I called Precision Garage Door for a routine maintenance check on my 10 year old garage door system, after seeing a TV commercial that they were running a special. Jacob, the service technician who arrived was very personable and knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked out my equipment and made some adjustments. He pointed out potential problems that could occur in the future. He also commented on how well my 10 year old system is performing. For a person that I have never met before, he was like an old friend who stopped by to help. I highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.

He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain three different options for repairing my broken garage door, ranging from the least expensive repair to a complete door replacement. After evaluating the options, he reinforced my existing garage door, replaced all of the track rollers, and adjusted the spring tension to reduce the effort required to open and close the door. His work has extended the useful life of my garage door and allows me to postpone the expense of a full replacement until I can better afford it. I usually avoid doing business with larger companies that do a lot of tv advertising which has to affect the cost of doing business and thus consumer pricing. But our latest service experience with Precision verified the statements your technicians and customers make on tv. Your technician Scott was excellent, very professional, easy to work with and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. Precision came recommended to me by my Mom and I was pleased with their service. Vance came out and did an excellent job resolving my issues. The spring broke, but the whole garage door needed some updating, which he took care of. Vance was polite, professional, helpful, and efficient. We had a broken spring on Friday night and their dispatcher booked us an appointment on Saturday at no extra charge for Saturday service plus the spring was under warranty. Scott Kern was our technician and he was excellent. Arrived right on time and promptly replaced our broken spring. Very efficient and pleasant to work with. Our Father's Day weekend was not impacted due to a broken spring and we are thrilled. Precision provides great products, service and value plus they back up their products. We highly recommend! Colby, from Precision, awesome. He was on-site to repair the original door. During his inspection, he mentioned that the opener motor and arm were "older" than he was, almost. (1999) I decided to replace the motor/arm and am glad we did. Much more efficient and no longer a concern about the old unit.

Precision Garage Door Service did a great job! It was easy to call and talk with a live operator and then have Chuck come out and fix the problem. I really appreciate the same day service and was called 30 minutes before the tech arrived. Chuck was friendly and described what the problems were and how to fix them and told me the price. He went right to work and did a professional job of cleaning up after he was done. He answered all my questions and the whole process took about an hour and a half.
