Luke provided excellent quick and friendly service. He fixed our garage door spring, cable assembly and rollers and tested the door several times to make sure it’s in working order. We found Precision through a Google search. Will recommend to anyone I know who needs garage door services!

We came home to find out door did not close. Upon inspection we noticed loose cables. A quick Google search and scanning reviews proved to us that Precision Garage Door Service was the right company to call. Joe arrived three hours BEFORE our expected service arrival estimate. It took him about two minutes to diagnose the issue and was gone within an hour and a half. The door is now operates quieter and smoother. Joe also noticed a similar issue on our other door and provided a quote in case we decide to fix it. If call Precision any time there I'd a garage door issue and have informed our neighbors about the issue and who to call. I get the feeling Joe will get to know most of our neighbors soon. Thanks for helping us!

Our technician Scott did a great job was very friendly and was wonderful to get it done on the very same day and just a couple hours. Broken spring late Saturday night at my home in Portland. Support my local business and see their advertisements. Scheduling was a breeze and was able to get in service call quickly. On Monday evening, my garage door decided it didn't want to stay closed. Precision's on-line scheduling ap made it simple to schedule service on Tuesday morning! Gabe and Luke called to let me know that they were on their way. They were prompt, efficient, explained what the issue was and what my options were and, when I made a decision, they immediately went to work. When they were finished, they showed me what they'd done and pointed out a potential future problem for me to keep an eye on. HIGHLY recommended!

This is my second time using Precision and I continue to be impressed with their speedy and quality service! Andrew arrived and was able to not only fix my initial issue due to a recent power outage but also recommended additional repairs and parts replacement based on the age and wear and tear on my garage door opener that will prevent it from breaking down anytime in the near future. My garage door has never been so quiet opening and closing! He also took the time to show me how to reset my opener settings myself should I have a similar issue in the future. Thank you Andrew and Precision for helping give me peace of mind with a now working and safe garage door! I highly recommend them for any of your garage door needs.
