2026: Another great experience with Precision Door Service. I had to replace my old old garage door that I knew would take 8 weeks to arrive. I ordered it with Luke on February 18 and it was installed by Colby on April 22. Colby did a great job. The only glitch in the whole experience was that the installation was scheduled for a 2 hour window Wed morning and when I called as that window was closing I learned that it had been moved to the afternoon. However, I would work with Precision Door again any time I need it. 2025: I've just had excellent service again from Precision Door Service. I wrote a lengthy review below 2 years ago and I want to add that my recent experience was also excellent. David was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained all the possible causes of the problem I was having with my car garage door opener so I understood. This company has excellent technicians who are personable and great problem-solvers. 2023: My son recommended Precision Door Service to install my new garage door opener. Everything about my experience was excellent as well. I called and was scheduled for the next day. Luke and James called a half hour prior to arriving. I recently moved here and this is my first garage so I know nothing about chains and belts and springs and general maintenance. They analyzed the status of a noisy, feeble 23-year-old garage door opener. Without overwhelming me with technical jargon, they proposed 3 options and presented the pros and cons of each as well as the price. I selected the PDS Ultra 901. I also opted for new springs. Everything was installed and remote controls and keypads were programmed by 5PM. I’m extremely pleased with the result and I have a sense of security and safety with the products and with their work. I appreciated the respectful professionalism of both James and Luke in how they explained both the products and the process to me. They were conscientious and left my garage neater than it had been.

I picked them because their name came to mind from advertising. I had to change my sppointb3 times and the girl on the phone was more than helpful and was able to get me on the schedule today. She was so nice and I was embarrassed that I changed it so often and she assured me it was no issue. Vance was very professional. Explained 5 different options to me with no pressure to buy anything, I chose the 20 year plan and he was so good about explaining everything he did in great detail. Very personable. I would give your phone servíce and Vance both 10 stars if I could. I’d be happy to recommend your services to others. Hopefully I’m good for quite awhile but will call again if needed.

My garage door broke on a Saturday morning at 10 AM. I had a technician out at my house by 2 PM and it only took 45 minutes to install the new springs. My technician Nicholas was hands-down the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time. I never write reviews, but I really appreciated the great customer service and work that was performed.

Great experience from beginning to end! Paul, the salesman was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. William, the installer was on-time, very professional and did a very craftsman like installation. When the door installation was complete, I told William I planned on installing the door opener myself and he volunteered to install it for us! This level of customer service is rare and very much appreciated. I cannot recommend Precision highly enough!

Thank you to Precision for your prompt service to fix our garage door. I was so appreciative for same day service. A technician arrived to my house within 20 mins of my call and they are the only local company that is actually open on weekends with an added bonus, they won't upcharge for weekend repairs! When Beau, the technician, arrived, he was so kind and courteous. He answered my questions and thoroughly explained all the components of the repairs needed. He also offered me a teacher discount on my service. He was done within 2 hrs which included warm conversation, configuring an estimate, performing the actual repair and cleanup. I would definitely use Precision for any future garage door repairs or upgrades.

Wasted my time! Didn't do the work. Tried to up sell me on various parts that were working fine. Suggested changing parts that have many years left in them. Just wanted a spring replacement at the original price quoted. Up sell was 3 times higher! Then said he couldn't do the work because I rent the home which should have been disclosed at the time of booking. Will never use or recommend this company. Bait and switch!

Our technician Beau was very professional and got our broken garage door spring and frayed cables replaced in short order. We should be good for many years to come, but will use Precision again when the time arrives.

Brian and Ben came to take a look at my two garage doors today. They explained some different options and were able to fix both doors while they were there. I didn't need to replace the doors themselves which I was very glad to hear. They were very professional, knew their product and were very interested in explaining and making sure to answer any questions I had. I am very pleased with the service I received. We just had an issue yesterday with our garage door that’s almost 30 years old. We called for an appointment, and first off much to our surprise they had an opening for that afternoon. Of course we said yes to that! The technician that came out Jeffery was first very nice, we started telling him what happened… and right away he said he'd look at it to see if he could fix it rather than a replace it. We feel like most places would go automatically to replace it for the money aspect of it all. He checked everything over for the safety end of it.,..told us he could fix the door itself. He then figured three different prices for us. He had a good, better, best prices, and what would be done on each one. We choose the one we felt was best for us, and he did a fantastic job! He was not only patient with us asking question's of him, but left everything clean, and showed us what to do in the future to maintain a good working system!
