Very responsive, came quickly. Figured out why our garage door wouldn't close and fixed the problem even though the job took into the early evening to resolve. Luke made sure the new operating system worked with our car's wifi remote. We were grateful because now we can use our garage door again.

The Gentleman that came was very nice but I was charge $250 for 35 minutes worth of work. He replace 2 cables and tightened up the Springs. I recommend shopping around because their prices are outrageous.

I had originally contacted another company, but didn't feel comfortable with them. I then called Precision at 2pm, Tim, my technician showed up at 4, thoroughly explained what needed to happen, and he was finished and gone by 5:30! Tim was super professional, he even went beyond the motor replacement and tightened up my spring and oiled the tracks. After he finished installing everything, he helped me set up the keypad and explained how everything worked. I am beyond satisfied with the work performed by Tim, and highly recommend Precision to anyone else needing work done!

Great customer service from both the office and from Travis, who came out and serviced the door. He was clear on the pricing options for different parts of the service that were needed before proceeding with each step. Ultimately, he installed a new belt drive opener (as well as a key pad and assisted with syncing our car to the unit), and replaced the door rollers and cables. Serviced the door itself as well, so it's much quieter now. Great work, informative, friendly. Highly recommended.

We knew we needed to replace our more than 40-year-old garage door but didn't realize our spring was broken and therefore dangerous. Out of the 3 estimators who came to look at our door, 2 came promptly and bid quickly, but Precision was the only one that offered to put in a temporary spring without charge to hold us until our door could be installed 6 weeks later (it actually got installed in 4 weeks). The other companies just told us we had a big problem and needed a new door and recommended we park our car outside until then. Precision sent a technician quickly to put in the temporary spring so we could park our car in the garage while waiting for the installation. Every person we dealt with at Precision was helpful, courteous, friendly, meticulous, and nice to work with. Their emails and confirmations of appointments and what to expect were excellent -- very clear and timely. Gary, our installer today, sanitized everything he touched after the installation because of the COVID-19 situation. We are so impressed with this company and all of its staff. I am so pleased with Precision that i highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new garage door!
