A technician was able to come out quickly. Beau was very professional and quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. He was considerate and asked if it was okay that he come through the house, and also asked if I wanted him to wear shoe covers. He called ahead of time and showed up when he said he would. When I called to speak with someone about the appointment, they were also very professional and quick to help on the phone. If I need garage door service again, I would definitely call Precision!

Brian and David serviced our garage door today because it was sluggish going up when we used the remote. They found the problem and I think added some new rollers. It works perfectly now. They were very knowledgeable about the system and it gives us peace of mind to have it working properly again. We have signed up to have the system checked out once a year. We would enjoy having them return to our home next year. I have already put a reminder on my phone calendar. They were very personable and we enjoyed meeting them. I chose Precision Garage Door Service after talking to the google highest rated garage door service companies in the area. Precision is very highly rated with a lot of positive reviews, they were also the best price for the work that I thought I needed done. I called Precision at 11:45 am on Friday to schedule an appointment and the service technician arrived at my at 12:30 pm the same day. The technician was very friendly, informative and thorough. He was able to fix the door while he was there and took the time to educate me on preventative maintenance I could do to keep everything working properly and hopefully last longer. I highly recommend this company.

I came home one evening and the garage door wouldn't open. I was very pleased that I could book an appointment for the next morning. The online booking was very easy. The technician (Luke) was running a bit late and he called me to let me know. He then let me know when he was on the way. I received a message with his picture so I knew who to expect. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with the options and cost. In a couple of hours, he had replaced everything but the door and rails. He also showed me how to maintain the new system. It's very quiet and smooth. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors.

Was impressed with same day service. Hayden, the tech, was on time and very knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem and had all the parts to repair in his truck. I am eighty years old and use a walker. It was Sunday afternoon and my garage door was stuck in the open position. I called Precision and Nicholas arrived within half an hour. He cleaned off the laser eye, checked springs, rollars, lubrication. As we were reviewing the work. he heard the beeping of a smoke alarm,tracked it down and disarmed the worn out battery-which I will replace. Nicholas's went above and beyond standard service and I am so grateful.

Nicholas Alby was excellent - He explained the complete workings of my garage door, and then explained the reason(s) for the spring failure. He provided me a detailed estimate. he went to work and quickly and efficiently repaired our door and also took the time to adjust it. The door now opens and closes more quietly and smoothly than before. He cleaned up the repair area perfectly. If I ever need another Garage Door repair I will be calling Precision and asking for Nicholas!

3 stars because you responded quickly. The attendant was courteous and blamed my phone for the issue. The door often goes back up after coming down. We sweep as advised. This time the attendant found that there seemed to be be movement that could cause the problem. He attempted to fix it. He was in the truck about to leave and it went back up. Came back, also had fixed the clickers which will be helpful. Just frustrating. The door had worked then didn’t. Not the first time to have a tech come out.

I called for service which was not critical. However, a technician was sent out the very same afternoon. When David arrived, he knew exactly what needed tyo be done to get my garage door to close and stsy closed. The situation was fixed and the door was serviced perfectly. We have an old, wooden, 16 foot wide roll up garage door and one morning we found that the door spring had broken. We were unable to open the door manually because it was so heavy, and had an appointment that required getting our car out of the garage. We called Precision, and they had a service tech to our home in about an hour and had the door spring replaced less than an hour after that. The service tech was friendly, professional, clearly explained our options, and completed the work in a timely manner. We will be replacing this garage door some time in the future, and plan to have Precision do that work.
