From start to finish our experience was fantastic (and prompt, efficient and friendly as advertised). Our door spring was broken with my car stuck on the inside (I was commuting to Eugene later in the day). Saved us lots of hassle and headache… Precision Door to the rescue! Jeffrey was awesome. The counterweight coil spring on my door broke on July 4 unexpectedly after nine years of constant use. I called Sunday AM and a technician from Precision was there within an hour and a half. Vance thoroughly examined the equipment and informed me of everything he was going to do, and proceeded to do it with excellence. He completed the work in a short amount of time and the door operates better than it ever has. I am so impressed with how thorough Vance did the work

so glad we got our door fixed, they always advertise as same day but it was a couple of days with our garage door partially open before they could do it, The work was done and done very nice, A little expensive but i guess everything is nowdays i gave 5 stars because the work was done very professionally,

Samuel Moan was very polite and courteous. He gave me a the option of two bids: one would take care of the immediate problem (but the problem might return) or the second option to replace the problematic keypad for the garage door opener. I went ahead and replaced the keypad. Sam was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Would recommend him to others.

After three quotes we went with Percision Garage Door, they beat the other two quotes by over a thousand dollars for new door and opener. The insulation team was prompt and had old door and opener removed and new door and opener installed in less than three hours. My garage door had many issues, being extremely old and loud was the worst of it. I searched around and found Precision Door. The office staff was very helpful in setting up a time to look at my door, determine what was wrong and give me an estimate. Trey was my Technician and I am going to say he is one of the nicest people I have met. Trey took the time to explain what was going on and what it would take to fix my issue. We started off going in phases, if it was only the hardware that needed replacing then we would not have to have a new motor. It turned out the hardware was not enough to take care of how loud and creaky it sounded, so we chose a motor and Trey went to work on installing it. I was in my office when he was testing the motor and it was so quiet, that I ran out to the garage in disbelief!! It was heavenly to hear barely anything when the door opened and closed. Precision Door made the whole job from start to finish so easy for me. Trey is an outstanding, professional who knows what he is doing. He included me in on everything that he was going to be working on and detailed it out for me. Every time I open and close my garage door it makes me smile. My only regret was not calling Precision Door years ago!! I highly recommend using Precision Door for your garage door issues. Ask for Trey!

Jeffrey came out this afternoon to service my garage door which was noisy. He pointed out that several of my rollers were getting worn and in fact one had recently popped out of the track but I put it back myself. He replaced all the rollers and lubricated everything and now my garage door is much quieter! Jeffrey also showed me points to lubricate in the future to make sure it is running nice and smoothly.
