The work included an overhaul and replacement parts for the moving components of the existing, manually operated, 25-year-old garage door along with installation of an automatic opener. Hayden had scoped out the work in advance and provided quotes along with a detailed explanations of the work options. When we made the decision to proceed with the work, Precision was able to schedule it for the next day. Hayden called to confirm his arrival time, which was as scheduled. He helped us program the exterior wireless key pad. The door works flawlessly and is very quiet. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

First, Luke was at our home ready to install new garage door opener mechanism the same day I called precision to schedule appointment. Second, Luke is very personable, courteous and competent! We had Chuck come to our house to fix a beeping noise coming from our garage door opener. We suspected it was the back up battery. It was not. The garage door opener was fine. He tuned the opener so our service call money did not go to waste. He then diagnosed our problem. We had an old unused Verizon cable box. Its back up battery was the culprit. Chuck removed the battery and the box. Thanks Chuck!

I had trouble closing my garage door and the technician, Luke Dials, was able to arrive here to help within 30 minutes of my making the appointment. I needed a new opener and a myriad of replacement parts, as well as a new, bottom rubber seal to the garage door. Luke helped create room for his work, by moving some things out of my garage and helping return them, when the job was done. He was thorough and efficient and extremely pleasant to deal with. Luke patiently helped program the new opening system. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

They are very johnny on the spot and even come out on weekends, which i love. They're also very nice. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they kinda dinged me monetarily. They were out about a year ago and offered to upgrade the rollers or the entire spring system. My spring system was working so I took him up on the rollers. What he failed to mention is that when the spring system eventually went out, I'm forced to replace it with a fully boxed upgrade that makes me buy rollers again. Had he been upfront with that reality a year ago, I would have just done it all instead of literally throwing away 400$ that the new guy just replaced today. Even when I asked him if i wasted my money back then, he said 'essentially'. Again, they do a good job overall but I hope they'll adjust their process to tell a complete story if you're going to offer upgrades or preventative maintenance. It's honestly better for both parties
