Sam did a great job making sure our garage door worked to perfection. He lubricated all the joints, made sure the lights were set right and checked the springs to make sure they balanced the door correctly. It was a great Fathers Day Present.

We needed to replace the rubber seal on the bottom of the garage door. Initial contact response with Precision was quick, polite, informative, and encouraging. The technician, Jackson, was competent, knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly. The seal was replaced and we also paid for a check and lube on the door. We also got some helpful information about replacing the opener and eventually the whole door. Though a little pricy, we thought the quality of the service merited it. We contacted them because we heard them mentioned on OPB as a sponsor, meaning they care about the community, which we appreciate.

I was presented with three options for three repair; a three year warranty, a six year warranty, and a 10 year warranty. I've had issues with this door before so I opted for the 10 year warranty. Excellent service and communications of status. The crew of technicians that did the installation of the new garage doors did a great job and left the job site clean. There were a couple panels on the doors that had dents in them from the manufacturer, so the tech pointed them out and said they will be replaced as soon as the panels are available from the manufacturer. I find the honesty and communication of the issue and fix proof of the how Precision does business with their clients. We will definitely recommend Precision to our neighbors and friends.

Dave showed up right on time. He dove right in checking out my door. Basically, all my garage door problems were caused by technicians I found on that LIST that used to charge a fee but don’t any more:The new springs installed were not torqued correctly, so the the door motor could barely lift the door, cables were off balance so the door did not close flat, and my electronic beams were at least twenty years old so on a sunny day the door would not go down. Dave gave me a price that was very fair so the estimate turned into a work order! Dave helped me get on their website so I could use a coupon to a save some money. The job was done beyond my expectations! Dave has seen everything that can go wrong with a garage door and he can fix it the first time at a fair price. Score 10 out of 10

(amazing!) in 24 hours. My repairs were underway the next day and completed in the estimated 3 hours. Our service technician, Samuel Moan, contacted me with an estimated arrival time and actually arrived much sooner than expected. Sam introduced himself and started his inspection asking detailed questions regarding the problem we were experiencing. Once he understood the problem, he then tailored a resolution and provided various price points for my review. I chose a full fix with the 10yr warranty. Sam got to work and had our door operating in what seemed like no time at all. Very impressive! Throughout the process, Sam kept me up to date and explained the ‘where, why and how’ questions I had.
