The appointment was super easy to schedule online, and I got text reminders/updates along the way. The technician, Luke, was super nice and did a great job fixing the broken spring on our garage door. He explained how to keep the hinges lubricated correctly too. Great service!

Setting up an appointment to look at our garage door issues was easy and they came out very quickly. Scott was very good as quite knowledgeable on all aspects, explained likely issues and why and how to fix them and with our approval had the door working well again in less than an hour. He communicated very well. All and all a terrific experience with Precision Door!

Luke Dials was the employee that came to my home today to fix my garage door. He was kind, knowledgeable and thorough. We even joked about our Ducks/Beavers likings. He fixed the garage door and then explained what he did and showed me, as well. When your automatic garage door isn't working who do you call - well I chose Precision Garage Door Service of Beaverton and the whole experience was amazing. From my initial phone call to the technician arriving in the next half hour - yes they responded that fast - the technician was super friendly, very helpful and once he assessed the problem, he gave us several options to chose from to fix the problem. Definitely would not hesitate to call them again and highly recommend them for all your garage door needs.

Vance and Brian were excellent technicians. My wife and I purchased a 15 year old house. We had no garage openers, the door sqeeked and part of the support pieces was pulling away from the door. Within two hours we had a smooth and quiet running door with two remote controls. They worked with me on pricing and now I have a 10 year warranty. It doesn't get better than that. Thanks Guys!

We needed a service on both of our garage doors, plus a new opener installed on one of them. Jeffrey was a delight when he showed up, on time in the freezing cold, and was courteous, kind, and honest the entire time he worked at our house. We appreciated his candor when talking about the specific type of garage doors we have and their special retainers. He didn't try to sell us on a sub-par solution, but offered to help troubleshoot what may work, with the caveat that it may not. He was incredibly tidy with his work, which we were very thankful for - even though it's a garage, it doesn't need to look sloppy. We are loving how quiet the new opener is (can't go wrong with a jackshaft), along with the new rollers and lubrication of all of the bearings. This is our second time having work done by Precision, and we will be happy to call them again for any garage door needs.

My wife and I returned home to find that our garage door would not open. We called Precision Garage and found that a worker could be out between 4 and 6 pm that same day. He actually came just before 4 pm, quickly diagnosed a broken spring and gave us two options, a shorter term option and a long term one, which we choose. We wanted the repair to last. He went to work, replaced several components, and fixed the problem door. He also gave me instructions for maintaining the other door so as to lengthen its service life. I really appreciate his work, promptness and attention to detail.

We just had an issue yesterday with our garage door that’s almost 30 years old. We called for an appointment, and first off much to our surprise they had an opening for that afternoon. Of course we said yes to that! The technician that came out Jeffery was first very nice, we started telling him what happened… and right away he said he'd look at it to see if he could fix it rather than a replace it. We feel like most places would go automatically to replace it for the money aspect of it all. He checked everything over for the safety end of it.,..told us he could fix the door itself. He then figured three different prices for us. He had a good, better, best prices, and what would be done on each one. We choose the one we felt was best for us, and he did a fantastic job! He was not only patient with us asking question's of him, but left everything clean, and showed us what to do in the future to maintain a good working system!
