A torsion spring broke on my garage door, which lead to a number of other problems. Mike came out to do the initial repair and continued to support us until everything was fixed and operating correctly. He was very professional and a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. They were out the next day and Nick took care of everything! I had an older unit and he recommended that I consider a newer model at some point but didn't force me buy one that day. He was the best! Precision sent technician Brandon came and advised 3 options: I pick to option to change Smart Lift Mas motor drive and belt. it’s expensive and work very higher tech. Scott showed up 1/2 an hour ahead of schedule and got everything done in less than an hour. Friendly and honest. He gave me several options and didn’t pressure me to do any unnecessary work. Second time using this company as I have another home they worked on last year. Honest and fast with very reasonable prices.

Tim was amazing. He showed up the next day after I called to fix my garage door. He explained what the door needed. Offered several choices at different prices. My garage door was not opening due to a broken spring. It was past 5pm, and most places were closed except for Precision Door Service. I have never used them however, I needed my garage door repaired asap. Precision sent Luke and Curtis, the next day to repair my garage door. They were both friendly, professional and pleasant to work with. They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. They took their time and did a great job! Purchased the house recently and the garage door opener decided to quit last. Their card was posted next to the control panel so decide to call them. They set an appointment for the next day and showed up at the scheduled time. The service technician was very professional and friendly. He studied the issue and gave me a number of option for replacement. Completed the installation in a little over an hour, help program my car and walked me through all the features. Would highly recommend them I’d you’re ever in need of garage door repairs.

Garage door opener failed after almost 18 years of service. Called Precision this afternoon, who dispatched Marcus within an hour. Marcus arrived, agreed the opener had reached the end of its service life, offered us some replacement opens, and 1.5 hrs later we had our new garage door opener installed and in service. Great job, Marcus, and thanks to Precision for the fast and efficient service!
