Very quick and professional. Replaced the broken spring safely. Chuck was cheerful and showed me the options without high pressure selling. The whole process took less than an hour and he cleaned up after the work was done. I would definitely recommend him again. We had Precision door come out to replace a broken spring on our garage door. While there the technician Joe Igla mentioned that this would be an opportune time o replace a couple of other parts while we are at it. The garage door is 25 years old so we felt this was a great idea. Now the door is quieter than ever and we could not be more pleased with their service.

Tom Marler

We called Precision for an upgrade to our current garage opener. During the inspection, it was also noted that the mechanical was probably 20+ yrs old. The service technician, Andrew, gave us options and installed our new opener, springs, rollers, etc. Andrew was great! Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and very nice. He programmed both our vehicles, he gave us his card and let us know we could call anytime with questions or issues. We’ve used Precision Garage Door Service in the past, at a different location and would recommend them and Andrew every time!

Precision came out the day after I called and was able to repair our damaged garage door during the same visit! This was after another company told me they couldn’t repair the door and I’d have to buy a new one. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and when he was done it looked as good as new. I would recommend them to anyone needing garage door service!

Bonnie Ford

Response time, appointment availability, knowledge and friendliness of the technician, speed of the repair were all five stars. I wanted the job done asap, but I should have called around for competing quotes or negotiated a discount. The price was shockingly high for spring replacement on a double door! A little Google search after the fact leads me to believe I could have had it done at half the cost if not less.

Bob Vanden Bos

Beau arrived at our house wthin three hours of placing the call that our garage door would not open. He assessed the situation and gave us three options and various price ranges of what could be done. Since the opener was 18 years old, we opted to have it replaced, and we are very happy with the price and the work that was done all by the end of the day.

Susan Ingram

Scott from Precision was a first class technician! He took the time to check all the working parts before giving an assessment and then provided 3 choices for repair options with full explanation of each. It was a great experience to work with him and feel confident that the work was completed expertly.
