Luke showed up pretty fast after I called with my garage door stuck halfway open. He was able to assess the problem quickly. Luke explained the options I had and once I choose one he immediately got to work and had the door functioning within an hour. He also pointed out maintenance tips to keep the door working properly. I would highly recommend Luke to anyone that is looking for a friendly professional for door repairs. Thank you for fixing this for me.

Mark was great! He analyzed the situation, determined the original install of the bar to the motor was a little too high, which ended up with the door dragging and the motor wouldn’t pull it. He fixed the problem in a timely fashion and we haven’t had any issues. Thanks much!

My car was broken into and my garage door opener was taken. I realized that was like giving someone a key to the house, so I called Precision to ask for someone to evaluate our old openers and see if they should be replaced or otherwise made secure. Luke came the next day, exactly as promised with a truck that contained everything he needed. It turned out our doors had not been serviced for twenty years and understandably were overdue for new springs and other mechanical services. Luke explained several options. He also recommended new openers, and I agreed it made sense and was what I was anticipating. Luke did all the required service and installed two new garage door openers with keypads (something new for us) and much brighter indoor lights and other modern features. I really appreciate how quickly Precision was able to schedule our service and how efficiently the repairs and new installs were done. I would recommend Precision highly if you need any work on your garage doors. They met my expectations in every respect, and now I feel like our doors are like new. The new mechanism is much quieter too!

A+ service start to finish! I thought I’d need to schedule one or more appointments a week or two out. No, I got an appointment for the same day. After reviewing the options with Shane, he installed a Lift Master which is a huge improvement. Super quiet and connected to my wifi so that I can operate it from an app on my phone. Shane did a great job getting it all setup and explained everything to me. Definitely a good company to do business with!

It’s been a few years since your company replaced the springs on my garage door so when I needed to fix my garage door, I called on Precision Door. Nick was very professional ! Although it took him longer than he expected to fix my garage door, he kept at it & he was able to fix it so that it will stay close & not reverse by itself. He also replaced the cables that was starting to fray. Thanks Nick !

The gentlemen who repaired my garage door were friendly, courteous, and professional. And they were on time! I was given the 8:00 to 10:00 a.m. time slot, and they called the next day precisely at 8:00 to say they were on their way---arriving at 8:10. They completed the job in a timely fashion. Chose because of outstanding reviews. Broke a spring on my O/H garage door late yesterday. Called them at 6 a.m. this morning and had my door fixed by 1040 a.m. same day. Andrew M. was fast, professional and very knowledgeable. In an age where getting home repair professionals to your house takes days to weeks and are well over-priced, having Precision Door service break the mold is very comforting.
