We had a new garage door opener installed by Joe Igla and he did an amazing job. Not only great workmanship but excellent/clear communications and customer service throughout the entire process. I also very much appreciated that Precision was able to book us an appointment so quickly (in just a day or two after I initially called) - and Joe was even able to arrive early to our house (after checking in with me to ensure that it worked for us). Overall extremely satisfied!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The office manager/ receptionist who handled my initial phone call was friendly, professional, and made the process incredibly seamless. Their TV advertisement is 100% spot on! They do offer same-day service! I made my phone call at 2:10 pm on Friday afternoon and by 3:45, Luke (service technician) pulled into my driveway. Very impressive! He was knowledgeable, professional, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue with my garage door. Everything is now working perfectly. Wasted my time! Didn't do the work. Tried to up sell me on various parts that were working fine. Suggested changing parts that have many years left in them. Just wanted a spring replacement at the original price quoted. Up sell was 3 times higher! Then said he couldn't do the work because I rent the home which should have been disclosed at the time of booking. Will never use or recommend this company. Bait and switch!

We had great service from Vance yesterday, Feb. 26, 2026. I had found the garage door opened the previous day when neither of us had been out there, and the time and date on the inside opener were wrong. We discussed with Vance the possibilities of why that might happen and we stil don't know for sure, but I asked him to check everything out. He suggested two options including to lubricate the tracks, etc. which he did. He explained exactly what he proposed to do and the cost of both options. I really appreciate the quick response and working with Vance was a pleasure!
