Excellent service! Far exceeded my expectation! I called for service where my call was promptly answered. I was scheduled for the next day and was told the technician, Brian, would call before coming. I discovered that I had a broken spring on a Monday (of coarse). They were able to come the next day to fix it. The quoted prices were reasonable and I liked having multiple options. My door was old and badly in need of service so I opted for the complete overhaul package. The work was done in about an hour and the 10 year warranty gives me some much needed piece of mind. All in all I'm very happy with the quality of the work, the cost, and the speedy service. I would gladly recommend Precision.

This company and the people that work for it are just awesome!!! We were gathering a few quotes and precision was the least expensive, and we didn't sacrifice service or quality. The service from sales to installation was smooth. They were very helpful at recommending some ways to help keep water out of the garage besides the wonderful new doors. My only issue is they only do garage doors because I would hire them for every repair job. A wonderful experience and great value.

I called and asked for an estimate for a new belt driven opener system. They arrived a few hours later. Our technician, Joe Igla was professional, had all the gear necessary in the van, and less than 2 hours later, the system worked to perfection. I couldn’t be happier. Brian was so knowledgeable and efficient. I felt confident in his ability to handle all my issues with the garage door, and some I hadn’t even noticed. When he was done, Brian instructed me on how and where to lube the door to keep it running smoothly. He went through the warranty info. He is super thorough which I appreciated. In addition, he’s a personal young man and a beautiful singing voice!
