I am very happy with Precision’s customer service. I had a problem with my garage door opener and was surprised to find out they were open after 5pm. I called and got an appt the next morning. Mike came out and we were able to troubleshoot the issue and get it resolved quickly. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a great experience overall.

Precision Garage Door installed our new gorgeous doors last year. I noticed that one of them was not going up all the way on the track and called this morning. They had a tech over within a couple of hours and he had the minor change fixed quickly but still did a full review of all parts of the door just to see if anything else needed looked at. Mike was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. All work/parts are covered under warranty. Is a pleasure to do business with a company like this. Thank you!

Jacob did an outstanding job!!!! Our garage door spring had broken. He totally explained what needed to be done for repair as well as the best approach for longterm maintenance. He replaced the spring, replaced the door attachment and lubricated where needed.

I have been using Precision Door for many years with full confidence. they sent out a young man named Bryan who understood my problem and made me a recommendation as to how to fix it. Based upon my recommendation I decided to replace the unit. He did it in a very professional manner. The work was done and he cleaned up his mess. Called on a Sunday at 1:15p, and the garage door was fixed by 3:15p. Both the phone associate, and the field technician, Trey Hornbuckle, were super courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Trey handled the safety inspection thoroughly and efficiently, gave us our repair options, worked quickly to resolve our issue and listened to our concerns. The broken spring and bearing plates were replaced and we were back up and running.

Just had a check up on our Beautiful Garage Door that Precision Installed. Jacob, showed up on time, and was very Professional, Polite, Courteous & Knowledgeable! Garage door was basically operating just fine in my opinion, but it was a bit nosier than when originally installed. Jacob, made a few adjustments & Lubricated with Expertise & Experience. Door is now Quieter than a Church Mouse! Highly recommend Precision over ANY competitor in the Market Place!

Two thumbs up! Communication was prompt and helpful from the first call, through updates about the tech’s arrival time, through the service visit. The tech, Scott, was friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. He diagnosed the problem quickly, explained it well and fixed it promptly.
