I am extremely happy and satisfied with the work done by the two extremely friendly and professional workers. I called yesterday to have a malfunctioning opener checked and today I have two new openers! No, I was not forced into getting them. They were old and would need replacing soon anyway. They were finished in about three hours, and explained the operation of the doors very clearly, and set all the new codes. I could not be happier with their work and the quality of the products. Thanks, guys, very much!!!

At our garage, Cody reviewed all of the considerations for the work, took detailed measurements, explained the differences in the door selection options, answered all of our questions and presented us with detailed written bid to do the work. The springs, rollers and cables all gave out on my garage door. The Precision Team (Scott, along with another fellow who is still in training - I didn't catch his name) did a great job of assessing the needs, informing me of my options , and ultimately replacing the old broken parts with new, more solid parts. They were friendly and worked non-stop until the job was done. I would recommend them and call them back for other repairs or replacements in the future.

Stephen did a great job for us on a Sunday morning, replacing a broken spring and bearings on our garage door, tightening up the hinges and doing the needed servicing and adjustments. He was prompt, courteous, and clearly explained all we needed to know about the work he did and ongoing maintenance we can do ourselves to keep our garage door in good working order.

Absolutely awesome service. Brian and Beau came to my house as promised, on time. There's nothing as disheartening as coming home from work and realizing your garage door doesn’t work. I drove to one of the home supply stores near by hoping for quick help. As I was waiting there, with nobody showing up to help me, I went to Google and searched. In no time I was able to book appointment online for the same day. I walked out of the said store before anyone came to help me. Brian came by with Beau, both professional and Brian was so knowledgeable. He provided me with 3 different options, not trying to sell anything but just providing the facts which I appreciated so much. How many times do you get people who give you options without making you feel a pressure to get the most expensive one? Brian was the ultimate professional providing me with useful tips. In one hour my garage door was fixed and I couldn’t be happier. Beau showed me what to use if I wanted to do the maintenance myself (stop laughing, I’m a woman, I never knew you had to do maintenance on a garage door). I truly recommend this company and these guys. Price was absolutely fair and service was outstanding.

Precision was very easy to work with from requesting the service to final installation. Trey was very professional and got the job done quickly. He was very helpful in setting up the remotes for us also which has always been a challenge previously.
