Our garage door spring broke, leaving our vehicle trapped in the garage. We felt confident in calling Precision Garage Door Service, who's well known in our area. Great communication and service. Technician Scott helped me make the decision of what level of service to go with based on the fact that we are prepping our house for sale (as opposed to staying here for 10 years). Additionally, really appreciated a timely call from dispatcher as soon as they knew the tech wouldn’t make the original service window. Will call Precision for future garage door needs.

I scheduled the service for the same day and Colby showed up as scheduled. He explained to me and provided three different estimates depending on the work I wanted done and I chose to go with the best to replace everything that need was needed. As with our previous interactions with Percision Luke, the technician, arrived asked questions relating our issues with the garage door. Garage door opener light was not working when opening and closing the door. Replaced light bulb. Also, inspection uncovered looser roller bearings. Replaced roller bearings on both ends. Finally, tightened belt and lubricated all hinges. Great job, Chuck Thank you

Our 13 year old opener let us know that it was giving up the ghost... Scheduled online for a service call - easy-peasy. He showed and explained the options we had for a replacement. He then quickly installed the new opener and walked us through installing the MyQ app for control via our iPhones.
