For the 2nd time the service was phenomenal. I was surprised when my wife wasn’t as excited as me at the new smooth, quiet motor with WiFi capability. She told me later her birthday present for me was a garage WiFi connector, and neither of us expected to get such a high quality product from Precision! Good problem to have. Top Notch Service from (Travis). Travis originally solved an issue with our Garage Door, that another Firm...kinda Gave up on! I was so impressed with his perseverance, attention to detail, and his insatiable quest for excellence! Just recently had Travis perform a minor tune up, and while he was here, he noticed that the bottom weather strip is long overdue to be replaced. He will be returning next week, to install. I have No hesitation in terms of recommending this Excellent Company!
