Called on a Sunday at 1:15p, and the garage door was fixed by 3:15p. Both the phone associate, and the field technician, Trey Hornbuckle, were super courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Trey handled the safety inspection thoroughly and efficiently, gave us our repair options, worked quickly to resolve our issue and listened to our concerns. The broken spring and bearing plates were replaced and we were back up and running.

Just had a check up on our Beautiful Garage Door that Precision Installed. Jacob, showed up on time, and was very Professional, Polite, Courteous & Knowledgeable! Garage door was basically operating just fine in my opinion, but it was a bit nosier than when originally installed. Jacob, made a few adjustments & Lubricated with Expertise & Experience. Door is now Quieter than a Church Mouse! Highly recommend Precision over ANY competitor in the Market Place!

Two thumbs up! Communication was prompt and helpful from the first call, through updates about the tech’s arrival time, through the service visit. The tech, Scott, was friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained it well and fixed it promptly. It’s a hassle when your garage door quits, but the repair with Precision was smooth and affordable.

Had a garage door spring break on a Saturday. Remembered a Precision tv ad that they worked on weekends. I was prepared to wait a couple days or pay extra for the weekend service. Precision sent a tech in 2 hrs. and the repair was finished within another 1-1/2 hrs. There was no extra charge for the weekend service call. The tech, Matt, was professional, conducted a complete safety inspection, communicated the work, parts needed & gave a cost necessary to do the job. I was completely satisfied with the quality of repairs and the cost to do the work. This was my first time using Precision Door Service and they will definitely be the "go to" company in the future.

Had an emergency situation, and their technician showed up shortly thereafter. I realize that is good timing, but he did a good job, stabilized the situation, allowed us time to get a permanent repair arranged. very good company, no problem calling them again for this.

What do you do when your garage door opener fails, and both your cars are trapped inside? Late on a Friday? I'd suggest calling Precision Garage Door Service. Or heck, just use their online scheduling system, because that got us the service we needed, already by Saturday afternoon. Trey was excellent: polite, professional, and skillful. And all is good! We'll be sure to come back to them for other garage door maintenance needs, because they were there for us!

The main gear in the opener had stripped out and the door was unable to open. This happened on a Sunday, I called and was preparing to leave a voicemail and a receptionist answered and was able to schedule me an appointment the next day. The serviceman, Brian, was prompt in his arrival window and professional in explaining the problem and the required service required. He was very prepared his workmanship was first rate. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.
