Joe I was awesome. Showed up on time was very thorough in his explanation and troubleshooting. Sold us the higher end garage door opener. I would say he installed it in record time. He answered every one of my questions. He “schlepted”all the old parts away. Left the garage nice and clean, and explained any troubleshooting that I might have. He also helped me set up the app, On my phone. He is highly recommended in my book. I see the commercials every day on TV. This is why I wanted to get a second opinion precision doors was the second opinion and we went with them so they become highly recommended. Awesome job Joe much appreciated.

Called Precision first thing this morning with a broken spring and they came out straight away — couldn’t ask for faster service. Spring broke this morning. Wife’s car was trapped. Made the call. Nick showed up promptly and began his repair. He quickly and professionally repaired the previously botched installation of my 2 year old springs. He then went above and beyond to replace the arm that was too short. Found missing and loose bolts everywhere and fixed those as well. My garage door has never ran this smooth. Thank you Nick!

I hated parting with each dollar I had to spend because I accidentally backed into my garage door before it was fully opened. Having said that and on a more positive note, let me say that Scott was a pleasure to deal with, he did any excellent job doing the repair, and he provided outstanding customer service in spite of the circumstances. Let me start with saying the installing crew was great and the garage door itself is nice. HOWEVER customer service and communication is terrible. A garage door replacement that was suppose to take 5 weeks from the day we ordered to the finished product took 15 weeks. They rescheduled 3 times. The first two were because they claimed they only received half the panels/they came damaged. They cancelled both of those the evening before they were supposed to go arrive early in the morning. They finally came to do the project and had the wrong materials, we paid extra for the top window panel. We then needed to reschedule for that and they made us wait another 5 and a half week. We were told they would contact us to schedule that and they did not, I needed to play phone tag as Gary would not take my calls and would tell me he would be at lunch for half the afternoon. Gary only blamed the company they got their materials from and told us he would be letting his supervisor, Alvin, know about this and would contact me about a discount for this nightmare turn around. We never heard from Gary or Alvin. I will say after the first cancellations we were told we would receive a discount but we didn't get that until they cancelled a second time and we had to tell them we never got compensated. I would rather pay more than work with them again. I wont be recommending Precision to anyone

Late last Saturday afternoon, I found that one of my garage opener’s springs was broken. I called Precision Garage Door and got an appointment the next day morning. The Technician Nick Rasley arrived on time and gave the system a thorough going over and report back to me with recommendations, prices and discounts of different levels of repairs. The options included replacing one spring, two springs, rollers, cables, … and the motor. Because the springs are seven years old and the motor is over twenty years old, I end up replacing the whole system. Now it runs smoothly the best I have ever seen. Precision Garage Door offers quick response, excellent technician, good price with discount and warranty.
