted prior to Winter. We were able to get an appointment the same day we called and our tech was great about keeping us informed as to the time he would be on site. The service was excellent as he adjusted the spring tension, opener arm, and lubricated all the necessary fittings. We were really appreciative that Luke answered all our questions and explained what adjustment were made and why. We couldn't have asked for more.

Call to Precision resulted in person picking up phone and scheduling an appointment to fix garage door opening the same day on Thanksgiving eve! Serviceperson was Hayden McE; he arrived promptly, was skillful, and listened/related well. He determination to fix the problem was splendid. Very impressive service on short notice! ("No Product Purchased" although new parts provided under warranty...again, very welcome and impressive).

My door motor broke down at 8:30 one recent evening... I hop online and book an appointment, easy breezy! ...and then Luke comes out at noon the next day and replaces the motor and some of the track... boom! All fixed! Update after a second visit: we had the same technician come and help us with a different garage door issue, and again he was amazing and fixed a hard-to-diagnose problem. He was patient, resourceful, and thoughtful. (David! hope it's ok to name him, he was so great. I would give him 10 stars if I could!) First visit: Technician arrived on time; was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He communicated clearly and was happy to explain as much as I needed, and answered all of my questions. I feel he honestly explained the benefits and drawbacks of repair vs. replacing. He was able to fix my garage door and got it working better than ever, and all in a very reasonable period of time. I'd be happy to do business with them in the future!
