We chose Precision Door Service after my wife did some research. Samuel Moan arrived on the same day that I called and informed me by text and voice mail that he was on his way. I explained our situation about trying to fix my garage door opener myself, and that I may have damaged it where we would need a new opener. Samuel showed me some options but suggested that he might be able to get it to work. In less than 2 hours, Samuel reassembled and reinstalled the opener and eliminated the problems. He also did some much-needed maintenance and explained and showed me why. Samuel was very courteous, understanding (of my situation), professional and extremely knowledgeable. He kept me informed during the process and educated me on what I may have done to contribute to my problem. What a great asset he is to your company.

We jammed the garage door with the tailgate of our car. I called Precision and they schedule me right away for the next day. Robert kept me informed of his arrival. He did a through inspection. Offered three levels of repair/service. He had all the parts, completed the job and cleaned up. Robert was very easy to work with.

We had an overhaul on our garage door, including new cables. Our tech was very nice and easy to work with. However, our bill was $1085 which was somewhat shocking. After reviewing several other garage door companies, we feel like that was far more than what we should’ve been charged. We also found out the position is a commission based company. We would not call on them again as we feel that their prices are at least double other companies.

I contacted Precision because our garage door was acting up and hadn't been serviced in years, and because Precision is a sponsor of Oregon Public Broadcasting radio. Beau, the technician, showed up on schedule and was very professional and personable. We ended up having him conduct a major hardware retrofit and replacing the garage door opener. He completed the work this morning; so far, so good. And the opener is much quieter than the old one, which is important because it is right below our home's guest bedroom.

Outstanding tech. Beau was well prepared to inspect my door and explain all available options. No pressure or hard sell. He got right to work making the agreed to updates. Now my door is so quiet and I have an outside keypad AND the ability to have Amazon deliver to my garage. No more porch pirate worries. This whole experience was far above expectations. Makes me wish I had two garage doors that needed attention! Very FAIR price. I was so impressed with the service I received i asked Beau for business cards so that I could put them on the shared bulletin board of the condo. We have 52 bldg with 3 garages to each bldg. Lots of possible work.

Nicholas was on time for the appointment and was very professional in appearance and proficient with the repair. He recognized the problem the first time the door opened. Wow, great customer service. Not only was i able to make an appointment after hours on their website but I was able to make the appointment that fit my schedule. Scott, my Precision technician, called to tell me when he would be at my house and I was also sent a text message with his picture so I knew who was coming to my house. Scott reviewed everything and made sure that we had a garage door opener that would work best for our house and door. It was a pleasure to work with Scott & Precision.

Jeffrey came out this afternoon to service my garage door which was noisy. He pointed out that several of my rollers were getting worn and in fact one had recently popped out of the track but I put it back myself. He replaced all the rollers and lubricated everything and now my garage door is much quieter! Jeffrey also showed me points to lubricate in the future to make sure it is running nice and smoothly.

The counterweight coil spring on my door broke on July 4 unexpectedly after nine years of constant use. I called Sunday AM and a technician from Precision was there within an hour and a half. Vance thoroughly examined the equipment and informed me of everything he was going to do, and proceeded to do it with excellence. He completed the work in a short amount of time and the door operates better than it ever has. I am so impressed with how thorough Vance did the work
