We originally called because the clicker would not close the garage door. Tech came out and diagnosed it and the main board was fried. He replaced the entire garage system. He did a wonderful job! He even fixed all the gaps and tighten up the door so there was no noise. Can't tell you enough how much we appreciated it. Thank you very much, we will be using you guys in the future!

My son recommended Precision Door Service to install my new garage door opener because he had a positive experience with their products and their work about 3 years ago. Everything about my experience was excellent as well. I called and was scheduled for the next day between 9 and 11. Luke and James called a half hour prior to arriving shortly before 11. I recently moved here and this is my first garage so I know nothing about chains and belts and springs and general maintenance. They analyzed the status of a noisy, feeble 23-year-old garage door opener that I was certain needed to be replaced. Without overwhelming me with technical jargon, they proposed options and presented the pros and cons of each as well as the price. I selected the PDS Ultra 901. I also opted for new springs. Everything was installed and remote controls and keypads were programmed by 5PM. I’m extremely pleased with the result and I have a sense of security and safety with the products and with their work. I appreciated the respectful professionalism of both James and Luke in how they explained both the products and the process to me. They were conscientious and left my garage neater than it had been including removing debris from the spidery corners and Luke straightening out a dent in my garage door.

Garage door opener failed after almost 18 years of service. Called Precision this afternoon, who dispatched Marcus within an hour. Marcus arrived, agreed the opener had reached the end of its service life, offered us some replacement opens, and 1.5 hrs later we had our new garage door opener installed and in service. Great job, Marcus, and thanks to Precision for the fast and efficient service!

Happy customer! Really pleased with your efficiency. Thank you for sending a tech out here soon as possible to fix the issues I noticed. We've had our garage doors since 2016 so there was maintenance needed. Brian was was excellent! He explained the process clearly, gave us solution options and communicated effectively. Now our garage doors work even better and I have peace of mind. Big thanks to Brian. He does great work!!! P.S. Really like your streamlined software program. We didn't have to spend time shuffling paperwork, instead we were able to focus on fixing the problems.
