Spring broke on my 20+ year old garage door. Contacted Precision Garage Door Service and setup a next day service. Service Technician Joe Igla responded inspected the garage door and related hardware, and within an hour had the springs/bearings replaced. Joe didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need, was very professional and friendly. The repair cost was reasonable and now my garage door is working like new. Three year warranty is an added plus. Very happy with the entire experience.

Excellent service. Same day service for a garage door that had many issues. The springs, rollers, sensors, and even the motor were in need of replacement. Brian was very informative: told me all the issues that he saw that were creating my garage door problems. He showed me how all the replaced parts worked and how and where to lube the garage door to prevent future problems. Brian had Nick worked together and were professional, courteous, and efficient. The receptionist greeted me and was courteous on the phone. We were able to have an appointment 2 hours later. David Teehee was prompt and very courteous. He was professional and the service he performed has alleviated the issue we had experienced, ie; the door was not sealing on our garage floor. He installed a new bottom seal. The price that he charged was very generous. Additionally, he thoroughly checked our door and suggested issues that may need to be addressed in the future.

Chuck Hunt was personable, knowledgeable, skillful and articulate, which helped us in deciding what to do after his inspection. Chuck gave us several options to consider for repairing our 25 yr. old heavy, wooden, garage door as well as replacing the Lift master equipment. Spring broke on a Saturday night around 10 pm got online seen that your company was open on Sunday made a appointment online for Sunday morning and Colby Diaz came out and looked over my door and told me what i needed and how much for it to be done he was great with showing me everything about it and how to keep my whole garage door system in good working condition and was very pleasant to chat with would definitely recommend. Price i felt was great considering it was on a Sunday and 12 hours after the garage door was broken no complaints thank you
