My fiancée and I had an amazing experience with Samuel Moan! From start to finish, the service was excellent, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Not only did Samuel take the time to inspect our garage door and figure out what was wrong, but he also matched our energy perfectly. My fiancée and I are very much "let's get it done" kind of people, and Samuel had that exact same attitude, which we really appreciated; same day everything! One thing that stood out to us was how Samuel took the time to walk us through the problem and explain everything in a way we could actually understand. Rather than trying to sell us something or push us toward a decision, he focused on making sure we understood what was going on and what our options were. Having that knowledge made us feel much more confident in our decisions, and we genuinely appreciated his honesty and professionalism. The work itself turned out great! Lastly, I really want to highlight Samuel's personality because I think that deserves just as much recognition as his work. He's genuinely a great guy! He's easy to talk to, knows how to keep a conversation going, and has a great sense of humor. He had us laughing throughout the experience, which made the whole process even better. When someone comes into your home to provide a service, you obviously want them to be knowledgeable and good at what they do. But having someone who is also personable, approachable, and genuinely enjoyable to be around makes such a difference. Samuel absolutely delivered on both! We couldn't be happier with the experience and would highly recommend Samuel to anyone needing garage door service. He took a look, presented me with multiple options with prices, (good, better, best) and was able to get everything fixed that day in about an hour. The door has never been this quiet. Very happy.

I recently had maintenance service and the technician Scott was great: inspected and tuned up my door, replaced a gaping seal at the bottom of the door and gave me expert advice on the garage door motor without trying to sell me a new one right now! They are knowledgeable, fast, efficient and offer a fair price.
