Precision put my door in years ago. When I called for a regular maintenance they were out quickly and were super friendly, thorough and replaced my batteries for the wall code and remotes. They’re the best!!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting your technician, Beau June and his intern Shannon. Beau was able to quickly identify the various problems with the broken door and was very patient in explaining them to me. The main issue was a broken spring but he also figured out how the original installation had been done poorly and how it probably contributed to the breakdown. He also allowed me to watch the entire repair which to me demonstrated he had confidence in his ability to do the work to my satisfaction. He worked efficiently, had all the appropriate tools and parts for the job, and was even able to mentor his intern throughout the repair. His intern Shannon was very pleasant to talk to, seemed genuinely interested in learning about the trade and I believe she will be successful in her efforts to work for this company.
