I’ve used PRECISION in the past and ALWAYS had a pleasant experience with the service being EXCELLENT! Booked the summer special tune-up (yearly) and had technician Robert Ruffin arrive within window time promised. He, as well as the office, contacted me about his arrival time. Completely satisfied with service provided as well as conversation regarding possible future issues (OLD wooden door!). Robert was courteous, intelligent and friendly! Give them a call

I called Precision Garage Door for a routine maintenance check on my 10 year old garage door system, after seeing a TV commercial that they were running a special. Jacob, the service technician who arrived was very personable and knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked out my equipment and made some adjustments. He pointed out potential problems that could occur in the future. He also commented on how well my 10 year old system is performing. For a person that I have never met before, he was like an old friend who stopped by to help. I highly recommend Precision for all your garage door needs.

A spring broke on my smaller garage door. A technician came the next day and replaced the spring. It works great again.

Maurice Sifri

Joe is an excellent service representative. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain three different options for repairing my broken garage door, ranging from the least expensive repair to a complete door replacement. After evaluating the options, he reinforced my existing garage door, replaced all of the track rollers, and adjusted the spring tension to reduce the effort required to open and close the door. His work has extended the useful life of my garage door and allows me to postpone the expense of a full replacement until I can better afford it. Joe was honest, thorough, and focused on finding the solution that best fit my needs and budget. He also provided a price break and a senior discount, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Joe to anyone needing garage door service or repairs.

I usually avoid doing business with larger companies that do a lot of tv advertising which has to affect the cost of doing business and thus consumer pricing. But our latest service experience with Precision verified the statements your technicians and customers make on tv. Your technician Scott was excellent, very professional, easy to work with and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. He also was very clear and accommodating about pricing for our new garage door opener. We could not be more satisfied with our experience and love our new Liftmaster!

Pat Bristol

Excellent customer service! Broken spring on Fathers Day Sunday. Technician was on time, gave me an accurate quote with no extra Sunday service charge and fixed the problem on the spot. Precision has done our maintenance in the past and has always been a professional company with professional employees. You can't ask for more!

Precision came recommended to me by my Mom and I was pleased with their service. Vance came out and did an excellent job resolving my issues. The spring broke, but the whole garage door needed some updating, which he took care of. Vance was polite, professional, helpful, and efficient. I'll be using Precision again, but hopefully no time soon thanks to the great work that was done on this visit.

Based on ratings, we chose Precision to fix our broken door. We are extremely satisfied with the timely and thorough repair. Andrew went above and beyond to explain the mechanics of the door and the resulting repair. His exemplary service even included offering to switch out a burned out bulb on the ceiling of the garage since, "I already have a ladder out". Thank you Andrew!

We continue to be so impressed with Precision Garage Door. We had a broken spring on Friday night and their dispatcher booked us an appointment on Saturday at no extra charge for Saturday service plus the spring was under warranty. Scott Kern was our technician and he was excellent. Arrived right on time and promptly replaced our broken spring. Very efficient and pleasant to work with. Our Father's Day weekend was not impacted due to a broken spring and we are thrilled. Precision provides great products, service and value plus they back up their products. We highly recommend! Thank you!
