In today's climate prompt service on all things on your home does not happen often. I was shocked, to say the least of receiving service on my garage door within two hours. Scheduling a service person is usually a daunting affair, with multiple online chats, back and forth texts and even after that you're lucky enough to get someone out in a couple weeks! Colby showed up to my door the same day, analyzed what needed to be repaired on my garage door and then was able to fix the problem the SAME DAY! My garage door wasn't even this quiet when it was first installed! I highly recommend this company to anyone!

Excellent So glad I made the initial call..my noisy door ended up with a damaged bracket that was about to cause me to get a new door...and possibly car damage if the door fell. He quickly spotted the damaged bracket and how to fix it. Since the doors motor was also over 20 years old he provided me with options to consider. I called on Friday afternoon after our garage door spring broke. I had a technician scheduled the next day for between 2 and 4. The technician (Beau) showed up promptly at 2:00 and looked over our existing 20-25 year old setup. After going over all the issues he saw with our current setup, he explained everything in great detail and options we had to get us up and running. We elected to replace most of the existing system including the garage door opener. Beau did an excellent job, his knowledge of the process was obvious and his attention to detail was greatly appreciated. We could not be more happy with the result of the work that Beau did for us. From the moment we called to schedule a technician the overall experience was fantastic, we would recommend Beau and Precision Door Service to anyone that was looking for garage door needs!!

I picked them because their name came to mind from advertising. I had to change my sppointb3 times and the girl on the phone was more than helpful and was able to get me on the schedule today. She was so nice and I was embarrassed that I changed it so often and she assured me it was no issue. Vance was very professional. Explained 5 different options to me with no pressure to buy anything, I chose the 20 year plan and he was so good about explaining everything he did in great detail. Very personable. I would give your phone servíce and Vance both 10 stars if I could. I’d be happy to recommend your services to others. Hopefully I’m good for quite awhile but will call again if needed.

Like many who contact you, we did so after not being able to exit our garage. You were able to come very quickly and your service tech was outstanding. Able to assess & fix issues quickly. My only shock was the price of the repair. Given the period of time involved and parts used, I cannot figure how the total amount was calculated. Perhaps a breakdown of sorts might help. Lastly, the fact the was no “service charge” for your tech to come, seemed to be a moot point once the price options were presented Respectively submitted

Superior repair job of my garage door. Repair technician offered two quotes. One for just a basic repair and another for a complete repair and replacement of the mechanical parts. I chose the complete repair since the door was over fifty years old. Job was complete in three hours. Super satisfied.

We experienced a problem with our large wooden automatic garage door that has been periodically updated since the 1980s, and was suffering from worn parts. I contacted 3 door companies to assess and quote, and Joe from Precision was the second to respond to my request and came onsite to assess and advise on repairs. He gave us three options which offered a repair to fix our problem and also prevent further issues in the near future. He was clear on the warrantee offered in parts and labor, clear on the type of parts used (high use springs) and explained some differences we would notice once repairs were complete and even giving simple advice to me about monthly maintenance which could prolong the life of the existing and new parts. I highly recommend Peecision & in particular Joe for a garage door system overhaul or repair.

contacted Precision on a late friday night our garage door programing was all out of sinc would not work. The representative Beau arrived 1 hour earlier than scheduled and arrived sat morning at 11. He was exceptional in all ways. helpful courteous, very knowledgeable and solved our problem in under 20 min. even did a safety inspection and located another area to watch. we would recommend Precision to anyone with concerns for their garage.
