My garage door spring broke today. When it called I told the person who schedules that my cars were in the garage and I could not get them out. She scheduled Nicholas to come between 12-2pm. Shortly Nicholas called and said, he had finished the job he was working on and said, he could come right over. He gave me a number of options to fix my door. Did the work in a timely manner. We checked to make sure everything was working properly. He gave me his card and said, to call him if I had any issues. I have had Precision staff come out previously and have been very satisfied with their service

Call to Precision resulted in person picking up phone and scheduling an appointment to fix garage door opening the same day on Thanksgiving eve! Serviceperson was Hayden McE; he arrived promptly, was skillful, and listened/related well. He determination to fix the problem was splendid. Very impressive service on short notice! ("No Product Purchased" although new parts provided under warranty...again, very welcome and impressive).

The Tech showed up on time and did a quick review. The estimate was $100 less then an estimate I received a year ago from another company. He also said that the garage door spring (over 15 years old) should be replaced. Low pressure and the total estimate for the two jobs (spring replacement and new rollers) was $550 after a $50 on the spot discount for being a new customer. All work was completed within an hour. The tech was very friendly and the cost reasonable. Highly recommend.

Colby and Andrew represented the company extremely well. On time, friendly and professional. They describe everything they suggested needs to be done. Gave us 3 choices of what we could do which included to replace the whole door. However he did say our door really didn't need to be replaced even though it was 31 years old. They did the repair work in a timely fashion and swept the floor in the garage to get any ball bearing that dropped. Colby gave us his business card and said we could call him any time. He also showed us how to apply lubricant to brackets which we did not know we should have been doing. They were awesome and represented your business in the best way possible.

We had Precision Door put in a new door in Spring of 2024. The door was beginning to make some creaking and squawking noises so I called for it to be serviced. Precision Door sent out Tim, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He tightened and lubed the entire door and it now much quieter. And, even though our one year warranty was already up, Precision Door did not charge us for this call! I am a very satisfied customer and would recommend Precision Door to anyone needing quality, reliable service.

Absolutely great experience from the online scheduling tool to Colby the technician. His great communication skills to his attention to detail, I am very highly pleased. He did a complete overhaul of the OHD system and explained the quality of the parts used that allows their 10 year warranty. Springs, rollers, bearings and cables were all replaced. I just bought a house and the garage door was moaning and creaking quite badly every time it was opened/closed. After doing research online, I ultimately chose Precision Garage Door Service to address the issues at hand. Within an hour of contacting this company, Samuel arrived at my home to address my garage door issues. After discussing my concerns, he then went right to work assessing the situation. Sam then wrote up 4 options to address the problems at various levels, and we discussed the pros and cons of each option. After I made my choice, he went right to work. When Sam was finished, not only was the door opening and closing MUCH more quietly and with ease, but the new trim also solved another problem, and looked nice as well. Lastly, Sam took the time to teach me how to take care of twice yearly lubrication of the door hinges on my own.
