Our garage door was randomly opening and closing. The repairman determined the circuit board in the opener was dead. He then presented several options for a new unit. He installed the new unit very quickly and professionally. He was also very nice. He did a great job of explaining everything he was suggesting we do. The unit we bought is very, very nice. The company sent someone out the same day we contacted them. Highly recommended.

Our service technician, Samuel Moan, contacted me with an estimated arrival time and actually arrived much sooner than expected. Sam introduced himself and started his inspection asking detailed questions regarding the problem we were experiencing. Once he understood the problem, he then tailored a resolution and provided various price points for my review. I chose a full fix with the 10yr warranty. Sam got to work and had our door operating in what seemed like no time at all. Very impressive! Throughout the process, Sam kept me up to date and explained the ‘where, why and how’ questions I had. Sam is a true professional who has a solid working knowledge of his craft. Thanks Sam for the great job!!

As a real estate agent, I needed to get a new garage door system installed for my client. I went for three bids, and only one came in. During our first conversation, they asked what day and time was convenient. They arrived, explained my option, told me the time frame, and followed up every step of the way. The other two didn't show; one did say they could give me a bid over the phone without seeing it. Today it was installed, wow, it is so quiet and so smooth. They kept me informed through the whole process. I would 100% use them again and refer to anyone needing a new garage door. Their professionalism is unmatched.

Our door opener (over 31 years old) failed abruptly. A tech came to our house the day we cslled and evaluated the problem. The opener was replaced the following day by the same person, who was courteous, engaging and professional throughout The door has operated as desired ever since. Can't think of anything negative to say.

Precision Door Service has been my go to since 2008 for service. Recently had maintenance service to take care of some creaks and squeaks and just tighten up bolts and replace the bottom door pad. Excellent service just updating everything. I would recommend the fine folks at Precision Door Service.

BEWARE! Beau was not happy he had to drive from Tigard to SE !! Asked Beau not to park in front of the private garages of others he said no I have expensive tools! That is service ! He knew the Situation before he arrived! He could not find the problem so Beau told me that I had been sweeping in my garage and I had moved the sensors and that was the problem! I tried to explain to Beau I had not been sweeping, and that was not the problem again interrupted me and had no regard for what I was saying He asked me if he could reach me by phone when I was walking away. I said yes for 45 minutes. He dinked around in my garage then left without even calling me and left my garage OPEN yes wide OPEN . This is what they call five star service after calling the office I was put on hold for over 8 minutes I hung up and called back ! Was given to a man that said he would have a manager call me that was yesterday Garage was broken and LEFT OPEN without telling me my Land Lord! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you do at your own risk !! Oh and know one ever called me back !! BAD SERVICE!!

Trey was my service technician and did a wonderful job from start to finish. My garage door had no maintenance done to it for over 15 years and needed all the moving parts replaced. It is now so much quieter and safer. He even left the can to oil the hinges and rollers every 6 mos. Trey was very prompt and efficient with everything being replaced in a couple hours. I highly recommend Trey and Precision.

My garage door had not had any maintenance for at least 15 yrs and was not able to close.Upon Trey’s recommendation many things were upgraded and replaced. My garage door is now much quieter and safe. Trey did an excellent job from beginning to end. He was a good communicator, prompt and efficient. I highly recommend Trey and Precision. I liked the 5 year warranty. The rollers, springs and cables were replaced and all hinges lubricated. And Trey gave me the lubricant to maintain the parts.

Nicholas came to tune up my garage door and pointed out the poor condition of the opener, which I had suspected. He gave me two options for a replacement and I was easily able to choose the lower cost one due to its simplicity and reliability. Even though it was late, he completed the installation quickly and helped reprogram my car opener button. My history with Precision made my decision and easy one.
