My garage door stopped closing, and it was making a horrible noise. I researched a couple of companies and found Precision got consistently good reviews. I went to their website and was amazed I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Booking the appointment was painless. Today, Luke came out and looked over my garage door. Luke was awesome. Very personable and easy to talk with. I will be replacing the garage door and will post an update when it is done!

Precision came in December ‘24, did a tuneup. This morning I went to walk my dog and garage door key pad stopped working and would not close…I got remote from car and closed then took with me, when returned key pad did not work ( good thing had remote with me ) called Precision, they came out within a few hours…Brian ( technician ) was so helpful explaining things and he got things working great…highly recommend him for any needs

I will have to say, that not only was the service spot on from the advertising, but also exceeded my expectations! The communication reminding me of my appointment in advance, is one thing. But on the day of the appointment. I received another text, with the name of the service tech and his picture. Providing that form of communication, is exceptional! And the icing on the cake, was not only the quality of the work. But the professionalism and care that the technician, Scott Kern provided! I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors!!

They are very johnny on the spot and even come out on weekends, which i love. They're also very nice. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they kinda dinged me monetarily. They were out about a year ago and offered to upgrade the rollers or the entire spring system. My spring system was working so I took him up on the rollers. What he failed to mention is that when the spring system eventually went out, I'm forced to replace it with a fully boxed upgrade that makes me buy rollers again. Had he been upfront with that reality a year ago, I would have just done it all instead of literally throwing away 400$ that the new guy just replaced today. Even when I asked him if i wasted my money back then, he said 'essentially'. Again, they do a good job overall but I hope they'll adjust their process to tell a complete story if you're going to offer upgrades or preventative maintenance. It's honestly better for both parties

We needed to replace an older garage door opener with one that was quieter and safer. I made an online appointment this morning, and Luke, our installer was at our place at 1pm, and helped me pick an opener that worked within our budget, and he installed it and was done by 3:30 pm. Excellent service on a Friday afternoon, great review of features, and we're very happy.

I called Precision because my garage door would not close. They were there within the hour. (Just like the commercial says!) Jeffrey was very polite and helpful. He went right to work diagnosing the problem. Turns out that it was an electrical problem, so Jeffrey could not actually solve the entire problem, but he was able to hook the garage door opener up with an extension cord until an electrician can come to fix the bigger problem. He also did a full service on the doors to the garage and on our shop. GOOD JOB JEFFREY! Give that boy a raise.

All around great service. Pricing was competitive and fair. Eric came out for an initial estimate and was extremely knowledgeable and detailed. He was kind and communicative through installation and helped us navigate some challenges we had post-install brought on by our painters. Even though it wasn’t their issue, they helped us resolve it quickly, which was a huge relief for us! Our installer, William, was courteous and thorough - it’s evident he knows what he’s doing and cares about the final result. We had two other highly-rated vendors bid the project, and we are so happy we chose Precision.

A technician was able to come out quickly. Beau was very professional and quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. He was considerate and asked if it was okay that he come through the house, and also asked if I wanted him to wear shoe covers. He called ahead of time and showed up when he said he would. When I called to speak with someone about the appointment, they were also very professional and quick to help on the phone. If I need garage door service again, I would definitely call Precision!

Brian and David serviced our garage door today because it was sluggish going up when we used the remote. They found the problem and I think added some new rollers. It works perfectly now. They were very knowledgeable about the system and it gives us peace of mind to have it working properly again. We have signed up to have the system checked out once a year. We would enjoy having them return to our home next year. I have already put a reminder on my phone calendar. They were very personable and we enjoyed meeting them. We would give them a 5-star-plus rating, If your rating system is 1 to 10 we would say 10+ for a rating. Thank you for providing your customers with a quality garage door. I chose Precision Garage Door Service after talking to the google highest rated garage door service companies in the area. Precision is very highly rated with a lot of positive reviews, they were also the best price for the work that I thought I needed done. I called Precision at 11:45 am on Friday to schedule an appointment and the service technician arrived at my at 12:30 pm the same day. The technician was very friendly, informative and thorough. He was able to fix the door while he was there and took the time to educate me on preventative maintenance I could do to keep everything working properly and hopefully last longer. I highly recommend this company.

I came home one evening and the garage door wouldn't open. I was very pleased that I could book an appointment for the next morning. The online booking was very easy. The technician (Luke) was running a bit late and he called me to let me know. He then let me know when he was on the way. I received a message with his picture so I knew who to expect. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with the options and cost. In a couple of hours, he had replaced everything but the door and rails. He also showed me how to maintain the new system.
