Nick was a Consummate Stellar Professional. I have been a Precision Garage Door customer for quite a while now there was a slight hiccup in terms of scheduling but Nick took care of that and was respectful of my time. My garage door decided not to work when the sun was shining into the electric eye… Nick solved the problem. My garage door is working great again and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

My 28 years old gagage could not open because issues with sensors. Precision sent technician Brandon came and advised 3 options: I pick to option to change Smart Lift Mas motor drive and belt. it’s expensive and work very higher tech. Appreciate so much to a Technician Brandon installed, set up, instructions and caring to me.

Scott showed up 1/2 an hour ahead of schedule and got everything done in less than an hour. Friendly and honest. He gave me several options and didn’t pressure me to do any unnecessary work. Second time using this company as I have another home they worked on last year. Honest and fast with very reasonable prices.

Tim was amazing. He showed up the next day after I called to fix my garage door. He explained what the door needed. Offered several choices at different prices. He was very helpful pointing out and suggesting things I can do as a single mom to maintain and help the garage door continue to work. My garage door was not opening due to a broken spring. It was past 5pm, and most places were closed except for Precision Door Service. I have never used them however, I needed my garage door repaired asap. Precision sent Luke and Curtis, the next day to repair my garage door. They were both friendly, professional and pleasant to work with. They took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. They took their time and did a great job! Purchased the house recently and the garage door opener decided to quit last. Their card was posted next to the control panel so decide to call them. They set an appointment for the next day and showed up at the scheduled time. The service technician was very professional and friendly. He studied the issue and gave me a number of option for replacement. Completed the installation in a little over an hour, help program my car and walked me through all the features. Would highly recommend them I’d you’re ever in need of garage door repairs.

I cannot thank you enough for repairing our garage door within 12 hours of my call..as well as Nick kindly and patiently answering all of my questions and explaining everything to me in detail. The cost was fair and Nick went over everything with me ahead of time. I will absolutely be a returning customer ... please consider offering a tip line when paying by card. Setting up an non-urgent appointment was easy with good availability, clear pricing, and professional services. Hunter came for diagnostics and came up with an evaluation and proposed solutions in what felt like less than half an hour. He was also equipped to fix the issue right then and there, which only took an additional 1.5 hrs. I appreciated his professionalism and friendliness. I received their info from a friend who did some price shopping, and we both agreed that Precision appeared to have the most seamless system from start to finish. Their pricing and hardware reflect a premium using newer models (consider replacement part availability for years down the line), but if you're looking to properly invest in your home, it's worth it.

I could not be more thrilled with my new garage opener & service from Precision. Late yesterday, heard a weird boom and discovered my garage opener cables were now on the floor. Woke up stressing over this situation at 3am, and started googling for solutions. Saw that Precision answered the phones 24 hours a day and set up a same day afternoon appointment. Luke and Nick arrived right on schedule, checked out the issue and offered a couple of solutions after diagnosing my old opener was failing. They replaced it quickly with a terrific new, and very quiet system that added better lighting to my garage. All within 24 hours of me discovering the problem!

Excellent service! Sean came out to provide an estimate to replace our damaged garage door. Courteous, very knowledgeable, and efficient, he did some measurement, showed some style choices, and gave some recommendations. He stepped out to his car, and 10 min later came back with an estimate. He even stayed to do a quick repair so we can use the door before our new ones arrive. We will be moving ahead with the purchase.
