We had a hinge that popped out from the garage door and causing the door not closing. I submitted a service request from the Precision website and they came by first thing Monday morning. Colby did a fantastic job explaining the issue and making different recommendations. Overall, I'm really happy with the outcome, our issue not only got solved with a timely manner and the price is also within reasonable range.

I was able to call Precision and make a same day appointment. Beau came out, explained the issue I was having, and offered me a clear solution to fix the problem. He was very professional, fixed my issue then addressed another issue with my door that could cause very expensive repairs or replacement down the road. Excellent customer service.

I was very impressed with the quality of service. Prices seemed very reasonable. My garage door motor worked but the door guides and rollers were binding and stopping part way up. I called on a Thursday. They were available the next day but I scheduled for Saturday. Beau the technician was great. Very friendly, professional, fast, showed up on time and seemed to know his stuff. He told me my options but didn’t try to hard sell me. I paid for a tune up and new rollers. Seems to be working well now. No binding and much quieter. I’m happy! I would definitely recommend Precision Door Sefvice.

Great service! I love it when service companies show up on time, as promised and the job started with Trey doing just that. He then proceeded to diagnose the problem I had while checking on the integrity of the twin garage doors. I knew they needed work and he confirmed that. My garage door stopped closing, and it was making a horrible noise. I researched a couple of companies and found Precision got consistently good reviews. I went to their website and was amazed I was able to make an appointment for the next day. Booking the appointment was painless. Today, Luke came out and looked over my garage door. Luke was awesome. Very personable and easy to talk with. I will be replacing the garage door and will post an update when it is done!

Precision came in December ‘24, did a tuneup. This morning I went to walk my dog and garage door key pad stopped working and would not close…I got remote from car and closed then took with me, when returned key pad did not work ( good thing had remote with me ) called Precision, they came out within a few hours…Brian ( technician ) was so helpful explaining things and he got things working great…highly recommend him for any needs

I will have to say, that not only was the service spot on from the advertising, but also exceeded my expectations! The communication reminding me of my appointment in advance, is one thing. But on the day of the appointment. I received another text, with the name of the service tech and his picture. Providing that form of communication, is exceptional! And the icing on the cake, was not only the quality of the work. But the professionalism and care that the technician, Scott Kern provided! I would highly recommend Precision Garage Doors!!

They are very johnny on the spot and even come out on weekends, which i love. They're also very nice. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they kinda dinged me monetarily. They were out about a year ago and offered to upgrade the rollers or the entire spring system. My spring system was working so I took him up on the rollers. What he failed to mention is that when the spring system eventually went out, I'm forced to replace it with a fully boxed upgrade that makes me buy rollers again. Had he been upfront with that reality a year ago, I would have just done it all instead of literally throwing away 400$ that the new guy just replaced today. Even when I asked him if i wasted my money back then, he said 'essentially'. Again, they do a good job overall but I hope they'll adjust their process to tell a complete story if you're going to offer upgrades or preventative maintenance. It's honestly better for both parties

I made an online appointment this morning, and Luke, our installer was at our place at 1pm, and helped me pick an opener that worked within our budget, and he installed it and was done by 3:30 pm. Great service! Called for an appointment. Was scheduled the same day. Technician Samuel quickly diagnosed the issue and remediated it while also performing a tune up. Highly recommended!

I called Precision because my garage door would not close. They were there within the hour. (Just like the commercial says!) Jeffrey was very polite and helpful. He went right to work diagnosing the problem. Turns out that it was an electrical problem, so Jeffrey could not actually solve the entire problem, but he was able to hook the garage door opener up with an extension cord until an electrician can come to fix the bigger problem. He also did a full service on the doors to the garage and on our shop. GOOD JOB JEFFREY! Give that boy a raise.
