Joe I was awesome. Showed up on time was very thorough in his explanation and troubleshooting. Sold us the higher end garage door opener. I would say he installed it in record time. He answered every one of my questions. He “schlepted”all the old parts away. Left the garage nice and clean, and explained any troubleshooting that I might have. He also helped me set up the app, On my phone. He is highly recommended in my book. I see the commercials every day on TV. This is why I wanted to get a second opinion precision doors was the second opinion and we went with them so they become highly recommended. Awesome job Joe much appreciated.

I hated parting with each dollar I had to spend because I accidentally backed into my garage door before it was fully opened. Having said that and on a more positive note, let me say that Scott was a pleasure to deal with, he did any excellent job doing the repair, and he provided outstanding customer service in spite of the circumstances. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service whether it is for routine work or otherwise. Precision Door Service responded quickly late Sunday afternoon. The technician, Nick, was very professional; put in new springs and inspected the entire system to be sure everything was in good condition. Excellent and efficient service, reasonable cost; will use them again if needed.

Dear Precision Door Service Precision Garage door does not disappoint when it comes to customer service. I called Brad Blocker and he put me in touch with Scott Kern the technician who would be coming out to fix my door. Scott sent me a picture of himself and the time he would be coming to my house. This I found very reassuring due to the fact that I would be aware of who was representing Precision for the appointment. Scott Kern called and introduced himself informed me he was at anther job and would be at my house by five o'clock to fix my garage door. Scott was right on time and with in 20 min the door was fixed my garage door opener now works, both springs on the door were replaced and my garage door is working properly again. This was done same day the garage door went down with a big bang. In this day an age I find that customer service is lacking in so many industries but I now know that Precision Garage Door Service holds a standard of excellent service and understanding of customers needs. Scott Kern is a very good representative of your company he was kind, courteous and even remembered working on my brothers garage door. As close to perfect as we are going to get in this life. Signed up for appointment online early in the morning. Technician Andrew contacted me ahead of time. He arrived on time and ready. We reviewed the spring that had broken over night, then he pointed out, in detail, the other elements of the system that were—due to their age—likely to fail in the near future. It was a quick and worthwhile education on the subject. I opted to upgrade everthing. Andrew went right to work and had the job completed within a few hours. He also, incidentally, helped us get my wife’s car clear of the garage, in order that she could get to work on time. Had an issue with our garage door keypad. Colby was dispatched. He completed the task, noticed a damage problem with one of the the roller tacks, suggested a repair, which I approved, ordered the part and completed the repair. All of this with 24 hours of my first call to Precision Door Service. Precision did the original door replacement for me in 2023, so that's why I went back to them. Very happy with them and their service and highly recommend them.

5 Star all around! Our garage door spring broke & after reading the reviews for Precision, I gave them a call. They scheduled me same day. David was on time, professional & friendly. After he inspected the door & opener I was given 3 service options as well as a quote for a new opener, which I had requested due to our opener was 25+ yrs old. David explained the difference in each quote and the pros & cons. I was never pressured to choose the more expensive option and there were no hidden fees. The decision of what I wanted/needed was fully mine & I felt confident in my choice due to David taking the time to explain the options so I understood them. A couple of hours later I had a brand new opener & full repair/replacement of the spring, cables, etc. My new opener is so quiet & works like a dream! I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Precision for all your garage repair/replace needs!

2026: Another great experience with Precision Door Service. I had to replace my old old garage door that I knew would take 8 weeks to arrive. I ordered it with Luke on February 18 and it was installed by Colby on April 22. Colby did a great job. The only glitch in the whole experience was that the installation was scheduled for a 2 hour window Wed morning and when I called as that window was closing I learned that it had been moved to the afternoon. However, I would work with Precision Door again any time I need it. 2025: I've just had excellent service again from Precision Door Service. I wrote a lengthy review below 2 years ago and I want to add that my recent experience was also excellent. David was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained all the possible causes of the problem I was having with my car garage door opener so I understood. This company has excellent technicians who are personable and great problem-solvers. 2023: My son recommended Precision Door Service to install my new garage door opener. Everything about my experience was excellent as well. I called and was scheduled for the next day. Luke and James called a half hour prior to arriving. I recently moved here and this is my first garage so I know nothing about chains and belts and springs and general maintenance. They analyzed the status of a noisy, feeble 23-year-old garage door opener. Without overwhelming me with technical jargon, they proposed 3 options and presented the pros and cons of each as well as the price. I selected the PDS Ultra 901. I also opted for new springs. Everything was installed and remote controls and keypads were programmed by 5PM. I’m extremely pleased with the result and I have a sense of security and safety with the products and with their work. I appreciated the respectful professionalism of both James and Luke in how they explained both the products and the process to me. They were conscientious and left my garage neater than it had been.

I picked them because their name came to mind from advertising. I had to change my sppointb3 times and the girl on the phone was more than helpful and was able to get me on the schedule today. She was so nice and I was embarrassed that I changed it so often and she assured me it was no issue. Vance was very professional. Explained 5 different options to me with no pressure to buy anything, I chose the 20 year plan and he was so good about explaining everything he did in great detail. Very personable. I would give your phone servíce and Vance both 10 stars if I could. I’d be happy to recommend your services to others. Hopefully I’m good for quite awhile but will call again if needed.

My garage door broke on a Saturday morning at 10 AM. I had a technician out at my house by 2 PM and it only took 45 minutes to install the new springs. My technician Nicholas was hands-down the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time. I never write reviews, but I really appreciated the great customer service and work that was performed.

William, the installer was on-time, very professional and did a very craftsman like installation. When the door installation was complete, I told William I planned on installing the door opener myself and he volunteered to install it for us! A technician arrived to my house within 20 mins of my call and they are the only local company that is actually open on weekends with an added bonus, they won't upcharge for weekend repairs! When Beau, the technician, arrived, he was so kind and courteous. He answered my questions and thoroughly explained all the components of the repairs needed. He also offered me a teacher discount on my service. He was done within 2 hrs which included warm conversation, configuring an estimate, performing the actual repair and cleanup.
