We were locked into our garage (door wouldn't open), and Precision Team was super-responsive. They answered our initial call on the first ring, had a 2-hour window scheduled within 20 minutes, and Colby arrived within 90 minutes of our call. He was courteous, professional and friendly; he quickly diagnosed the problem (broken spring) and set to work. Once finished replacing broken spring + all rollers etc., he took the time to inform us about maintenance schedule going forward, including what products to use and where / how to apply. (He also let us know that we can have this done regularly by Precision if we prefer they do it). Other than the "rude awakening" start to the day, a really positive experience -- A+!

We just had an issue yesterday with our garage door that’s almost 30 years old. We called for an appointment, and first off much to our surprise they had an opening for that afternoon. Of course we said yes to that! The technician that came out Jeffery was first very nice, we started telling him what happened… and right away he said he'd look at it to see if he could fix it rather than a replace it. We feel like most places would go automatically to replace it for the money aspect of it all. He checked everything over for the safety end of it.,..told us he could fix the door itself. He then figured three different prices for us. He had a good, better, best prices, and what would be done on each one. We choose the one we felt was best for us, and he did a fantastic job! He was not only patient with us asking question's of him, but left everything clean, and showed us what to do in the future to maintain a good working system! No one wants to have problems with their garage door. There was an obvious broken spring. I found Precision using a Google search and liked the way they described their business. I used the web based schedular and was able to schedule an appointment the next morning at a convenient time. I got a call from Jackson to give me a heads up when he was about 15 minutes away. When he arrived he inspected the entire garage door system and we talked about alternatives and I selected the services that I wanted. I then went inside to play with our dogs while he fixed everything using supplies he already had in his truck. Everything was very convenient. When he was done we opened and closed the door several times while I looked at things that were replaced. The door works perffectly and also looks and sounds much better. I am very happy with Precision and Jackson.

Luke was top notch and the difference was night and day! Luke showed and explained the reason things failed and suggested a solution that keep our charming mid-century garage doors, but corrected and updated all of the moving parts and adjusted the sensors to keep everyone safer. Now, instead of sounding like a freight train is running through our garage when opening and closing, the door action is so smooth that it's nearly silent. Really appreciate Luke's explanations, attention to detail, and timely workmanship. Highly recommend!!

When our spring broke yesterday morning and the garage door company, I've used in the past was closed, the first company that came to mind was precision and their commercials where they say "fully stocked ready to rock" - so I called. The representative looked at the booking calendar and asked how about now for them to come out. Robert (and yes, he's in the commercial) showed up in a matter of 30 minutes and was done an hour later. New springs, stranded cable and bearings done. Precision is the real deal.
