Let me start with saying the installing crew was great and the garage door itself is nice. HOWEVER customer service and communication is terrible. A garage door replacement that was suppose to take 5 weeks from the day we ordered to the finished product took 15 weeks. They rescheduled 3 times. The first two were because they claimed they only received half the panels/they came damaged. They cancelled both of those the evening before they were supposed to go arrive early in the morning. They finally came to do the project and had the wrong materials, we paid extra for the top window panel. We then needed to reschedule for that and they made us wait another 5 and a half week. We were told they would contact us to schedule that and they did not, I needed to play phone tag as Gary would not take my calls and would tell me he would be at lunch for half the afternoon. Gary only blamed the company they got their materials from and told us he would be letting his supervisor, Alvin, know about this and would contact me about a discount for this nightmare turn around. We never heard from Gary or Alvin. I will say after the first cancellations we were told we would receive a discount but we didn't get that until they cancelled a second time and we had to tell them we never got compensated. I would rather pay more than work with them again. I wont be recommending Precision to anyone

He listened to my concerns, answered my myriad of questions, and thoroughly explained available options. After deciding on the option I wanted, Beau set about getting all the work done. Late last Saturday afternoon, I found that one of my garage opener’s springs was broken. I called Precision Garage Door and got an appointment the next day morning. The Technician Nick Rasley arrived on time and gave the system a thorough going over and report back to me with recommendations, prices and discounts of different levels of repairs. The options included replacing one spring, two springs, rollers, cables, … and the motor. Because the springs are seven years old and the motor is over twenty years old, I end up replacing the whole system. Now it runs smoothly the best I have ever seen. Precision Garage Door offers quick response, excellent technician, good price with discount and warranty.

Very quick to schedule. Same day service, tech was on site within 1.5 hours of original call. Had all repairs done and working perfectly in about 2.5 hours. Broken spring repaired and old opener removed and new one installed. Very happy with end result.

I called and one of them to do a tuneup and when David got here, he pointed out right away. I had a broken spring and actually showed me the other issues with my garage door. Worn bearings On both sides anda bent rod and a worn center bearing. Give me a great price and was very knowledgeable and super friendly and explained everything before I okayed the work. I would definitely recommend and I will always use precision door or any of my garage door needs. And hopefully if I ever need them again, they would be my service technician. 5 stars across the board!

Dear Precision Door Service Precision Garage door does not disappoint when it comes to customer service. I called Brad Blocker and he put me in touch with Scott Kern the technician who would be coming out to fix my door. Scott sent me a picture of himself and the time he would be coming to my house. This I found very reassuring due to the fact that I would be aware of who was representing Precision for the appointment. Scott Kern called and introduced himself informed me he was at anther job and would be at my house by five o'clock to fix my garage door. Scott was right on time and with in 20 min the door was fixed my garage door opener now works, both springs on the door were replaced and my garage door is working properly again. This was done same day the garage door went down with a big bang. In this day an age I find that customer service is lacking in so many industries but I now know that Precision Garage Door Service holds a standard of excellent service and understanding of customers needs. Scott Kern is a very good representative of your company he was kind, courteous and even remembered working on my brothers garage door. Thank you Precision Garage door Service for taking such good care of a vey happy customer.
