Absolutely great experience from the online scheduling tool to Colby the technician. His great communication skills to his attention to detail, I am very highly pleased. He did a complete overhaul of the OHD system and explained the quality of the parts used that allows their 10 year warranty. Springs, rollers, bearings and cables were all replaced. He worked efficiently and was a very pleasant fellow to work with. I highly recommend Precision.

My first experience was bad, where they charged me a service fee, but never fixed my issue and had a different company fix it My latest experience was much better. I decided to give them another chance because they were the most readily available. My spring system failed last night and I need someone to fix it next day. I was able to get a 9am appt using their online appt system. They arrived on time. Bo and Andrew were excellent. They were friendly, thorough, and explained everything to me. I didn't feel pressure on any of the upsells. They replaced my spring system in about 90 mins. They took their time and explained everything they did. I would use Precision again in the future.

Very prompt service response. Booked on line at 2:30 PM and Jackson arrived by 3:30 PM. He explained our options for the repairs needed gave us 4 options. Explained the options thoroughly and then let us decide with no pressure. Told the total cost of all options and how long it would take. We picked the option that was best for our needs. He went to work finishing 2 hours after his arrival. We were very pleased with him and his work. Highly recommend!!

Luke Dials was the representative that came to my house to assess why the garage door made so much noise when opening & closing. He has the right personality and skills: he really listened to the concerns of me as a customer, and to provide the solutions needed. Both are highly valued by me. He did a complete repair (lubricating the door) and then took the time to do a deep dive explanation of all aspects of the door, remotes, keypads, and gave me an explained my job to keep the door 'greased'....now I am better informed and understand what makes the door operate correctly. We had a hinge that popped out from the garage door and causing the door not closing. I submitted a service request from the Precision website and they came by first thing Monday morning. Colby did a fantastic job explaining the issue and making different recommendations. Overall, I'm really happy with the outcome, our issue not only got solved with a timely manner and the price is also within reasonable range.

Had a great experience with Precision Door Service and the Technician Beau June. My garage door needed to be repaired, and these things never happen at a good time. I was able to call Precision and make a same day appointment. Beau came out, explained the issue I was having, and offered me a clear solution to fix the problem. He was very professional, fixed my issue then addressed another issue with my door that could cause very expensive repairs or replacement down the road. Excellent customer service.

I was very impressed with the quality of service. Prices seemed very reasonable. My garage door motor worked but the door guides and rollers were binding and stopping part way up. I called on a Thursday. They were available the next day but I scheduled for Saturday. Beau the technician was great. Very friendly, professional, fast, showed up on time and seemed to know his stuff. He told me my options but didn’t try to hard sell me. I paid for a tune up and new rollers. Seems to be working well now. No binding and much quieter. I’m happy! I would definitely recommend Precision Door Sefvice.

Great service! I love it when service companies show up on time, as promised and the job started with Trey doing just that. He then proceeded to diagnose the problem I had while checking on the integrity of the twin garage doors. I knew they needed work and he confirmed that. I accepted his reasonable quote and he got the whole job done on both doors within two hours. Great service, thank you!

The Tech showed up on time and did a quick review. The estimate was $100 less then an estimate I received a year ago from another company. He also said that the garage door spring (over 15 years old) should be replaced. Low pressure and the total estimate for the two jobs (spring replacement and new rollers) was $550 after a $50 on the spot discount for being a new customer. All work was completed within an hour. The tech was very friendly and the cost reasonable. Highly recommend.
