Replacing an older garage door is an important decision. There are so many options such as style, color and product materials. Each one makes a difference in appearance and longevity. That's why I chose Precision Door Service. They had all of the services I was looking for and provided timely installation at an affordable cost. The technician, Shawn Teel, showed up on time as well as called and provided a photo of himself before arrival. I will (sentimentally) miss the old wooden doors but the new doors are exactly as expected and I'm glad I made the choice to use Precision Door Service.

Fast and professional service by Alex. As I updated my garage door hinges and rollers, a tension cable came unraveled. After struggling to fix this myself, I decided that I needed a professional. Precision was easy to work with and tech Alex arrived within 45 minutes of my call on a Sunday. Besides fixing the cable and torsion springs, he also did additional touch up such as shaving down the rails a bit for better alignment and better securing the garage door frame with more hardware than the minimal number of screws/bolts used when my house was built.

This included the obviously broken door issue but also two other things that would help prevent a future issue. We determined which to move forward with and then he did them. Gave me a reasonable quote. I had already checked them out with the Oregon contractors board, and they had no complaints after 10 years. The work was done that evening.
