Luke provided excellent quick and friendly service. He fixed our garage door spring, cable assembly and rollers and tested the door several times to make sure it’s in working order. We found Precision through a Google search. Will recommend to anyone I know who needs garage door services!

On Monday evening, my garage door decided it didn't want to stay closed. Precision's on-line scheduling ap made it simple to schedule service on Tuesday morning! Gabe and Luke called to let me know that they were on their way. They were prompt, efficient, explained what the issue was and what my options were and, when I made a decision, they immediately went to work. When they were finished, they showed me what they'd done and pointed out a potential future problem for me to keep an eye on. HIGHLY recommended!

Ted was courteous and professional! If we need another garage door opener installed, he is the one to do it again. Ted came out on time and installed a new belt drive opener and his recommendation for a quiet opener was the perfect choice for our garage. Our bedroom sits above the garage. Ted also programmed my car to the new garage door opener and old garage door opener. We have a double garage side by side.

Our outside garage opener stopped working, wasn’t a year old yet. We tried to get it working, with no luck. I called Presision door, a man name Gary walked us thru several different ways to reboot garage opener outside unit, none of them worked. Gary said he’d send someone right over. We said hey it’s Halloween afternoon, tomorrow will be fine if no one’s available, my goodness, someone was here in less than 10 minutes, garage opener was up and running in just a few minutes!!! You have exceeded my expectations!! Now that’s unbelievable service!! Thank you Precision Door

This is my third experience with Precision Garage Door and I have never had a bad experience. I called in my problem late afternoon on Monday and they gave me an appointment the next morning, so I was very happy about that ! Brandon gets an A++ from me and my husband for his very pleasant and professional attitude. He was a pleasure to work with. He helped us decide exactly what type of garage door opener system would fit our needs and I'm very happy with it. He was fast and efficient and patient with my pestering him while he worked ????I hope Precision Garage Door treats him well because he's a five-star employee !!!!

Mike Connely your service tech did a repair at my neighbor's a couple of weeks ago. I had all ready decided I was going to replace my garage doors and was going to start the process soon. I saw his truck and went over and ask if he could take all little time to talk to me following his service call. I was impressed with his demeanor and information, so ultimately decided to have Precision do the replacement. I received and accepted the estimate today.

A friend recommended Precision. When I called after 7:00 PM, I was greeted in a courteous way. I called back to get clarification and was greeted again with respect. The repairman arrived the next day and quickly helped explain how the door actually operated and gave some reasons why the problem happened including some ways to fix it correctly. Some good preventive service was recommended and I accepted.

Happy customer! Really pleased with your efficiency. Thank you for sending a tech out here soon as possible to fix the issues I noticed. We've had our garage doors since 2016 so there was maintenance needed. Brian was was excellent! He explained the process clearly, gave us solution options and communicated effectively.
