The giant spring on the garage door broke on a Sunday with the car inside. There was no way to get the garage door open. We took a chance and called Precision. They answered and had someone out to the house within a couple hours. He was super professional and got it fixed. We heard about Precision from a radio ad. Thanks SO much Precision!

Appreciated the text updates of our appointment and the call from the technician that he was leaving his current job to our appointment. Hayden was great, friendly and courteous and after his assessment explained clearly what needed to be done. After his work, the garage door is so much quieter and efficient. I had trouble identifying a company to use but glad I chose Precision Door Service. Recommended with no reservations.

Was impressed with same day service. Hayden, the tech, was on time and very knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem and had all the parts to repair in his truck. Gave the ok and 2 hours later our garage door was like new. Have used Precision since 2008 and always happy with the results and they stand by their warranty!

I am eighty years old and use a walker. It was Sunday afternoon and my garage door was stuck in the open position. I called Precision and Nicholas arrived within half an hour. He cleaned off the laser eye, checked springs, rollars, lubrication. As we were reviewing the work. he heard the beeping of a smoke alarm,tracked it down and disarmed the worn out battery-which I will replace. Nicholas's went above and beyond standard service and I am so grateful.

Nicholas Alby was excellent - He explained the complete workings of my garage door, and then explained the reason(s) for the spring failure. He provided me a detailed estimate. he went to work and quickly and efficiently repaired our door and also took the time to adjust it. The door now opens and closes more quietly and smoothly than before. He cleaned up the repair area perfectly. If I ever need another Garage Door repair I will be calling Precision and asking for Nicholas!

3 stars because you responded quickly. The attendant was courteous and blamed my phone for the issue. The door often goes back up after coming down. We sweep as advised. This time the attendant found that there seemed to be be movement that could cause the problem. He attempted to fix it. He was in the truck about to leave and it went back up. Came back, also had fixed the clickers which will be helpful. Just frustrating. The door had worked then didn’t. Not the first time to have a tech come out.

I called for service which was not critical. However, a technician was sent out the very same afternoon. When David arrived, he knew exactly what needed tyo be done to get my garage door to close and stsy closed. The situation was fixed and the door was serviced perfectly. We have an old, wooden, 16 foot wide roll up garage door and one morning we found that the door spring had broken. We were unable to open the door manually because it was so heavy, and had an appointment that required getting our car out of the garage. We called Precision, and they had a service tech to our home in about an hour and had the door spring replaced less than an hour after that. The service tech was friendly, professional, clearly explained our options, and completed the work in a timely manner. We will be replacing this garage door some time in the future, and plan to have Precision do that work.

Great communication and service. Technician Scott helped me make the decision of what level of service to go with based on the fact that we are prepping our house for sale (as opposed to staying here for 10 years). Additionally, really appreciated a timely call from dispatcher as soon as they knew the tech wouldn’t make the original service window. Will call Precision for future garage door needs.
