I called to have my garage door serviced and was able to get the service completed on the same day. My technician Scott arrived on time and was very friendly and super knowledgeable. Scott inspected the door and replaced the spring and serviced the door in about an hour! It was a great experience and a great way to end the week on a positive note! Highly recommend!

I called Precision Garage Door for a routine maintenance check on my 10 year old garage door system, after seeing a TV commercial that they were running a special. Jacob, the service technician who arrived was very personable and knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked out my equipment and made some adjustments. He pointed out potential problems that could occur in the future. He also commented on how well my 10 year old system is performing. For a person that I have never met before, he was like an old friend who stopped by to help. I highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.

Joe is an excellent service representative. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain three different options for repairing my broken garage door, ranging from the least expensive repair to a complete door replacement. After evaluating the options, he reinforced my existing garage door, replaced all of the track rollers, and adjusted the spring tension to reduce the effort required to open and close the door. His work has extended the useful life of my garage door and allows me to postpone the expense of a full replacement until I can better afford it. Joe was honest, thorough, and focused on finding the solution that best fit my needs and budget. He also provided a price break and a senior discount, which I greatly appreciated. But our latest service experience with Precision verified the statements your technicians and customers make on tv. We continue to be so impressed with Precision Garage Door. We had a broken spring on Friday night and their dispatcher booked us an appointment on Saturday at no extra charge for Saturday service plus the spring was under warranty. Scott Kern was our technician and he was excellent. Arrived right on time and promptly replaced our broken spring. Very efficient and pleasant to work with. Our Father's Day weekend was not impacted due to a broken spring and we are thrilled. Precision provides great products, service and value plus they back up their products. We highly recommend! Colby, from Precision, awesome. He was on-site to repair the original door. During his inspection, he mentioned that the opener motor and arm were "older" than he was, almost. (1999) I decided to replace the motor/arm and am glad we did. Much more efficient and no longer a concern about the old unit.
